Hublot Toronto Boutique

I wanted to buy a watch for my mom, and I came across Hublot by chance. It was my first time learning about the brand, and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the designs are. The atmosphere in the boutique was great — all the staff came to chat with us and offered coffee and little biscuits. The sales lady was incredibly patient. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

This store had a great selection and vibe. Vicky was super friendly and knowledgeable for our watch shopping experience.

Another store of full of staff that doesn’t know anything about watches, customer service or being welcoming. Give an A+ effort to visual merchandising displaying watches upside down. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Above and beyond customer service from Jonas. I was looking for a watch strap for a birthday gift and he helped me find the right strap for the watch model with super friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend this location!

The worst customer service in Swiss watches. The shop staff have no clue of what’s happening in their service department. They don’t keep a promise of getting back with an update when they said they would. It’s the second time in two years I took my Hublot for the same reason and they still charge more than $1000 to fix. It takes 90 days to get the watch back if. Owner or senior manager needs to get involved. Thank you for your response Hublot team. The watch should be ready this week. Thank you Preet.

This was my first experience buying a luxury watch and I must say Omar provided the most exceptional customer service. He spent more than a couple of hours explaining details of the watch and going over options and features. Not to mention, he came on his day off to accommodate me. I will make sure that to recommend Omar to all of my family members and friends. Exceptional service and very happy with my purchase!!

An absolute disaster in customer care with no regard to the client whatsoever. I dropped my watch to have it repaired after my 60 sec dial stopped working 8 months into ownership and it took 3 months to get it back. When I asked why it failed they reply back stating its routine maintenance, which is absolutely not true. The staff is a disappointment at every level with no effort to help or find solutions to problems or to assist the consumer. After several email reminders they now place me in touch with head office for them to explain why my watch needed repair and what the score of that job was. I'm truly disappointed with this experience, did not expect anything close to this from such a brand.
