5.50$ for water $55 nba t shirts of low quality but oddly cheap wine only 9-12$…. They have self checkout for the busy times but this terminal is never busy so…. A little bit of everything but it’s all overpriced, literally every restaurant in this terminal has cheaper water. It’s convenient and the first thing you see here so I’ll give it that.

The store is outrageous. I purchased a USB C charger and wanted to return the item within five minutes of purchase, but I could not do so due to the package opening. Next time, tell your customers about your return policies because I have never heard of you being unable to return an item due to the open box. Customer service is awful and rude, and I’m glad I won’t be back. Please be aware of the return policy before purchasing electronics or any other item from this disgrace of a store

I went to this store frequently while at international terminal in SFO. Today I Bought Pringles sour cream & onion For $6.19 I gave her a $20 bill and .90 cents. I thought she said .90 cents Then she mumbled in Chinese that it's 19 cents not .90 cents. So gave her $20 and .19 cents. She stole my money and shorted me $1 . When I complained she started to talk Chinese .. she stole my hard earned money.. The point I am making is not the $1 bill I lost but the principle of honesty and integrity.. I don't recommend this store. They are dishonest and may short change you.

Inaccurate pricing, overpriced and poor quality. I needed a luggage strap, and found this Hudson store landside at SFO. There was only one off-brand strap advertised for $14.99. When I got to the counter, the rude clerk told me it was going to be $18.58 - it seemed a little much. When I questioned it, she impatiently told me it was the tax. In the end a younger assistant came over and corrected the pricing in the register stating that "prices have gone up" - I saw her later re-labeling the other straps with the new price of $16.99. Ironically when I got my bag, the zip was intact, but the strap was broken, missing the clip. This store is useful location wise for last minute purchases such as this. But the arrogance of the staff and the fact the product didn't even last one flight was disappointing.

Very shock!!! I had a terrible , very poor experience at this Hudson kiosk/SFO airport near UA check in. What a customer service this woman name Karen (thats what she told me her name was, not sure if the spelling is correct) who is working at this Hudson kiosk. It is the worst customer service ever I have encountered in the whole wide world.!!!! I travelled a lot and I always buy sweethearts and stuff for souvenirs. Honestly, I don't even know why this woman Karen was sooo uncivil and have unacceptable attitude towards me. I was only asking question in a very polite manner and she was obviously very impatient to answer me. If there's a zero star I would give her that score for sure!!! Very frustrated how I was treated. She shouldn't be working in a working environment where you have to interact to customers. She needs a lot more training in customer service!!! Hudson mgt can do way better in hiring people but NOT this particular woman name Karen!!!!

So nice to find fresh fruit!! It does come with a small bagel and cream cheese 🥯 no options for just fruit only. They had a nice selection of sandwiches as they seemed very fresh, we are taking them on the plane with us. And of course we need to get done chocolates! Nice that they had a selection of Godiva chocolates. Very professional and helpful staff.

Check your receipt after purchase. I was charged 30%+ over labeled price. I seldom get receipts for small airport purchases and I suspect most ppl do the same. Please check, the management here provided no explanation or adjustment after I pointed out the labeled and charged price differences. Pretty sure this is illegal..
