The personnel was polite, professional, and informed. Both Mudy and Mathieu took the time to explain the various models to me, respond to all of my inquiries, and even let me to try on a couple of the watches. With an impressive assortment of Swatch brand watches on display, including Omega, Blancpain, Glashutte Original, Longines, Rado, Certina, and many more, the store itself is exquisite. The selection of Swiss watches is good, and I got to try on a few beautiful Omega models. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive without being pushy. To top it off, they even served me a great espresso while I browsed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're into watches or just want to explore some fine timepieces before your flight, this is definitely a place to visit!

I had a very great experience today. I picked up my first Tissot. I was helped by Jazmina and she was amazing with how she conducted herself and the service provided. I never felt rushed the entire time either or forced to purchase anything either. I was having a bad day and she easily turned it around. I would happily come back and get another watch with her help. Highly recommend.

First big (to me) watch purchase, great experience with Mudi. Served coffee and talked watches, tried some on, I left for a while to think about it and there was no pressure or annoyance from taking his time then leaving. Came back and made the purchase, he went in great depth on the watches complications and made it a great experience
