Curtis was amazing he was super busy but never missed a beat, and we never waited. This was our first visit, but it will not be our last. Thank you, Curtis. You were amazing!! The food was unexpectedly amazing

Google
I love the effort and creativity of this place. The brunch appetizer menu, awesome! The mix and match bottomless cocktails, epic! We were greeted immediately and told to sit wherever we like. While I wanted to love this place, it needs some adjustments. The chairs aren’t comfortable. Let’s put in some booths, or at least invest in some new chairs. The mix and batch bottomless is such a great idea! But let’s add all the brunch cocktails to that. It’s too limited. My daughter had the chicken and waffles, her boyfriend had the southern bowl, and I had the dollar pancakes plate (no butter was served). Overall, delicious!

Google
After college graduation party. We had more than 30 guest and all went smoothly. No waiting for food or drink orders. Waiter was so very nice and eager to please and made us feel welcome. Food was really good well presented. No complaints. Parking was in the neighborhood but not a problem.

Google
Walked in on a Sunday morning for brunch. The bartender was very attentive and friendly. I ordered a breakfast bowl that was very savory! I wish the egg whites would of could more throughly but overall very good. Absolutely loved the decorations for the holiday season! I would like to go back and try their pizza. The combinations sound interesting!

Google
Been wanting to stop by for over a year, finally had the time. Great specials during Oriole games. Really great place, lots of draft beer to choose from and good food to go with it.

Admiral Snackbar

Google
Great local sports bar, and what I would consider a hidden gem of Baltimore. Food is excellent, staff is always attentive, and the happy hour / weekly specials offer some of the best deals in Canton. Every day of the week has its own unique food & drink discount specials, and its own unique activities. I consistently order their bacon Brussels sprouts as an appetizer. All of their panini’s and wraps are excellent. My girlfriend loves the BOH salad. Only thing I would change is a bit comfier seats, but all in all a great local spot!

Google
Cool looking bar with a decent atmosphere, wonderful service, but the food is a huge disappointment. My wife and I split one of the pretzel pies and a burger. The pretzel pie was a brick, and for the burger, we got the Juicy Lucy, and I don't even want to know how, or why, but our burger reeked of and had a seafood taste...

Google
Place was pretty full but they were able to sit our party of 2 immediately. I got the November Rain cocktail, Southern Bowl, and their sweet waffle. Waffle was definitely homemade batter, more chewy than crisp but definitely tasty and sweet. The cocktail was good, punchy and sweet with the right amount of citrus. Now the bowl, omg that was delicious! The biscuits never got soggy and stayed the perfect consistency of carby goodness. The chicken strips were crispy, simply seasoned by good. The gravy and lacy egg were the real stars that tied everything together. This has been on my "want to try" brunch list for quite a bit, I'm glad I decided to go check it out.

Yelp
This place was great though I'll say up front I didn't sit inside (so can't say much about the ambiance), nor did I eat anything from the menu other than dessert (so I can't say much about the food in general). That said, I did use the bathroom, and it was lovely. I'm sure the rest of the inside is lovely as well, but I admit to not paying much attention as I was coming and going. I can say that customer service was impeccable. Our waiter was attentive and kind. I ended up ordering a dessert, the name I can't recall, but it was essentially a blueberry toaster strudel a la mode. It was amazing. I ate every bite and tried to get as much melted ice cream on my spoon as I could. Payment was easy. I shall return to check out the inside and more menu items. Definitely looking forward to it.

Yelp
Updating this to 1 star because I have food poisoning. Don't eat here. ----- Excellent service. The staff is amazing. The food isn't that great. It's not seasoned well, and everything is really dry. Definitely not worth the stomachache it gave me. The drinks taste great, but they are extremely weak. It was like drinking juice. Not worth the money.

Yelp
Tried to give this place a second try after a bad experience over a year ago and somehow had a worse experience. Service was unfortunately bad and slow. The food and drinks were mid at best. The veggie pie was bland with raw veggies just thrown on top. The pretzel crust was gimpy and not crispy at all with no salty flavor that was described. The bread pudding took so long to come out that it was cold and tasted burnt, didn't even take a photo since they gave it to us in a to go container instead of serving it normally. After 2 bad experiences over a year apart, I really cannot justify wasting money here again.

Yelp
I came here for happy hour with a friend, and it was a great option that I would return to! Happy hour from Monday to Friday 4-7pm: $3 vodka $4 craft beers $5 old fashioned $6 wine glass $7 tenders $8 cheese curds Ambiance: Very casual vibes, mix of high-top seating, bar seating and tables. Service: Fast, friendly, no complaints. Food: Cheese curds: First time having cheese curds, and they were amazing! Crunchy on the outside, delicious savory cheese on the inside -- my friend said they rivaled Wisconsin cheese curds, which might be a controversial topic. Veggie pretzel pizza: These are personal pizzas served with thin crust pretzel dough, which did taste pretty similar to normal dough, but still great pizza! If you're not into super crispy crusts, this might not be for you. Drinks were great, and the old fashioned was enjoyable. Overall, great experience at their happy hour, and would come again!

Yelp
Came here for trivia and had a great time with trivia, the host was great, the bar tenders were great, but tbh the food was a little underwhelming. It all sounded so good on the menu, but in our group of 6, everyone consistently said that what they had was "ok". Personally I had the cheese curds, which were actually really good, and the juicy Lucy, which seemed like a regular burger and I don't think had any cheese in it. The drinks were good. I would come back here for the vibes and the drinks, but maybe skip the entrees. Unfortunately, a pipe started leaking above our table, getting half our group slightly wet so that put a damper on things too (see what I did there?). Overall, a nice, local spot that I would come back to again for a drink.

Yelp
Best Friday lunch experience in Charm City!!! Curtis is the man! Keeping it real while keeping it safe. I recommend the Brewer's Hill Salad with a Crush.

Yelp
Nice place and friendly service! The owner was working and definitely made a point of making sure that we were taken care of.

Joseph Z.

Yelp
We've been here many times and always enjoy the service, environment, and food. Bar tenders are always welcoming and pretzel pie is usually the go to. We'll be back!

Yelp
Staff was nice and friendly. It's in a cute neighborhood. It seems like a nice place to have a beer solo or with others, but the food was disappointing. (Also A/C was super cold.) If you've ever had a real German pretzel, the pretzel app was sadly just pretzel-shaped bread. I like bread enough that I still enjoyed it. My friend and I were both excited to try "pretzel pie" - pizza with a pretzel dough crust. She got the Vermont & I got the veg. Mine was unexpectedly spicy, even after I took off the red peppers it was too spicy to eat. The green peppers were raw. The dough was salty and otherwise not pretzel-like. My friend did not like hers, which was sad b/c it had bacon (hard not to like). I didn't try hers b/c I don't like goat cheese. We split the bill after each only eating one slice. We didn't want the leftovers. Best thing we had was the Natty Boh.

Yelp
Got a chance to come by here for brunch on Saturday and it hit the spot! Cozy spot, great for groups to gather for a meal, a game, or brunch! We started off with two OJs, but unfortunately these were definitely designed for mass consumption of mimosas and not individual OJs. However the meal only went up for them. I went with the breakfast burrito and my wife went with one of the scrambles made with peppers and tomatoes. Entrees came out rather quickly, and we're fantastic. Each plate comes with home fries which were actually very well seasoned. There was definitely a solid sized portion too so come hungry. The scramble was very fresh, and surprisingly filling, the burrito tasted like a smash between a cheeseburger and egg platter which absolutely hit the spot. Overall highly recommend the spot!

Yelp
Food: I was on my way to a comedy show in Baltimore. I was looking for something quick to eat but some thing more than fast food. I quickly hopped on Yelp and found this place, and I'm so glad that I did! This place was so good! I ordered the grilled cheese with a side of potato soup. The grilled cheese was as cheesy as could be. There were multiple cheeses used and the bread was perfectly toasted. The potato soup was also really good. It was season really well and had shredded cheese bacon and scallions as the garnish. I ate everything on my plate. This place was packed even on a weeknight. If you are looking for good America food, Huck's is the spot. Service: The service I received at Huck's was absolutely outstanding. The waitress had a full crowd inside because it was trivia night. She was on top of everything and made sure we still received service in a timely manner. The head chef came out and delivered our food. He was so friendly and so kind. His hospitality made the food 10 times better and the food was already really good. Other: I appreciated how the outside tables had candles on them to keep bugs away. There was also a tiny fan on the table that was there to keep bugs away from the food. This was the first time I had seen something like that on an outside table. I was really impressed and thought it was a nice touch.

Yelp
Hucks is a great neighborhood spot for watching sports! We wanted to watch the Caps game and they were more than happy to put it on with sound. It's also a great spot for Ravens games, College football and any other seasonal/annual sporting events.

Brittany C.

Yelp
Hucks is a staple in Brewer's Hill and for good reason. The food items are something you would find at a pub but it taste very good. I have had the chicken tenders, pretzel, fries, and spinach artichoke dip several times now and I can say it is very good. They are also very quick and they have online ordering as well if you just need to make a quick stop. They have plenty of beers to choose from and they also have specials. Parking in this area can be hard if you do not know how to parallel park as it is all street parking. This a sports bar so if you go here on a day where theres a a game expect a crowd.

Yelp
Huck's was the perfect place for lunch on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The inside decor is rustic meets modern and it would be a cool place to hang out if we hadn't been gunning for outdoor dining. The food was phenomenal! The fried cheese curds are out of this world-- crunchy, crispy, savory, and only made absolutely perfect by the rosemary buttermilk sauce for dipping. I got long cheese pulls from a few bites and it was very satisfying! My grilled steak sandwich was exactly what I had been hoping for. Lots of melted ooey gooey cheese with sauteed onions and horseradish aoili. The steak was nice and tender and the whole dish was really rich, filling, and comforting. I got the sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli, which was al dente and well buttered. It's really easy to overcook broccoli and turn it into a sad, mushy mess but I really enjoyed theirs and the attention they paid to it so it wasn't boring or gross. My partner got the Juicy Lucy, and while he said it was tasty, it was stacked so high that it made it really hard to eat. He had to go at it with a fork and knife, which is a pet peeve of mine with burgers (so I'm glad I know now to skip it next time). The service was great and the quality and selection of food was outstanding. So happy to have this place close by and can't wait to come back to have more awesome food!

Yelp
Normally I'm great about taking photos...but we ordered dessert from Huck's last night and devoured it before I could even reach for my phone. We made ribs, mashed potatoes, and veggies at home and realized we didn't have any dessert. I wanted something to complement our southern-themed meal and found Huck's on GrubHub. If you're looking for a classic, belly-filling, rich dessert, order the Chocolate Chip Brownie Sundae. It was warm, gooey, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you want to branch out or you're feeling your Southern roots, PLEASE order the State Fair Twinkies! We were pleasantly surprised by them and they were the perfect finishing touch to our homemade southern dinner.

Yelp
Food was awesome! Service was very great! I loved the vibe and they had some great stuff on tap!

Yelp
A quaint little gem, just outside the touristy area, with easy street parking and indoor/outdoor seating. We started our meal with the jalapeño poppers, which were stuffed with pulled pork and wrapped in bacon. This appetizer was melt-in-your-mouth-good and we were so glad we tried it. The fresh baked soft pretzel with craft fondue and grain mustard was also excellent--so fresh with a perfect amount of salt. The craft fondue was a decadent and perfect compliment for the pretzel. After reading reviews, we decided to try the NY chicken and waffles and pretzel pie for our entrees and we're not disappointed. The chicken was boneless but well battered and seasoned and served piping hot and crispy on top of savory cheddar waffles, bathed in a white pepper gravy, and served with maple syrup on the side. The waffles could have been a bit sturdier, to hold up to the gravy, but it was still solid comfort food. The pretzel dough pizza crust was a cool novelty, but a bit too crisp for my taste. We tried the GOAT pie, which had chicken (a little dry), caramelized onions (a bit undercooked), portobello mushrooms, bacon, craft fondue, and goat cheese. The flavor was pleasing and the leftovers reheated well. I just wish the crust had a better chew to it. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and would definitely stop by again if in the area.

Brooke C.

Yelp
Curtis is the best. Awesome bartender. Fantastic drinks (try the summer sangria) and great food.
google avatar

Paige W.

Yelp
Not my first choice for food or drink unfortunately. Love the ambiance so we try it again every once in a while hoping for the best!

Kennedy H.

Yelp
GREAT service--food comes super quick and the mimosas keep flowing! Brunch bowl was good, could use hot sauce but overall a 9/10. The chicken and waffles are chicken tenders with cheddar waffle but still really good, 8.5/10. Would definitely come back! Good music, vibes, and drinks are an added bonus.
google avatar

Lynn C.

Yelp
The grilled buffalo chicken wrap and cheesesteak are ok, but the burgers are fantastic! The salads are good too and the rosemary ranch is especially tasty!
google avatar

Collin B.

Yelp
What a meal. The price point is absolutely money and the staff was so awesome! Friendly and accommodating. The steak and eggs was a great portion, my friend got pancakes which were delicious, and another friend got chicken and waffles with gravy that was out of this world. Would absolutely recommend!

Joi W.

Yelp
Went here for Valentine's Day weekend for brunch and it was a nice find! The place was clean and intimate for brunch. Food was flavorful! And I'm really big on flavor lol. We had a breakfast sandwich with potatoes, pancakes and the sausage and biscuit gravy skillet. My boyfriend wasn't a fan of the egg in the skillet but I thought my food was yummy! I just didn't like the ice cubes in the mimosa to not go through so much product. Our waitress/bartender, Annie, was very accommodating. She gave us great service and gave us a list of fun things to do in Baltimore for our visit. We will definitely return.
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
My first time going to Huck's for brunch was a blast. Everything was so great that we ended up staying three hours (without doing bottomless). Friends ordered the breakfast bowl, the veggie omelet, egg sandwich, and the Texas straw hat. All came out within a reasonable amount of time and our servers were attentive. One order was mixed up and my friend had to wait an extra 10 minutes or so until his dish was prepared and served. Besides that it was a great brunch spot. Americana vibes inside with incorrect morse code artwork on the wall and a cool American flag cutout made of license plates. There's outdoor seating if you're into that on a nicer, not boiling hot, day. You can do individual drinks or bottomless for $15 (price has increased since some of these other reviews). I'd absolutely return and would recommend coming here for brunch. It's a great local spot with all the Baltimore laid back vibes.

Lori G.

Yelp
. I had an amazing time. This spot is sooooo friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The steak and French toast was amazing. They have bottomless Mimosa for 20$ with food purchase for three hours. We will be returning.
google avatar

Dave K.

Yelp
Tried this for the first time tonight. Staff was incredibly nice and even though I only got carryout I feel like they were friendly and helpful and cared about my business. I only tried a couple items from the menu, but the short rib quesadilla was amazing. One of the best things I have put in my mouth this year!

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by this corner bar! Came here after the gym on a Thursday evening and snagged a table outside. I had the Hot Toddy with some ginger added and it warmed my soul. It was served with a cinnamon stick with just the right amount of sweetness and zing. For apps, the table shared a pretzel, mac & cheese with crispy chicken, and cheese curds. It was pretty busy and our server seemed overwhelmed so the chef brought the dishes out himself. He makes his ranch dressing from scratch and it tastes amazing - this was served with the cheese curds made of "squeaky" cheese. The pretzel was so soft and buttery with salt - served with whole grain mustard and cheese on the side. The mac and cheese was super creamy and paired well with the crispy chicken. For dinner, my friend and I shared the GOAT pretzel pie and the B.O.H salad. The pizza is a thin crust made with pretzel dough - loved how crispy the crust was and the mix of grilled chicken, bacon, goat cheese, and caramelized onion had complementary flavors. The B.O.H. salad had fried brussel sprouts, onion, goat cheese, and lettuce. We opted for the balsamic vinaigrette and really enjoyed the crunchy crispy texture of the salad.
google avatar

Richard M.

Yelp
I come here for one thing and one thing only: The "Boh" Salad: shredded roast beef and horseradish sauce makes this my absolute favorite salad. Service is always quick, and street parking is fairly easy to find nearby.
google avatar

Sunny O.

Yelp
A quaint, delicious, and cute neighborhood bar with great food, a wide variety of drinks, and crazy good happy hour special! The service is prompt and friendly as well. I really can't think of a complaint here. Highly recommend to all canton residents and anyone that is in the neighborhood as well. Overall friendly and chill vibes. Every day of the weekend there is happy hour, 4-7pm M-F and there's also late night happy hour 10Pm till closing, along with daily specials. On days of orioles games, there's $2 Boh's and other specials.
google avatar

Jill W.

Yelp
Update: removing one star. Last time we went it was awkward because there was not any music playing, so we heard a lot of peoples conversations. Also, maybe someone called our, but the one bartender running the whole place was messing up orders/forgetful and seemed like he'd rather be elsewhere. Would maybe try again because their pretzel pizza crust is so good! Previous review: I LOVE Hucks! What a great addition to Brewers Hill! Quaint and clean little bar. Friendly service. An amazing selection of Craft beer. Now that it's fall, they have Southern Tier Pumpking on draft which is such a great! The cheese curds are definitely worth getting for an appetizer. You also must try the pretzel crust pizza if you appreciate a good, salty flavor! The meat lovers pie is my favorite. This is a reliable, trusty, neighborhood find with better food and beer delectithan most corner bars in the area.
google avatar

EcKo W.

Yelp
Owner skips songs she does not like yet gets paid for them. Total BS. Realize people need what they paid for
google avatar

Keith H.

Yelp
Hucks food was great but they let it deflate through the years. I love their hospitality and their way they greet my peers. I do hate the way it depends on the server and chef; sometimes I can't stuff myself. Their American theme makes me cough when I cant get shots of my homie smirinoff, it makes my friend hot when he cant get that fireball. It makes me feel lame son when I cant get that Jameson
google avatar

André R.

Yelp
I came here looking for a good Juicy Lucy Burger in Baltimore, and I found it. It was cheesy, flavorful and cooked to perfection. That alone is a good reason to return. However...the crushes and drinks are all worth your money. This is another of Baltimore's neighborhood corner spots where all our welcome to good food and revelry. The service is top notch too.
google avatar

John P.

Yelp
One of our favorite places in Baltimore! You CANNOT go wrong with ANY of their items! The food is fantastic and so well made. The wolf of wall street fries are incredible! The staff is so friendly and kind. Please give them a visit and you will not be disappointed!

Michael H.

Yelp
Huck's was amazing! Arrived at about 10:15am with my 1yr old son, and was treated amazingly! They brought some fresh toast and water for my boy and the food I ordered was incredible! Service 10stars and food 10stars!
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Sunday morning. Street parking was very easy to find. The restaurant is a lot smaller than I was expecting, I can see it filling up pretty quickly. We were able to sit right away at a cute table in the back. They have a pretty small brunch menu but also have their full menu and breakfast items available, so you have choices. They have $14 bottomless mimosas, but individual mimosas are $6. It's worth it to get bottomless if you're drinking 3 or more. I only drank 2 so just ordered them individually. They were actually pretty strong! And very tasty. I ordered the Texas Straw Hat-- it was Fritos covered with chili and an egg and awesomeness. It was so indulgent and I finished every bite. I'm also a carboholic so ordered a side of potatoes. My friend ordered the Mulberry French Toast which looked delicious as well. Prices were pretty affordable here for great food.
google avatar

Deana T.

Yelp
I am fortunate to live right around the corner and I love Huck's! Huck's is my go-to place for brunch. First of all, bottomless brunch is a must. You are free to switch up what you want from mimosas to bloody Mary's to screwdrivers, and boh-mosas which is a plus. The last time I went I ordered the turkey and ham club with a side of fried brussel sprouts. Both were incredible. The sandwich was loaded with meat and all the flavors worked well together. The sandwich was so big I had trouble finishing it but I'd rather have that problem than having too little. The fried brussels were amazing. One of the best fried brussel sprouts I've had. The ambiance inside is nice, and the bartenders are always friendly. The only complaint I have is the amount of tables inside. I can never come here with a large group of friends (12+) but it's perfect for smaller parties. I'll be back soon!
google avatar

Adam M.

Yelp
Great food. Awesome atmosphere. I had the Buffalo wings, cheese curds and two beers. I will return.

Megan N.

Yelp
Everything I try here is amazing! The friendliest staff and some of the best food I've had. Never disappoints. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great food experience
google avatar

Nisa M.

Yelp
We grabbed dinner here the other night. Service was great but we got cheese curds and pizza and they were both super salty. They do make a homemade ranch that is fantastic.
google avatar

Hannah B.

Yelp
Loved my brunch/patio experience this past Saturday! four of us came and ate outside. The service was good and our glass never went empty with bottomless brunch. For 14 dollars a person you can get endless mimosas, Bloody Marys, natty boh. I started with bloody Mary's then went to mimosas. I had the Hucks breakfast sandwich- bacon, egg and cheese on toast. It was delicious and their potatoes were crispy. Everyone else enjoyed their meal!

Benny M.

Yelp
This place was disappointing. Terrible service, Brussels sprouts and cheese curds were solid and no issues with my drinks. I had the worst soft pretzel I've ever eaten
google avatar

Erin B.

Yelp
This place is incredibly accommodating as well as being super delicious. My friend and I showed up with very dead phones... meaning not only were we unable to look at the online menu (paper menus were promptly provided) but we were also unable to take pictures of our food. BUT the server was able to charge both of our phones for us (even bringing out a portable charging box to our table!) They had little fans to keep away the flies since we sat outside. The server also brought a water bowl for my friend's dog!! We ordered boh-mosas (delicious) and I had the short rib omelet (amazing). I will absolutely eat here again! Incredible service.
google avatar

Frannie Y.

Yelp
Huck's is great! I came here for a late brunch with my boyfriend, and we were able to be seated right away. The restaurant is a little small but very cute! Apparently they have $14 for unlimited bloody marys/screwdrivers/mimosas, which is honestly a steal. I ordered the sausage eggs benedict, and my bf ordered the burger. My benedict was great! The eggs were poached perfectly, but I didn't love the home fries that came with it. They were honestly a little bit too hard for me. My bf loved the burger! He said it was cooked exactly how he wanted, and it came with a side of fries which were also great. The service here was amazing. We have two waitresses, and they were both very attentive and sweet.
google avatar

Allison N.

Yelp
Came here for brunch- the bottomless mimosas were great and food was good as well. Service was speedy and efficient. Would definitely return!
google avatar

Laura K.

Yelp
I love having Huck's nearby! I've tried all kinds of things on the menu. The BOH salad is a go-to. I like it without onions. The Brussels sprouts are always amazing. Tonight I got the pretzel and OMG the beer cheese sauce was so so good. One day when the world is reopened I hope to do trivia here again!
google avatar

Molly H.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! Great brunch, great drinks and a great vibe. It's small though so time your boozy brunch accordingly. I highly recommend the fruity pebbles waffles! Super yummy and not as sweet or filling as I thought it'd be. Also recommend the pancakes - they're flatter than typical and almost crispy on the sides, really tasty! Also it's $14 for all you can drink mimosas, win win!
google avatar

John G.

Yelp
So went back again for happy hour, sadly we ordered their pretzels, not even close. We were pretty much the only people there and the first pretzel was way undercooked and raw dough, highly disappointed. The next pretzel was almost cooked all the way through, very bland and no pop for a pretzel. The beer cheese and mustard was average at best. Not sure we will go back.
google avatar

Anthony W.

Yelp
My wife found this location on Yelp as a brunch recommendation. They do have a decent breakfast selection as my wife had the BLT with home fries & I had steak and eggs. Our meals were both good nothing to complain about at all.

Mike G.

Yelp
Worst cheesesteak in America, completely inedible. Just had an impossible time trying to chew throw my second bite. Tried to call in case the meat went bad but worst cheesesteak I've had in my life.
