Stylish and very centrally located. They offer complimentary coconut ice cream and serve a great breakfast with plenty of variety given it is not a big size hotel. Staff are friendly, and the hotel has a boutique charm. The only downside is that some rooms near the street can be noisy, so light sleepers should request a quieter room. Overall, a pleasant stay! Also many cute elephants and heritage figures!

I absolutely love this hotel. It feels just like home — everything is spotless, and the staff are so kind and friendly. Their service is truly outstanding. What impressed me the most, and what I highly recommend, is how much this place reflects Thai culture. I booked Hua Chang Heritage Hotel because it was listed as a 5-star hotel on Agoda. But honestly, this is not a luxurious hotel. I don’t even think it deserves 4 stars.||The building is old, the hallways are dark, and the elevator smelled really bad. It was also very hot inside the lift because there was no air conditioning. 🥵||The room was quite spacious, but the bathroom was very strange. There was no real wall separating the bathroom from the bed area — only a sliding partition. So the bathtub felt like it was in the middle of the room 🛁, which made it feel uncomfortable and not private. The curtain in the room also looked cheap.||The swimming pool was also disappointing. It looked a bit dirty, quite small, and the shape/design felt odd. 🏊‍♀️ I didn’t feel like using it at all.||Breakfast was just okay — nothing special. 🍽️ Just standard items, not what you expect from a 5-star hotel.||To me, this didn’t feel like a proper hotel. It felt more like a big house with many rooms rented out to tourists. The whole place gave me a strange feeling.||However, the staff were very friendly 😊 and helpful, and the location is really great. It’s in the Siam area, so it’s easy to walk to MBK, Siam Paragon, and other nearby shopping malls 🛍️. That was the best part of staying here.||If you are booking this hotel because of the “5-star” label, I recommend managing your expectations. The photos online look nice, but the real experience was disappointing.

About ten minutes ago, I checked into my room at this wonderful hotel. The lobby is beautiful, and the location is excellent. Everything, in my opinion, is simply wonderful. Angel and her companion, Ton Aor, at the front desk were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I’m truly grateful to them. The front lobby manager and the tour attendants also demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. I’m completely satisfied with the check-in process, the lobby, the surrounding area, my room, and the overall quality of this fine hotel. I fully intend for this to be the first of many visits here. I highly recommend this hotel. Special recommendations for all the hotel staff.

Great spot if you’re in Bangkok on a flying visit. Right by the MBK mall which has so much choice in terms of food and shopping. The staff are fantastic, they even know you by name and room number and they really take notice of the little things, which made our stay far more comfortable. Would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Huachang Heritage Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated just as shown in the photos. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, featuring a bathtub, an automatic toilet, and a shower with excellent water pressure. The hotel staff were very attentive—thank you for the excellent service. We especially enjoyed dining at their Thai restaurant, Miss Siam, which served truly authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. The swimming pool was another highlight; it gave us a relaxed, resort-like feeling in the middle of the city. We also appreciated the happy hour at the bar, offering local beer from 5 to 8 pm. The location is superb—right in the heart of Bangkok, within walking distance of BTS stations and major shopping malls. If there had been a clothes line to hang wet clothes, it would have been perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in Bangkok.

An excellent hotel. It's far more peaceful than the larger hotels. Breakfast is relaxing and the food is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The pool and garden area create a very tranquil oasis.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. I really like this hotel. Both beautiful and spacious You can do many activities and the staff also provide good service. The price is reasonable and can make my vacation very relaxing. If there is a chance, I would like to bring my friends and family to stay here. This hotel is a cheap hotel. And there are officers who provide good service. Located in a place that is easy to travel to. The area inside the hotel is clean.
