House Boutique

Well, my experience during my recent stay at The House Boutique was unfortunately disappointing. The room wasn’t in good condition as it smelled bad and was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of dust on the bedsheets and floor. The toilet was dirty and the handheld shower was leaking. The hot water system wasn’t working and the Wi Fi was extremely slow. The air conditioner was unclean and very noisy, which made me difficult to sleep. Not having a good experience with the service at reception, the gate was already closed and I had to open it myself when I checked in around 11:00 PM. The receptionist was unfriendly.

Really lovely hotel and the service was incredible. The only thing wrong was the insane heat in the rooms. Unsure if it was just an unlucky room with a lacking aircon but we struggled to sleep and I was in a pool of sweat after the first night. Good value nonetheless.

We have lived in Cambodia over 10 years and stayed at a variety of hotels. This hotel is one of the worst places to stay in Phnom Penh. The room and floors are absolutely filthy and sticky, no hot water for the shower, and then complimentary water (1 bottle) comes in an unsecured 'wine" container which could easily be tampered with via *****, body parts, (like the horror stories of leaving your toothbrush unsecured) or simply filled with local tap water. It seems that recycling securely sourced plastic or glass bottles slipped their minds. I do not recommend wasting your money here.

The room are pretty good and the Location is also nice. But the service is really bad, they keep forgetting our orders and the take 40min to make fried rice and 1 hour to make a smoothie

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, super clean, and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the pool from our window, which made the experience even more relaxing. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful and pleasant place to stay!

Beautiful place, most comfortable beds we had on our trip. Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was great, with a good variety of options. We appreciated the free refills of drinking water, unfortunately the water tasted a bit off and we preferred buying our own. Maybe the filters need servicing? We will definitely revisit!

This was a beautiful place to stay. My room was big and clean. Friendly and helpful service. Great location. The little pool was an added bonus. I would definitely stay again!
