The Hotel is good and I love the location But the Front Office staff is not professional. Front Office Manager needs training as he is not polite at all.. No Smile and has no sense of Guest services. The Front Office staff has made Howard Plaza a below avarage Hotel. The Hotel and Location are perfect But try to have less interaction with Front Office staff specially with Front Office Manager Gaurav because it will spoil your mood and vacation. One Star ⭐ for Front Office Staff F&B and Housekeeping staff are Good.

The location is great, but the hotel itself is downright bad. While the rooms are clean, you’re completely at the mercy of whoever stays next to you. In my case, the family next door was a perfect example of civic sense gone missing. The walls are so thin that even a phone’s buzz is clearly audible..so good luck getting any sleep. To make things worse, the reception staff are quite rude. They flatly refused a simple request for some water to refill my car’s washer fluid..and did so without even a smile. Which the chauffeur did it when bribed a 50 rupees note.. Adding to the frustration, the menu clearly mentioned a “night menu” available from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m., which we relied on. But when we called at 11:30 p.m., the kitchen was already closed. In the end, the only plus is the location..hospitality is absolutely zero.

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group and the experience was not good. The staff were a little helpful, but i feel only because they wanted tips. One night when returning to my room, my room key key didnt work, which was a common theme for a lot of guest, and there happened to be staff near the rooms at the time, when i couldnt get in, the staff insisted they go and get it fixed at reception, and when they return, wont leave until they get a tip, even tho its there problem, it was ridiculous. The toilet leaked every time it flushed, no soap for washing in the shower, the hallway smelt like sewerage which filtered into our room, althought this could have been because of the power pole explode out the front literally as we pulled in and the hotel needing, presumably, a generator to operate, but who knows. The breakfast buffet was light on variety, but thats fine, it had basic indian and westen choices. The room was big and spacious, the hotel relatively clean, apart from room service trays not be collected in the hallways and left for nearly 24hrs, so overall, a bad experience, especially feeling pressured to tip and feeling like we were scammed with the door key thing.

I stayed at the Howard Plaza The Fern. I must say it is good when it comes to rooms and housekeeping Staff , who are trained . The best part was the food, fresh and tasty, variety of cuisine's to pick from. The food is really good and the chef is always ready to make food for our liking.

We stayed here for a night. Our experience with respect to room and service great. Buffet breakfast was also overall good. The hotel is also maintaining a clean swimming pool.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️||Had a wonderful breakfast at Howard Plaza – The Fern, Agra. The food was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety to choose from. A special mention to Mansi, our host, who was absolutely fantastic—warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Her hospitality really made the experience stand out. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Agra!

This is a very average hotel, and honestly, the photos are quite misleading. If anything, the place looks barely better than its worst in real life. Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, and uninspiring breakfast options only added to the disappointment. Definitely not worth booking based on the pictures alone. I wouldn't stay here again.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and had a good experience. Staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and looks new. Decent prices. Very good restaurant, “Bercos”, in the hotel. Regrettably, we did not have time to use the pool and spa.
