If you are here for adventure, there is no better place to stay. They have a bike wash with a park tools stand and hose by the office, less than 3 minutes to sand flats rec. area, an hour up to the mountains and under 30 minutes to most popular 4x4 trails in the area. Sits just on the edge of town, so its quiet and private, but less than 5 minutes to the center of town and all the restaurants, adventure centers and shops. The studio cabin we are staying in is PERFECT for our week long trip. It has a 2 burner cook top, full size walk in shower, and a large mini-fridge that stored the perfect amount of food for our 8 nights for 2 people. Very clean, comfortable, pet friendly and super easy to work with. 11/10. I won't stay anywhere else when I come back.

Really terrific property. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin and it was super comfortable and a convenient re-charge from hotels and camping. But the other options - lodge/glamping/camping - looked great too with the communal spaces - kitchen, TV/rec area indoor and out, baths and laundry - all terrific, clean, and comfy. Great location too, for exploring this beautiful area. Quiet in the evenings, great for catching up on sleep after a long day out hiking or experiencing all the area has to offer. Easy to pick up groceries and essentials nearby too.

We stayed in the studio lodge with our dog over the weekend and it was perfect. Our dog is pretty big and he was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were extra towels and blankets. It was a short drive to canyon lands while still being close to downtown so it was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. We ended up asking for a later check out and they responded quickly and were so kind. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

We spent 2 week traveling the 4 Corners area and this was by FAR our FAVORITE place of all the air bnbs, hotels and cabins that we stayed in! We stayed here 3 nights in late September, in one of the Safari Tents. The deluxe tent itself was super sturdy, the beds were cozy, we had plenty of room, there was a floor a/c/heater that kept us cool in the day and warm if needed at night. Had a little porch/seating area that we kept our cooler on and dried our wet suits from when we went rafting nearby. We loved having the open door community kitchen! It was well stocked with kitchen items, including condiments in the fridge AND veggies from the community garden. It had a coffee pot, stove, micro, fridge and a freezer (awesome for keeping our ICE in!!). Pizza oven, grill in the outside kitchen and LOVED the firepit they kept going throughout the day. We met some great ppl getting our coffee/cooking breakfast in the am. You can certainly keep to yourself if you prefer, but we really did feel part of a community here. The bathhouses were always clean and the water hot. The employees were super nice. Beautiful views. (And no bugs here - being from WI, that was AWESOME!!) Can't say enough - try the Safari tents if that's your thing...you won't be disappointed!!!

Modern cabins perfect for family of four -loft has low ceiling height but fine for kids. Great value compared to other accommodation options in Moab. Only a 5 min drive to the main street. Great if you want to self cater - kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, prep lunches to take for day trips to the nearby national parks. The town of Moab itself doesn't have much to offer, but the national parks are amazing, they were the highlight of our USA roadtrip. Laundry facilities very good too.

Pros: we stayed in D1 cottage and the set up is homey and cute. Two person table, love seat pull out couch, two queen beds, a bath tub, coffee pot, mini fridge, toaster, etc. Each room contains a mini split which works great at heating and cooling the rooms. The mattresses are what you'd expect for staying off somewhere, not too hard but not too soft. We brought our own pillows so I can't speak to those. The bathroom has hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We didn't use the community areas, but the setup looks great and it has a grill. Cons: Cleanliness is lacking, there are cobwebs throughout. The floor needs a good vacuuming and a heavy mopping done. It looks like only spot cleaning is done when guests leave the property. Seeing the lack of cleanliness made me question if our sheets had actually been washed and that's a gross feeling. The bath tub has no stopper, but using a wash rag worked just fine. The hot water is lacking. A quarter of the way filling the tub the water turned cold, and it took a good 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. With three people needing to bathe/shower, it was problematic and very disappointing after a long day of being out in Arches N.P. Be sure to watch a YouTube video on the Hamilton Beach Brew Station coffee pot before using or you will have watered down, cold coffee. Unfortunately, I did this after making our coffee, and wasted the coffee grounds and collagen powder I had brought. There is a lot of road noise, so if you're a light sleeper bring ear plugs. I don't think we will be back here again for the price we paid.

I have just been back from HTR Moab for 4 days and I'm already planning to go back at the same time next year. This place is everything I wanted and it met every expectation. I booked here after having several conversations with Sean who is the absolute best. He's s friendly and down to earth; indeed the most helpful host I've ever encountered. HTR is well run and Sean keeps it this way. Oh and did I mention that dog friendly was the key for me as well. My mini Schnauzer did well here.

HTR Moab went above and beyond our expectations! The grounds were well kept and beautiful and the community kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment. The location was great to access the surrounding National and State Parks. Additionally, the staff was so kind and helpful they made our stay truly 5 star!
