English speaking staff mentioned in booking?Didn't see anyone there. The hotel looked abandoned. It seemed that some 3-4 people were staying in the huge building. The room was large and comfortable. Sleeping quality was excellent. Large comfortable bathroom. Perfect breakfast and a very nice view from the breakfast area.

Was good experience. Cheap price and central location. Very suited for couples, good breakfast including eggs bread juices coffee and more. Only problem is in first night the water in the shower was cold but recaption fixed it in 20 minutes and it didn’t repeat itself

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and quite impressive for a country like Bolivia. The breakfast is very good and the view from the restaurant is amazing. Good value for the money paid.||The reception staff was really helpful and they also assisted us in keeping the bags after check out.

I don't usually write bad reviews, and I don't want to either, so I am just going to try and be as honest as I can. Things did not go well for me even before I started. I contacted the hotel weeks before to arrange their hotel shuttle service. I got no reply. I contacted them again days before and got a reply adkinh when I would arrive. I told them at 4am. Despite trying to contact several more times I never got a reply as to if the shuttle service would be there. It was not. When I got to the hotel it wad completely locked up and I had to wait for someone to let me in.||||My room, and most of the rooms don't have views - well they do but only of the street across the road. My room was freezing and te window had been left open. The bed was comfy though and there was lots of blankets. You can help yourself to as much mate de coco as you want to help yourself adjust to the altitude.||||My shower was hot and good but the amount of hairs stuck in the plug hole nearly made me sick. ||||The breakfast was passable and without a doubt the best thing about the whole hotel was the restaurant on the 8th floor. The views are outstanding. The location is also good. It is for that, and the staff, who were friendly, that I give 3 stars.

Great location.tidy clean rooms, nothing flash. worst bed I've ever sleept in, time for a new matress, and darker curtains could be a winner.Lovely view at breakfast in the restaurant. Included breakfast simple but absolutely fine. Pleasant, kind staff.

An average hotel, with clean rooms although they're a bit smal. Handy location. I really enjoyed their breakfast. It's quite rich, but the most fascinanting is the dinning room, situated in the upper floor with amazing views over La Paz.

MASSAGE REVIEW ONLY Ronald is such a kind human being, i went back twice in 2 days. Such a relaxing massage, takes you away from the adrenaline activities around La Paz and the busy street.

Ifti and I are on our 6-weeks tour of South America. We came to La-Paz from Puno in Peru after a long journey. Terraza Hotel is right in the middle of the city which is very convenient. Our room was on 6th floor. It was spacious with attached good size bathroom. Breakfast was OK. Walls separating the rooms seems to be thin/hollow as we could hear loud noises coming from the next room. TV could do with some English speaking channels. Overall our stay at Terraza Hotel was quite pleasant apart from the high altitude issues which is not hotel fault.👍😎🇬🇧
