Value for money, good sized rooms. However nothing much around. If you`re looking for quiet place, this is it. Has laundry shop nearby, and good food right at the doorstep of the hotel!

Value for money. The rooms are normal for this price, if a little old. It feels very empty even when it’s full. It’s far from downtown so avoid it unless you want to be near the university or hills. Downtown you’d pay 20-30% more. For breakfast, go to nearby nana bakery.

We came in from Kunming to visit my inlaws. I made reservations at HKP1 the morning we left Kunming because I had stayed there before. It turns out that HKP2 is less than 5 minutes walk to my inlaws' house. After a little discussion, our original reservations were transferred to HKP2. In addition to stairs, there is an elevator, which is pretty handy for those with a lot of luggage. I have no idea whether the staff speak any language other than Thai, as my wife and father-in-law did all the talking. The rooms have air-conditioners and water heaters. the place is new and the rooms are clean. My kids were in the pool (a good thing, since it was 93F when we arrived). Breakfast was simple but tasty, with congee, hard-boiled eggs, and sausages (think short hot dogs). instant coffee, juice, bread for toast and jam. The staff was friendly and did a nice job.

You get what you pay for here, about 600 baht per night including breakfast, which is nothing to write home about. Standard rooms are your best bet, no use getting the premium room. it's better overlooking the pool area. it's less warm/hot. In the end It's reasonable and good accommodation.

Got the cheapest price from Agoda, stayed two weeks. Nice peaceful location, short walk to the main road to get a songthaew (taxi alike) to the city center or anywhere else you like. Tesco, restaurants, cheap and very good massage place, Malin plaza project market area and Lanna muay thai gym are just behind the corner or within a short walk away. ||Breakfast is continental: toast bread, marmelade, cerials, eggs, sausages, one sort of juice, coffee and tea. It was sufficient for us. If we went late (e.g. at 09.15, they close at 09.30) to breakfast, no eggs left, we just kindly asked for more and they prepared it.||Room was ok, some ants and spiders tho, however clean surfaces and bed/sheets/towels. Cleaning daily. Complimentary water bottle, shampoo, shower gel every day. Wifi did not really work on the 4th floor but in the lobby area it was ok. ||Staff was extremely friendly, receptionists, housekeepers and breakfast workers. Always smiling and willing to help.

We spent 4 nights here after arriving from Bangkok. We paid $130 AUD for the 4 nights which is pretty good and the staff were very friendly and of course it had a swimming pool but that's where the good things end.||Beds are rock hard, holes in bed covers, no hotel or local area information in the rooms, stained towels, hotel is right in the flight path of departing airplanes, shower was average, taxi drivers have a hard time finding the hotel, air con is sooo noisy.

We walked in, downstairs area looked pleasant, but that's where it ends. Bed sheets were stained, sofa was dusty and did not look clean, caravan wallpaper on walls. Overall not impressed, pictures are very misleading. We went straight downstairs and told them we were not going to stay and to give them their due, the receptionist was very nice, apologised and gave us a refund.

Good: Relatively clean, nice area, it has a pool?||||Bad: Whilst some of the staff were friendly and pleasant to deal with(despite their low English skills) the rest of the staff were not very helpful and very unwelcoming.||My necklace that holds great sentimental value to me was stolen by the cleaners (100% sure) After first looking high and low in the room i reported it to reception to which they seemed very defensive and rude about. I continued to ask the reception staff to keep asking the cleaners and do what they could to find it even offering very generous rewards. No effort or care was given to help me retrieve it.||The rooms on my side of the building got very hot in the afternoon so HAD to have the aircon on for the duration of being in there, no fans in the room as a cheaper alternative. (thus making a huge power bill)||||The Ugly: The hotel seems unfinished - there are signs of cut corners and poor construction / design everywhere in the hotel. There was construction happening across the road while i was there, every day power tools blaring at me.||||||Had my property not been stolen and or the staff been more supportive I would have rated it a 3. There are better and cheaper places in the area. If you do stay here don't leave anything laying around or it might get stolen.
