A charming and historical spot with great character! Hua Hin Train Station is one of the most beautiful and unique train stations in Thailand, with its traditional colonial-style architecture and vibrant colors. The station is well-maintained, and you can feel the rich history as soon as you step onto the platform.
Recently, a new train terminal has been constructed, offering added convenience for travelers. You can even store your bags and luggage in a secure room if you don’t want to carry them around, which is a great service. We took an ordinary train from Hua Hin to Bangkok, and it was incredibly affordable—only 44 baht! The journey was comfortable, but if you’re looking for a more luxurious experience with air conditioning, I recommend booking in advance for better seats.
The station is conveniently located, close to the town center and easily accessible from local transportation options. However, it can get a bit crowded during peak times, so be prepared for that. Also, the station facilities like bathrooms could use some improvements to make it even more comfortable for travelers.
Overall, it’s a lovely spot to visit, whether you’re catching a train or just exploring Hua Hin’s historical landmarks.
