Lovely spotless family run hotel. Comfortable beds, food excellent. Enjoyed the sauna and rolling in the snow afterwards. Very handy for the lake. Local supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The aurora borealis came out every night of the 4 nights we stayed. Would definitely recommend

The family who own the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were warm and cosy. The food was tasty and plentiful. There are lots of excursions and things to do. The hotel was quiet which is what we wanted.Away from the hustle and bustle. We used their toboggans which were free to use. They have a men’s and ladies sauna. Although you could book it privately for a couple or family, group. This would be at a small cost. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it everyone.

I have recently returned from a 4 night stay at this fabulous little hotel. It was immaculately clean, warm and cosy. The rooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds. I don't think I have ever eaten as much on a holiday, the food was good home cooking and delicious. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it.

An absolute gem! Would definitely recommend! The hotel is really cozy and you can really reconnect! Family-run business which is really unique! Tina and her family are very helpful with everything and the food and sauna are as well fantastic! Would definitely return!

We had 3 days here and it was very warm in the hotel, food was delicious beds very comfortable. Also friendly.|Was only about 10 mins from the airport which was great after the flight. Rooms spacious and underfloor heating in the bathroom. |Would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms. Was too hot when we first arrived but was lovely and cosy after especially after being outside. Only down side for me was the food selection especially at lunch and evening meal. Not a lot of variety. That's my only issue. We were here last wk for hubby's birthday. Will b3 looking at coming bk with the kids.

We stayed for 4 nights in December on a Transun package and absolutely loved it. Very cosy, warm and authentic. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds... well just wow! If I could have them in my house at home I would! Most comfortable bed ever! |The reception staff were very welcoming. They have a lovely little gift shop where we bought some souvenirs of our trip. |The food was plentiful and so delicious. Lovely home cooked food, thank you. My daughter also became obsessed with the little heart shaped biscuits on offer! |The hotel is set in beautiful peaceful surroundings. Only 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. |Plenty of sledges outside to use, with a slope right next to the hotel or across the road down by the lake. My children loved it. |We would love to return in the future if possible.

We went to this beautiful hotel for Christmas adventure,4 adults,2children6+7. We packed everything we thought we'd need for the extreme cold ( -17 to- 9) BUT after landing we were taken to a cabin where we were given ( free) suits and boots for the cold.we wore them on every trip and only dressed in jeans and shoes for the short walk over to the the restaurant, the food was excellent and plentiful.hotel wes lovely and cosy,staff really helpful.the WiFi is a hit and miss affair ( sometimes none at all) this was a bit of a letdown even when you were next to the reception server.there is a supermarket 100 yards away .so the thing is DON'T take a case full of winter clothing (you won't need it). Thick socks and wooly hats and gloves are you all you need. What a brilliant time we had.thank you all the staff for a brilliant experience. We will return and see the northern lights again
