When they visit Cabuya, keeping them at Cafe Coyote. The food is delicious for a very reasonable price. It's a basic hotel, great cocktails, try Blue Margeritha! Very friendly staff, the owner very accommodating!

Great attention, everything is very clean and I heard the food is 5/5. I rated 4/5 'cause the payment it's just in cash.

We had a really nice relaxing dinner here after a day on the beach. Entrees come with salad, rice, tortillas and beans and everything was tasty and fresh, and the portions were generous. The setting is “nice casual” set back from the road with a patio and a garden, the kind of place you might want to linger over a few beers for the evening and catch up on reading or email rather than rush back to your hotel. Speaking of hotels, this place has rooms available at very good rates, but they are not bookable online so you need to call. The owner speaks *excellent* english and the place appears well run so I wouldn’t hesitate to call for reservations. We already made other arrangements but if we come back to the area we would probably stay here.

Had a great stay at cafe coyote! The room was very clean and comfortable, relaxing vibe in the yard and a very welcoming host. Best place to stay in Cabuya!

Great food and even better atmosphere at the Coyote Cafe with lots of hummingbird visitors and beautiful hibiscus flowers all around. Jenny (the Owner) is very helpful for answering questions about the area and served as the waitress for the serene, open-aired, tropical restaurant. The blue margarita, shrimp/rice dish & fresh juice stood out on the menu. Jenny has 2+ guests suites that have new/nice furnishings, fixtures & decor. I highly recommend renting a room (breakfast + coffee incl.) Thank you so much again Jenny, for offering me a good rate and coming through for me in a pinch with the reservation mixup at another accommodation.

Jenny was fantastic. Great local food from local farms and local fisherman. She also helped us plan our trips for zip lining and horse rides to the water falls.

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere! I will be a return customer and encourage others to come here. They can even plan transportation and tours. Highly recommend!
