This was a wonderful sunset cruise on the ferry boat , the Haendel. we went with friends and it was beautiful. The boat leaves from the Henry Hudson Riverfront Park in Hudson and goes down to the Rip Van Winkle bridge and Catskill. It’s a beautiful ride with beverages and light snacks. The views are spectacular!! I highly recommend this, or another cruise along this very pretty area of the Hudson River!

We had the absolute best time kicking off our wedding festivities with a private charter on the Hudson. The boat picked us up right outside of our hotel in Coxsackie, making it so convenient and easy for our guests. The captain and crew were so friendly and welcoming. It was a chilly evening but the boat was perfect.

Can’t recommend their one hour ‘foliage’ cruises enough. Highly entertaining and informative, not to mention the stunning views. Don’t miss it!

My wife and I took a sunset cruise on a recent Saturday night. The crew was amazing, very attentive and friendly. We went south from Hudson and went down to Catskill, including under the bridge. We were treated to a beautiful sunset and spectacular views throughout. It wasn’t busy, and we got to sit at the front of the boat to maximize the panoramic views. I’d highly recommend the sunset cruise or any others that are offered! Thanks again to the crew!

We had the best experience taking the ferry from Hudson to Athens and back! Our captain and crew were professional and personable, and it was such a treat to be on the water over Memorial Day Weekend. The boat is capable, comfortable, and cute. A must-do for anyone visiting the area!

The Hudson Valley has so many treasures and Hudson Ferry Co. is definitely one of them. Our hour-long evening tour was so relaxing thanks to the beautiful scenery and awesome crew. My kid and I watched the sunset paint the river gold. Simply beautiful. Seeing an osprey and catching sight of meteors at the conclusion of our trip were also special treats. Highly recommend!!!

The GOAT of ferries. We did the "$5 Ferry" round-trip from Hudson to Athens, where we spent a lovely afternoon walking around and exploring — it was easily one of the best times we've ever had in the area. The crew was awesome, the boat adorable, and the beverage selections local and on point. Can't wait to do it again!

We recently organized a private sunset tour on the Ferry with a group of 15 and it was truly the best party our team has had in ages. Legendary. Everything from the food from Tommy Boys, magnums of wine on ice and karaoke was thoughtfully set up for us upon arrival. We had the BEST time and I cannot rave enough. Would recommend to anyone with a fun birthday coming up, a team outing or just for a REALLY fun time. Cannot wait to set sail again next year!!!! They don't tell you upfront that the Sunset Cruise has Karaoke. You are forced to listen. AWFUL.
