I got to know this company through an advertisement and since I needed to get new glasses I decided to walk in and get it done. The staffs and optometrist were very helpful and friendly as they assisted me in choosing the right frames for my style. Quality of the spectacles is top notch and they decided to throw in a free lens cleaner as well! 10/10 for their service would definitely recommend to my peers and family.

I’ve passed by this place a few times but never had the chance to step in, and honestly, I didn’t think I needed to change my glasses. However, after experiencing poor night vision recently, I decided it was time to get my eyes checked. Today, I was attended to by Adlin (hope I got her name right), and the experience was truly pleasant. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to understand my needs. She also suggested a suitable frame that complemented me well, without any pressure. More than just a staff member, she felt like a friend. Genuinely listening to my concerns and understanding my struggles. Adlin explained clearly what I should look out for in the future and advised me to have at least one eye check-up a year. I really appreciated her care, professionalism, and warmth. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a comfortable and reassuring one.

My wife and I were assisted by HARIZAH @ Junction 9 yishun outlet She is friendly & helpful, so patient with my son's, my 4 year old son’s first time to fit glasses, the service was warm & efficient. She exhibited excellent product knowledge and patiently explained the pros and cons of the various options available, helping us make the best choice for our son's needs.

Was on budget and need my spectacle lense urgently. Called a lot of spectacles shop and its cost $100 - $200 just for normal clear lense without any UV or anything which is so expensive and also need to wait few working days. So I did my spectacle lense here, ready within 20mins but actually it was lesser than that, go out buy coffee smoke then your specs done already hahaha. Clear lense cost only $60 depending on your power but unfortunately my degree is out of stock will be ready in 2-3 days. So they recommended me blue light lense which cost only $120!! Cheap right! You go other shop a normal lense without any uv or whatsoever cost $100 - $200. Grab pay later also accepted but need to pay via Shopback so you will need to link your grab pay to your shopback. 100% satisfied and 100% recommended. Will definitely return if i need a new pair of spectacle or lense.

Went to Yishun branch. Being assisted by Hazirah. No hard sell, very detailed explanation and give us option, friendly especially for us 1st time parent who looking spec for their kid. Recommended 100%.
