Hua Hin Place

For the price they ask on booking (my room was a little less than 500 baht), it's just a fairy tale, not an option, I'm not exaggerating. Watch the video, I think it conveys the atmosphere. By the way, the beach was absolutely deserted, a very quiet place, I recommend it!

This is my second time in Hua Hin and in this Hotel and I absolutely love it. It’s perfect for me. Super clean, quiet, close to the beach, some of the rooms have sea view. Owners and Penny are so friendly, kind and respectful. Everything works perfectly. I have been in more than 600 places as I am traveling the world for more than 10 years and Hua Hin Place is one of the 4 places I can call home.

Great location - close enough to the Hua Hin 'action', far enough away from the noise. Easy to find. Walkable from train station. Pleasant guesthouse, great staff, lovely ground floor common area with gardens either side. Guest kitchen / dining area, drinks & snacks available. Rooftop viewing deck. Very close to beachfront, adjacent to Navy depot with exercise area and beach access. My room (109) had TV with local channels, good A/C, separate private bathroom, fridge with bottled water provided daily, comfortable bed & pillows, 2 balconies! There's a café at the entrance, eateries on the doorstep, restaurants over the road, other cafés, restaurants, street-food stalls, night market, laundry services and 7-11s / Mini Big-C just a short walk away. Main malls are 2 and 3 k's respectively - walkable, but definitely easier by inexpensive local transport.

They are so friendly and even recognised me after so many years since last time… Comfy and cute place to rest. Fridge, TV, hot water and comfy bed with sparkling clean white crispy linen. Fluffy pillows too. Love the small balcony with a partial sea view. Room 209 is great!

Value price and clean room. A rooftop with a great view and a tasteful garden on the first floor.

We were searching for a room with fan only, which is hard to find in Hua Hin. After looking at a few very small rooms in the 400 baht bracket, we found Hua Hin Place. Their motto is: Your Place your Home and that's exactly how we felt here. We stayed in their one and only fan room on the ground floor which offered the comfort of 2 fans, king size comfortable bed and pillows with crispy white linen and towels, minifridge with bottled water, TV, 2 chairs and fully tiled decent size bathroom. The room is spacious and was serviced daily. The price 400 baht.The openair/undercover lobby area is beautifully furnished with antiques and collectables and there is a small tropical garden on one side. We loved sitting here using free wi-fi and feeling the seabreeze, a pleaseant rest from the heat. There is a coffee corner, and a water dispenser for cold water. We have seen the aircon rooms on the floors above, and they look equally comfortable and spacious. We definitely would stay at Hua Hin Place again!

I have stayed at Hua-Hin place Guesthouse twise and feel so home and welcome there.. The owner and staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. Location perfect, quiet so get nice peaceful sleep. But near to the oacen and different night markets and restaurants. |The rooms are high standard with warm nice shower, nice beds and lovely atmosphere. The only thing that I missed a bit is saftybox but that is not necessary because it's so safety hotel.. |I'm already looking forward to come back home ❤
