I did my very first spiritual session and it was quite the experience! It was an absolute pleasure to meet Iris. She’s very knowledgeable in what she does and she has great welcoming energy. I’m currently a healthcare student and throughout my studies, I’ve gotten exposure to topics such as spiritual care and its positive impact on the human body. I acknowledge the importance of this since it also helps with mental health and wellbeing. For those who’ve never experienced this or want an alternative, consider doing a spiritual session with Iris!

Its has a excellent vibe, Friendly people, the Salt Cave is amazing, the spot is warming and relaxing. I wish it was my apartment

I can’t say enough good things about Hudson Valley Healing Center and Iris! I found this place not long after moving to the Hudson Valley and feeling a bit lost, and it’s been such a game-changer for me. My first visit was for an angel card reading, and I felt an instant connection with Iris. She’s so spot-on, and her energy is something else—just amazing. Iris truly goes out of her way for her clients. She’s always giving me little tools, like stones to help me connect with my third eye and meditate more deeply. I even did a private salt cave Reiki session with two friends, and it was such a calming, healing experience. She even encouraged me to start writing, so here it is—my heartfelt thank-you to Iris and her incredible work! If you’re on the fence about checking this place out, do it! Iris is incredible, and you’ll leave feeling so much lighter and more centered. Highly recommend!

The center is such a warm and welcoming place to come into! It is such a comfortable environment where you can rest and relax. Iris a true healer, her reiki and sound healing sessions are like pure magic to me! Not to mention all of the other wonderful services and practitioners they have. I love coming here!

I love the Hudson Valley Holistic Healing Center! It has a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, and Iris is an exceptional host and Reiki practitioner. I highly recommend the center for anyone looking to unwind or book a girls’ party or family gathering venue. My favorite part is the Himalayan salt cave—it feels like you’re floating in space. It’s incredibly calming!

All I can say is WOW! The positive energy in this place is off the charts! Iris & team do an amazing job making you feel welcomed and the services they offer and provide have your overall wellness in mind. OUTSTANDING!! If you have not been there yet, GO VISIT!! Well worth it! The salt cave healing is amazing!!

We had a Holiday Party in the salt cave and all I can say is WOW! Iris led a sound healing and group reiki session for us in the cave and it was just magical. We all had different experiences but overall, the general consensus was one of relaxation and energy movement/clearing. I will and do highly recommend this experience for any group!!! And.... I will be going back to Iris in the future and the healing center for all of their fun wellness events!

Came here for the first time to experience a hypno-meditation in the salt cave. The cave was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. What a beautiful space to relax and get grounded. The event was great. The staff was informative and attentive, especially knowing it was my first time. I was welcomed with some hot tea. Restrooms were clean. Gift shop has a lot of cool holistic stuff, like stones, salt (duh!), candles, teas, etc. I plan on coming back. I left feeling so refreshed!

The absolute best Yoga center I've ever been. they have a salt cave, sauna, oxygen, reiki and Iris, the owner and instructor who caters to your needs. The rooms are calm, clean and smell wonderful. She uses sound and different oils for calming and peace. I'm glad to be able to go there for relaxation and stretching/breathing when I need it. I reccommend it highely

I went to Hudson Valley Healing Center for an IV treatment in June 2022. I pre-paid for my service on May 28, 2022. When I went for the treatment, I waited for 20 minutes to be assisted. The person administering the treatment was incompetent and did not read my intake form and almost gave me a booster that would have caused an allergic reaction as I'm allergic to sulfa. Then when attempting to get the IV started, they had to poke me 3-4 times and when they finally got it - it was incredibly painful. The nurse kept saying it shouldn't hurt and I kept saying it did. I'm not talking a minor pain here - it was burning like crazy. I had to snap at the women to take it out of my arm immediately and then I decided I'd had enough. Overall this was a terrible experience and I have emailed Elisa several times for a refund and have never gotten a credit back to my card.

45 minutes in the quiet ionized cave was a great boost to my lung health after traveling in a toxic airplane! My entire respiratory tract feels clean and I had a lovely meditation as well. First of many to come! The session was seamlessly executed from contact to a cubby lock to stow my purse. Another jewel in the neighborhood discovered!

It's a pleasure to walk into Hudson Valley Healing Center and be met by a warm and friendly individual. The cave is clean and relaxing. Wonderful experience all around

The owner was very nice and accommodating when we were late for our session, she opened late to let us still use the salt caves. The salt cave is beautiful and the music and ambiance is very relaxing.

All the staff was so incredibly kind and attentive. It was very comfortable, clean and the energy is fantastic!

I've always heard of salt caves; however I never lived close enough to one until now. I recently injured my knee so thought I'd try it out based on what I read about its benefits. To be honest I have no clue if this type of treatment works YET it was such a warm, dark and cozy space. There are twinkle lights in the ceiling itself which really made me think of the evening sky with stars. I laid in an anti-gravity chair covered with a soft blanket and allowed my thoughts to weave in and out for 45 minutes WITH NO PHONE. For me, it was a nice break from the onslaught of social media and the like. I don't know what the cost typically is but I was okay with the price. It would be fun to go with a group of people although it's meant to be silent so for sure it'd be a different experience. I hope to go back.

It's the only place around with an amazing salt cave. The experience was amazing and the staff are wonderful. Beautiful healing center tucked away in a sweetly designed new plaza just off of Van Wagner Road and the Arterial. Once there you'd never know you were so close to a major road because there's a genuine sense of privacy, seclusion and peace. While there check out the other newly established plaza just down the street within walking distance and get yourself a healthy snack at Chakra Bowls.

Nice space...salt cave is warm and inviting but pricey. More of a place for people with more discrenciary income. This also goes for the merchandise sold there. Yoga room is ok...a little stark. Just not a good old down to earth yoga space that holds the good vibes of warmness and non-competitiveness that Yoga represents.

The yoga class was wonderful!!! Lovely place with very nice staff who make you feel welcome!!! I highly recommend!!!

The entire facility is beautiful and smells wonderful. I enjoyed being in the salt cave and love that we have something so cool in the HV but I'm not sure I got the full effects of the yoga Nidra class. It was definitely relaxing and I felt blissed out at the end of it! Will be back to try the other classes!
