The House at the Big Boot pays attention to all the small details you need when you travel. It is charming, quiet, peaceful, and the center of everything. It was so easy to get around, and the team at the Big Boot helped us find more special places to explore. They made excellent breakfast and were attentive to every need. We will return with friends and more guests!

We booked here because of the reviews on TripAdvisor and weren't disappointed. From the first contact by email we knew customer service was going to be excellent and when we arrived it certainly was. ||We had a very comfortable room with modern bathroom facilities. Our return to the hotel we were offered tea which was beautifully served and I really enjoyed the fresh mint tea.||Breakfast was plentiful and eggs cooked to order by extremely attentive and friendly staff.||Loved this place and it was away from the hustle and bustle. Very surprised how busy Prague was for late November prior to the Xmas markets and lights but this place was a little haven.|The local restaurants recommended by the staff were very good too |Thank you for making our trip so memorable. |

This was the first our two hotels in Prague over Christmas. This is a gem of a family run hotel in the Mala Strana area. The rooms are furnished with antiques. The location is great to explore the castle and surrounding area. ||Upon check in we were given a round down of the area by the lovely Laura. This was a great start to our stay and helped to orientate us. She also|Provided recommendations of restaurants and cafes in the area and when best to visit the castle and how to get there.||The breakfast was simple but filling and the jam and local pate were great. ||On check out we were also treated to the best homemade egg nog. So|Delicious. If you are looking for a quiet family run hotel in a quiet street then do not hesitate to stay here.

Highly recommended. Centrally located, good non-touristy restaurants, and comfortable. We LOVED Prague! What a magical, special, beautiful city! A world jewel. And a democracy! Forever! They have a very nice breakfast. The only thing we had to do to be more comfortable was unscrew some light bulbs, and cover the wall lights a bit because the room is well lit! They should replace the light bulbs with low wattage bulbs. We just unscrewed a few bulbs while in the room. So……. stay here! Kevin & Art

One of the best small hotels we’ve stayed in. Family-run with loads of character and comfort, and warm, friendly staff. Location is perfect for all the delights of Prague, and it’s quiet too. Plus very good value for money. Can’t commend it highly enough.

I had booked this place in 2019 during my visit to Prague. We had a 2 year old daughter. Since the dining area was full , we planned to eat in our room. The owner who resides in the same building , rudely stopped us and said we cannot take food up there. The staff apologized on her behalf and said they understood that we cannot feed our daughter with the dining room being full. The staff is great but the owner, who was a lady , does not understand hospitality. Otherwise lovely place , great location - loved Prague

My fiancé and i had a wonderful stay at this lovely B&B. |We arrived early and were greeted by the delightful staff whom allowed us to check in.|Our room was stunning filled with character and old world charm, the location is ideal for all the bars and restaurants within the castle area. |We had the complementary breakfast the next morning which set us up for our travels home. We love Prague and will definitely return on our next visit.

A great place to stay close to the Charles Bridget, the Astronomical Clock and the Castle. As a family run hotel, you could not ask for a friendlier place to stay. The entire staff -- mostly family members -- is incredible. The breakfast is very nice. And every day, someone on staff bakes a special "coffee cake" for the morning. The internet is good, the water pressure is fine, and the beds are comfortable. When my travels bring me back to Prague, I will stay here, for sure!
