Had an incredible grilled fish at Hua Hin Night Market—cooked in a salt crust inside a barrel, served with rice noodles, greens, and dipping sauce. The portion was huge, super flavorful, and only 250 baht, which felt like a steal.
The setup is right on the street, but the vibe around it is something special—live music playing nearby, lots of friendly faces, and a general feeling of good energy. The woman running the stall was all smiles, really sweet, and though she didn’t speak English, she made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.
This is a must if you like fish and want to try something different from the usual fried seafood. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
