I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place was disgustingly dirty, to the point where it doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. The blanket sheets were stained and turned dark from being reused over and over, and the walls had peeling paint and falling colors as soon as you entered. The wooden floors were covered in wax, making everything look cheap and dirty.
The lobby was no better—there was a dark black stain on the seating area, and it smelled like sweat. There was loud noise from a nearby nightclub throughout the night, constant sounds from planes landing every 15 minutes, and construction noise coming from the lobby area. It was impossible to get a good night’s rest.
When I asked about a late check-out, the manager informed me that the latest possible check-out was 1 PM, and for each additional hour, I would have to pay an extra 75 AED. For a room that cost 159 AED for the night, this felt incredibly unreasonable.
However, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the staff were all very kind, supportive, and always smiling. I am grateful for their warm attitude, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall state of the hotel.
I hope I never have to stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
