Don't waste your money . Some friends gave us a basket recently for helping them with the construction of their new home . The basket looked wonderful and we were so appreciative of the gift but after sampling it we were so disappointed in the quality and quantity of the different selections that we feel like we need to tell them not to ever make that mistake again and save their money . you feel you need to make them aware that, it's not their fault but most of the items you needed to be desperate to eat them . There was a 6" box of candy that upon opening had 2 small pieces of individually wrapped candy and that was it . Another box almost as big had a bag with maybe 30 if that , white chocolate cranberries in it . As for the 2 kinds of cookies , again the packages look wonderful and you're expecting a specialty, designer type cookie that's described as a browy cookie that was tasteless and nothing but a waste of time just like the walnut cookies that were also apart of the basket and as equally unappealing.. This probably ranks as one of the biggest merchandising charades I think I have ever been exposed to . I just hate that friends spent hard earned money being thoughtful and not knowing what they really gave as a gift. Does anyone there ever eat these products??

Total scam Holiday Tower. For $40 I received 2 tiny GHirardelli Squares and 2 Lindt milk chocolate truffles. The rest was spice drops, a tiny bag of caramel corn, and some obscure dry sugar cookies. Totally disappointed.

We live in age of imaginative sleaze, best epitomized by outfits such as Houdini Inc. Their genius is to make up gift baskets which look to be full of goodies and then build cardboard bases so that there is more air than goodies. Pay attention, if it says "distributed by Houdini" buy something else. SLEAZE RULES!! Go Houdini!! The canvas bag might get one star, would give this outfit no stars if I could.

We got a gift basket for Christmas and what was in there we were not even able to eat. Cracker boxes with just 2 crackers in them and what we did taste was thrown in trash. I don't know what our friends paid for this item at Costco but if was more than a dollar they got screwed.

Two warehouses here for same company. Good bet you enter bonita place from imperial hwy so u don't have to blind side back. Loading time is around 3 hrs. Friendly people. Might have to switch between two wearhouses to complete the load pick up. It's a quite street so backing shouldn't b hassle unless other trucks blocking space.

Received a beautiful Cheer Tower Gift Basket from school at the teacher luncheon. When I opened it, I found one item with a sealed, but empty wrapper, and other items so stale they had no crisp to them. I called the Houdini, Inc number and found the customer service lady to be quite rude. She asked if I was just calling to let her know or what it is I wanted. She kept asking my name to trace the purchase, and I kept saying I didn't buy it so you won't find my name. She finally got it and then said basically too bad. If she didn't have the buyer's name there was nothing she could do. I think she should have offered to replace the missing or stale items. I won't be purchasing from them in the future.

Extremely disappointed in contents of their Mother’s Day gift basket. Quality of contents deceiving from pictures on the individual packaging. I will never purchase any gift basket from them. Purchased from Costco.

This is a bad place to work, the supervisors scream to the hard workers, the products are on the floors many of them are melt away and they use again, the design are not finished good but they want production not quality. Expensive the cost for the baskets filled with cheap products.

I have been going to Houdini's warehouse Christmas sale for over 15 years now. It is one of the best places to shop for the holidays. Everything is very well run and organized. They are the parent company of wine, country, gift, baskets, and the holiday baskets. You see in the catalog are available below wholesale in the warehouse.

It's the best place for gifts online or when they have there warehouse sales prices are extremely affordable

Everyone working inside the wearhouse so friendly and helpful! Security needs to learn how to be more helpful and less rude. Short darker skin Hispanic man running the gate was extremely rude, he made remarks about how we were even lucky he was letting us go throw when we were simply trying to go load our trucks... We purchased about $2000 or more in baskets, we hoped to get nicer more helpful service. They should really consider the type of security they hire... Once I asked for his name and his managers name he laughed in my face.. he needs a reality check, he's not running that business his simply working car security, but even that he shows he's completely incapable of doing. I'd replace him. Nobody likes to be treated poorly specially when you know you're bringing business to the place.

When I came to the office, the "young lady" receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. I would not want to do business with this company.

If there was 0 star I would give them "0". The stuff is really unprofessional, not respectful. There is no customer service, the worst customer service ever. If you need a help, they will put you on hold forever and will hang up on you, withouth returning your phone call after voicemails. stay away from this company they are just liers.

I had purchased a Kosher gift basket for a friend in December 2017 at COSTCO, but had to keep the basket in storage until a chance to hand them the gift in March, three months later. So, I called Houdini's 714 number to ask if the package would still be fresh. They asked for the product code on the bottom and told me "yes, the 'sell thru' date is May 31, 2018." It took a minute or two on hold to get the information, but I appreciate the prompt and courteous attention (by Mena?) which is a rarity these days. I hope our friend enjoys the basket.

I don't normally order baskets as presents, but i will from now on. Wine Country baskets is amazing, its the same as Houdini i believe. Anyway, they were on time and made me look good! i would recommend this company to anybody, especially if your like me and sometimes forget about an event until the last minute!

It's cheaper to order directly with Houdini Inc / Wine Country Gift Baskets, than it is at stores like Walmart or Costco - I noticed the store prices are up to 50% higher. The orders are done in a few minutes and your gift is delivered on the day that you pick. Really convenient. The hardest part is picking a basket. Lots to choose from. Enjoy!

I highly don't recommend. I've tried to contact with Cindy, I don't know who that woman is, but the front desk was always transferring me to Cindy, guess what? She was always unavailable, never returned my phone calls.
