Super nice exhibitions with artists ateliers open for a visit. Super nice environment, kind staff, nice coffee shop with delicious goodies. We try the small pie of salted caramel. Amazing. It was one of the best places when visiting Salvador. And the view of Gamboa from there, also super nice! Highly recommended! 5 ⭐️

Unfortunately, this is a museum that could likely be skipped if you are pressed for time. However, it is free so if you are passing by I would think it is worth dropping into. The best thing is the view. There is no WiFi. Perhaps check the exhibitions prior to visiting to see if it is worth a visit for you.

They have cheap but nice jazz concerts at Saturdays. Take a cab or an uber to came here. Avoid cars once there's no much space to park and there's a lot of people offering their "services" to take care of yours.

Great exhibitions and beautiful buildings on the water. Jam no MAM (jazz after sunset) is fantastic.

It will only worth to go, if you love unpleasant pieces of art and loves to be "the cultural person" Apart from the beautiful view of the deep inequality of Brasil. And last but not least, take care with your belongings, due to the community that will beg you some money to park your car.(don't believe them, there is a parking lot down the road)

It's a fabulous place that lacks professional assistance. The church, the main house and the patio are wonderful photo spots. I missed someone or some technological gig to tell the history and what was there to see. One should visit because it's a memory of slavery times in Salvador.

No need to say that this is one of the most beautiful spots in Salvador. The sitio features a brand new - and small - charming cinema for art movies. The Chapel itself has been recently renewed and now counts with a fixed exhibition.

It’s kind of sketchy crossing the busy thoroughfare to arrive in foot. We found a single room with some cool paintings but hardly worth the detour. It’s my j derstanding that parts are j see renovation so perhaps it will improve
