Perfect family holiday and would love to stay here again. Pros: - Super helpful staff. - Great location just away from the main road yet walking distance to a lovely beach and 7-11. - Spacious, clean rooms. - They have all the baby necessities, crib, sterilizer and baby bathtub for a small fee. - They have elevators in both buildings. - Excellent value-for-money. Cons: - None.

The hotel looks exactly the same as the pictures in booking site. We had 6 people and stayed in two big quadruple rooms. The rooms are spacious, with 2 King-size beds, and a "living room" area where you can gather with your friends. We 6 watched the world cup together and had some cup noodles provided by hotel and food bought from night market. All the area are very clean. There are 2 toilets and 1 bathroom so good for groups. Beds are comfortable. Snacks and drinks in the room are free. The breakfast tastes very good too. This is a quiet boutique inn but have a sense of 5-star hotels. It takes 5 mins drive to the Main Street (Kenting Night Market) which costed TWD300 for our group which is very convenient. The “ocean view” is not very close but good enough. All my mates like this little gem and will recommend to anyone wants a better-designed hotel at Kenting (many others are really not my taste).

Overall fantastic hotel! Service was wonderful, food was fantastic, rooms were great (so were the views). I don't even know where to begin. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The people were beyond nice. The rooms had a very slick, modern atmosphere to them (not to mention a bunch of complimentary condiments such as water, snacks, and even instant noodles for if you get hungry in the night). The food was absolutely delicious and also affordable. The chef is fantastic, every course we had did not fail to impress. My family and I will most definitely be staying here again the next time we come back.

We rented all 8 rooms here last week to accommodate my whole family (20+ Americans) visiting Taiwan for my wedding. The service, quality, comfort and atmosphere here were all exceptional. ||||Bernice, one of the caretakers, made sure we had everything we needed from the very moment we arrived. It was pouring down rain, and she ran right out to greet us with umbrellas and staff to help with bags. ||||The staff was able to communicate in English, and they were all very helpful and attentive to us, even helping my family to blow up balloons for a special wedding surprise. I was truly impressed by how this Taiwanese B&B was able to deal with such a large group of Americans with patience and ease.||||The grounds, common area, and rooms were immaculately cleaned and decorated with care. We especially enjoyed our soaking tub, ocean views, and super comfortable bed. We also spent a lot of time in the lounge, which features a gorgeous glass ceiling and fish pond.||||Everyone in my family was happy, and after seeing each unique room in this hotel personally, I can safely say that you can't go wrong with any of them. I especially recommend the VIP suite on the 3rd floor! ||||Thank you again Bai Shuei Mu B&B, and Bernice! This was my best experience staying at any hotel or B&B in Taiwan, and I hope we will be back again someday.

After I had been dammed by so many so called 'elegant', 'romantic' and 'stylish' boutique hotels/b&bs in Kenting, finally I found this new open little white house sparkling in a hiden lane face to the Chuan fan shi beach. The staff were super nice even it's their busiest time, no bully (such as 'you will not find any vacant room on the street') at all! We lived on the ground floor. The room is extraordinary comfort and cozy, not tacky or extra 'design' at all! But if you want color, just look out at the blue sky and the grass in garden (there is a floor-to-ceiling window directly connected to the garden). All the refreshments at the lobby are free, and the staff did laundry for us for free! -It's really hard to find a laundry place in Kenting. The breakfast set offers options between western and taiwanese styles, simple and tasty.

Read lots of good reviews about this Inn. Indeed, I loved this Inn. The first impression about this Inn was clean and bright. We were greeted by the staff upon reaching. My little 4 years old niece was very happy.||The Inn served us light teabreak before checkin into the room. As there were 7 of us, hence we booked three rooms for three nights. These 3 rooms were beautifully designed with different theme.||Our room was at ground level B1 "Mulan" which meant for 4 pax. The air-con was turned on before we stepped into the room. The Inn used security type of tag to enter the room. The room had two queen-size beds, medium dining table, and sofas. It so spacious that my little niece loved running around. Also, it had a small personal yard. Chinese had a saying, if the kid playing happily in the house, it meant the house is good.||As for my friends, they stayed at level 2 & 3. The 3rd level, wow..wow..wow..high ceiling, spacious bathroom with bathtub. King-size bed surround by sofas, dinning table. I would said the moment you step into the room, you would feel like not wanting to step out.||We had dinner at the Inn (pls order advance and read through the details). I would said is kinda of fusion fine dinner. The layout, and serving of the food definitely worth the price! Do go for it. My niece shared food with us.||Breakfast was different everyday. I loved it, mainly, it was not buffet style. Do call the frontdesk 10mins advance. So that they can serve you better.||As for the night market, it around 5 mins cab ride. Don't think about to walk there as no proper walkway available. One-way big cab ride is TWD$300.|

We stayed in the second floor quadruple room. The staff welcomed us with afternoon tea and delicious house made cake upon arrival. The room itself was so spacious and bright with high ceiling and a fun ball shaped swing hanging from the ceiling. The room was more than twice the size of a room in similar priced hotel with partial view of the beach. The bathroom was large with a separate shower, bathtub, toilet and sink. There was a separate toilet room and sink outside the bathroom. It's a definite plus having 2 separate toilets when traveling with teens. There were plenty of fresh towels and French toiletries and the 2 king sized beds were very comfortable. The place was very clean, new and nicely designed. It was so relaxing sitting on the chairs on the big patio just enjoying the ocean breeze. It was the end of March so we actually didn't turn on the AC to enjoy the wonderful cross breeze from the patio and windows. There's a nice stretch of beach just an easy 2 minutes walk across the street. The place is about a 5 minutes drive south of the busy "old street" where one can find lots of restaurants, shops and games at night. There's also a convenient 7Eleven about 3 minutes walk south of the Inn. Breakfast on the first morning was a beautiful setting of eastern food and on the following morning was western. Unfortunately it was a little fancy for my teenager but he did enjoy parts of each meal before heading off to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it and return on our next visit. It really is so much nicer than our usual stay at Caesar's Hotel or Chateau.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Thank you for helping us to prepare a simple breakfast early in the morning when we check-out, as we planned to catch the 9-plus HSR from Kaohsiung to Taipei. Overall, we had a great stay! Keep up the good job!

Yelp
The white paint is starting to get a bit dirty but that's normal anywhere that is on a coast and paints their buildings white. We were a bit scared that it wouldn't be as amazing as the photos but upon opening the door to the lobby, our fears were assuaged and dissipated immediately. Carrie immediately greeted us and checked us in. Told us the various options for getting around including renting mopeds, e bikes, cars and a package guided (you choose the itinerary) day trip. We didn't have to decide on the spot. She also gave us recommendations for the places nearby. She took us up to the suite and told us how to operate certain things and left us to pick up our jaws and tongues from off the ground. We got the penthouse suite with a private dipping pool. Somehow we thought we'd use it but it was too cold with all the wind but it sure made for amazing photos. We had everything we could ask for in our room. Two comfy beds, complimentary snacks and beverages and toiletries. There's seating outside so we enjoyed reading and eating out there. The view is amazing from our room. The water is stunning and we went to Sail Rock (or as we call it, Nixon's Head) to go snorkeling when the water calmed down a bit. Breakfast is included. They let you choose from a wide array of beverages. Then there's a set meal they prepare for you that includes a salad, mixed local fruits, and some other stuff. The first day was corn chowder and a sandwich, and sweet potato fries. The second day was the set salad and mixed local fruits, then yogurt with cereal, a strangely delicious omelette with cheese, tomato, peppers, bacon and raw onions, and garlic bread. Final day was egg salad croissant, soup, a chicken finger, fruits and salad. Allen took care of us for the two full days we spent there. He was there from about 8am to 9pm. There isn't 24hr service here so if you're checking in late, be sure to let them know so arrangements can be made. We absolutely loved our stay here and would happily stay here again if the opportunity presented itself (and pray we don't have shitty neighbors). It's a gem. It also looked much nicer and more welcoming than a lot of the accommodations on this stretch of the road. The ONLY downside is that sound travels. We could hear talking all day long. We heard the next door guests having obnoxiously loud rowdy sex to the point we couldn't stop laughing and cringing. It went on from 9pm to 1pm with chatty intermission. They need some weather strips at the bottom so there's no wind transfer from the hallways to/from the units when the patio door is open. Also, maybe weather strips and solid core doors will help with the noise transfer. So if you're noise sensitive, this place isn't for you. It was a trade off for us based on the quality of our suite, the staff friendliness and the quiet location. We are definitely not fans of our next door neighbors as they lacked common courtesy and had no idea just how loud they were being. When it's after hours, there's no way to contact anyone so our complaint about our less than considerate neighbors had to wait until the next day. A definite no for anyone who enjoys a peaceful night's sleep (unless you have the entire floor to yourself). Rather irritated considering we got the VIP suite which was the most expensive room in the building. Definitely didn't like spending so much to be disturbed all evening.
