I made my reservation through booking.com a month ago. When I arrived at that hotel at 5 am, they first charged you for cleaning the room. If you want an extra towel, they charge for it. The place is decrepit, humid, the walls have been painted a hundred times. The hallways are very narrow and dark. I was with my family in that room for 10 minutes. The bathroom was on a mezzanine that, at my age, was impossible to climb. I called booking.com to cancel that reservation and get my money back. They said they would check with the hotel. Three days later, they already said no. Meaning, they stole my money. The hotel offered to send us to another similar hotel, but I refused because I couldn't trust scammers who claim to be 4-star and with excellent reviews. Don't go there, don't book so that what my family and I went through doesn't happen to you.

Excellent location. Their large lofts are ideal for families that don’t want separate rooms for the kids. Breakfast is served in the dining area in each loft.

We stayed in a loft that was suitable for 3 people, the layout of the rooms are quirky, fun and imaginative. There are many amenities nearby as well as plenty to see and do. There were some noise problems and the curtains did not shut all the way downstairs which left a gap that people could look in whilst you are sleeping.

The hotel is in a good location for attractions and transport, all within easy reach. The location isn’t the best for the evening, as there aren’t many restaurants or bars local to the hotel which cater to dinner time or drinks. The room was tired and didn’t fully match the photos. The balcony was inaccessible due to three large aircon units. There were holes in the curtains and a broken skirting board in the bedroom area. The kitchen facilities were fine, however there were no bowls - I had planned to buy cereal and milk for breakfasts but couldn’t do this. There the biggest let down was the bathroom. It was not of the standard I’d expect of a four-star hotel. The shower was old, the sealant around the shower was old and moulding and it was very small and dated. Daily cleaning is also not included and is charged as extra, again not what I’d expect from a four-star hotel.

Nice place with great service. You can contact the staff about anything via WhatsApp. One huge minus - they keep texting us asking for positive reviews and promising discounts for next stay.

I'll be honest, I was expecting a 4 star hotel as they as advertised and was disappointed to find it had a real Back packers vibe. |Location is great near lots of restaurants and transport. Breakfast - served in your room and you have to choose a time to eat and between scrambled eggs or an omelet. First day it arrives on a trolley with an attendant that places your sele toon on the table and the eggs were cold rubbery balls that did not taste like eggs. We chose an apple and an organge with both inedible and very old. Rest of options were meats, sweet pastries and sugary cereal and bread that you toast yourself . The attendant was lovely though. It looked nothing like the pictures they have on the wall or on the internet. We cancelled the rest and just went out to a cafe.|You have to then wash your own breakfast dishes for the following day but have to head down to the reception to get detergent and they had no idea why I would Want or need a sink plug. Why not just put it in room?|The room is very light as the windows are huge with inadequate covers and there was a constant engine sound from behind and above us. I had to buy a face mask and ear plugs. |There are zero amenities as in shower cap etc. there is no room phone so you have to either go down to reception or contact them on WhatsApp.|The room could do with a clean including the curtains and there were cracks in the glass windows. These are just some of our issues. |I think if you were expecting a two or three star room you would be more than happy I guess but not when they advertise as a four star hotel. We literally walked around all day dreading to go back to the room as the couch was too uncomfortable to sit on. . The best thing about this visit was that due to a pending airline strike we had to leave a day early. The funny thing is on the first day you get a survey about your first day and I was honest. Then they bombard you with messages wanting to have another chance to do better with breakfast - why not just do better from the start. I noted this was a similar theme in their reviews. Anyway as I said if you want a very basic place and don't mind a bit of grime and very very basic breakfast go for it. I was very happy with the airline strike that got us out of there.

Loved the industrial vibe and the friendly staff.||Make sure you get a street view, I did move rooms after one night did construction works and air conditioning unit location.||Central location.||Breakfast good 👍 ||Decent size rooms, with bed on a mezzanine level.

Pros: This hotel has huge loft rooms for a very cheap price. And every morning a really great breakfast with many Argentinian pastries was delivered to our room! Small Cons: Not a fan of floating staircases in the loft. It's an injury risk. Also the staircase steps were a little bouncy. The hotel key would sometimes demagnetize, so we had to go to reception. Definitely 5/5!
