Great price, very friendly staff, great location. A quick walk away from the BTS Sala Daeng station and very accessible with Silom Road. Also is a great place if you like street food. The place is lined up with street food vendors. The AC needs improvement though during our stay. The temperature inside the room was not very consistent. However, the place is very cozy and homey. I met a lot of new friends. Totally enjoyed my stay here. I’ll be back.

Super friendly, amazing and welcoming staff who always greeted us with a smile. They are willing and ready to assist and give advice if needed. It's a chilled environment where you can sit around and watch TV or play games, like UNO, in the common areas. The photos on the website were accurate and true. Private Room and Bathroom was clean. Excellent location. Walking distance to many eateries, Lumphini Park, Patpong Night Market and Silom Shopping Complex. There is a brilliant place just a few doors down called Home Bread where nearly every item is only 25THB (1.50AUD).||They printed our boarding pass for free. Many hostels I've been to often charge for printing.||Would definitely stay here again if ever to return to Bangkok.

I stay in HQ Hostel for few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The main door to get inside the hostel is fairly secure. Only stay guest has code to enter the door or the Receptionist inside buzz you in. Also, the main door to all the rooms is an electronic lock. You will need to use your guest card to open the door into the rooms. I love their super white fluffy comforter blanket. So soft and fluffy and clean. EVERYTHING in the hostel is really clean. The Receptionist is very helpful and nice. I strongly recommend this hostel to everyone. You won't be disappointed.

Nice room and clean, very friendly and helpful staff!||We had a very unfortunate accident with a scooter driver close to the hostel. The staff was so nice and helpful in that moment and Toey -one of the employees- even accompanied us to the hospital in her free time and stayed with us through 3 am. We can really recommend this place to all of you. We felt comfortable for a favorable price.

Cool little place in a good location. We stayed in a shared 2 bed unit. For the price, you can't really do much better. The reception staff were friendly and check in was a breeze. The shared bathroom facilities are fine for a budget hostel. We only stayed 1 night, but I would probably stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights.||Pros :||1) Central location, about 10-15mins, walk from Sala Deng BTS with many eating places and convenience shops nearby.||2) Room was adequate in size with ensuite bathroom & toilet. Free drinking water outside room, in the lounge.||3) Staff was friendly and helpful.||4) Surrounding area was safe.||5) Need proximity card to access second floor onwards for security purpose.||Cons :||1) No lift to the fifth floor. They will install the lift next year.||2) Toilet roll holder was not repaired and there was some mould on the wall tiles.||3) No cupboard for things, except 2 drawers under the bed.||||Would highly recommend this place for budget travelers. Did not try the breakfast because many eating places nearby especially nearby Lalaisap morning market.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I WAS ROBBED INSIDE THE DORM ROOM!!! I left the hostel 1 hour after checking in to meet my friends for a dinner and when I got back, my suitcase was weirdly sitting on my bed covered in duvet. It was already open and my clothes and other stuff were already all over the place. I was shocked of course and there was no one in the room when I got in. It was a hard suitcase with TSA combination lock but the thief knew what he's doing and sliced it through the zipper tape with a knife/blade. My iphone, cash, along with other valuables were STOLEN. I know, I know I shouldnt have left any valuables in my suitcase but their lockers are inside the rooms too (away from the eyes of the CCTV's) and if they can slice my hard suitcase, without a doubt, their lockers can easily be opened too even if you have your own padlock! I requested for them to check the CCTV footage but none of them ever complied. And even if there's no CCTV inside the room, you would know by checking the ingress and egress of the 3 other guests in that room. I was gonna check out after what happened but it was already midnight and of course I didn't want to stay and sleep in the same room anymore (because who would? It was traumatizing!!!) and so they advised me to get a private room instead which is more than double the cost of a dorm bed without any discounts whatsoever even just for a night! For the record, the staff were so nice and approachable but they couldve done something better and I wish they even offered to check the CCTV footage instead of repeatedly telling me that it was the first time it happened which I doubt!

Hosts are great, hostel is clean, showers are refreshing. In the red light gay district so be warned. Lots of 711s around. Good street food around it. We even went to khao San road with one of the local hosts. Great place have no problem coming back. Except for the stairs 5 floors that's the only downside.
