We were incredibly excited for our HotTug experience and traveled all the way from Amsterdam to Rotterdam to celebrate our friend’s birthday. But just 30 minutes before our scheduled time, the owner called to tell us the trip wouldn’t happen as planned and could only take place three hours later. No real apology, no solution, no compensation — just a last-minute cancellation that left us completely stranded. We wasted hours of our day for absolutely nothing. It felt careless and disrespectful, especially given how much effort we put into planning this special day. Truly a huge disappointment.
