Nhà Hàng Lẩu HOTPOT Center Sapa

I found this hotpot place at a main corner in Sapa and the logo caught my attention, so I tried it for dinner. Honestly, it didn’t fully meet my expectations. The menu wasn’t very clear and the items felt a bit mixed up. The staff didn’t speak much English but they tried their best to help us order. I chose the chicken hotpot but it tasted more like tomato soup, which I didn’t really enjoy. The price was quite high, though the combo was big enough for 3 people with fresh meat. Better to check the menu carefully before ordering.

The restaurant is located on a corner by the lake, offering views of the lake and traffic. We ordered the combo 6: sturgeon and salmon hot pot, which cost 810K. The broth included three pieces of corn and some bean curd sheets, along with a large plate of greens, some cabbage, enoki mushrooms, and two packets of shrimp instant noodles. It was just right for two adults and two children; not too much, but not too much either. The food was delicious, but the main issue is that the sturgeon and salmon in Sabah have a lot of bones, mostly short ones, which easily get stuck in the flesh. Eating them is very laborious, requiring very small bites. Towards the end, my husband and child refused to eat anymore. If you can accept having to chew each bite carefully and constantly remove the short bones, then I recommend ordering the local specialties. Otherwise, please order other ingredients that don't require so much effort (such as chicken).

Vietnamese food is not refined at all. Eating each dish is ruined because you keep finding fish bones and scales, unlike Japanese food where you can eat fish comfortably without bones.

very good location. doesnt have english menu and staff didnt explain well so we got frog in the set but we dont eat frog(they didnt write in the menu ). also i cant see how staff want to service us. they always play the phone when we want to ask something. the broth have special taste (we dont have problem about it )but the chicken is a bit hard to chew.

Good location but better go other restaurant. Lots of bones on Salmon. Soup is so so. Fried corn is the best for us.

Pretty basic hot pot experience. The beef hot pot came with really fatty strips of beef, lettuce and mushrooms to add. I wish there would have been more vegetables to add. My expectations were high as you see the logo and address on benches all over the town. The atmosphere was great, multiple levels and great views of the town & lake.

Sturgeon hotpot 700k for 2 people. I thought it was a fair deal. We got a very tasty pot of broth to cook in with a big pile of watercress and other greens, mushrooms, and plenty of fish for two people. Don’t have much to compare to, but I found this was a very flavorful dinner. Serber helped us w cooking times and process .Allow 45 mins to eat.

Quite a tourist place. Located nearby the lake with a great atmosphere especially you sit near the window where you can see people walking and cars honking. The food was nice but a little bit overprice. There are a similar place nearby (hotpot-wise) but the price are somewhat the same. The soup had a nice flavor and the portion was okay for 2.
