We ordered the combo 6: sturgeon and salmon hot pot, which cost 810K. The broth included three pieces of corn and some bean curd sheets, along with a large plate of greens, some cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and two packets of shrimp instant noodles. It was just right for two adults and two children; not too much, but not too much either.
The food was delicious, but the main issue is that the sturgeon and salmon in Sabah have a lot of bones, mostly short ones, which easily get stuck in the flesh. Eating them is very laborious, requiring very small bites. Towards the end, my husband and child refused to eat anymore.
If you can accept having to chew each bite carefully and constantly remove the short bones, then I recommend ordering the local specialties. Otherwise, please order other ingredients that don't require so much effort (such as chicken).
