Hues Boutique Hotel

New owners have come in and changed everything. Now you gotta pay 200 dirham to use steam room and jacuzzi and there’s no more buffet breakfast people. Twice a year for a week each last 10 years I stay in hues but sadly I won’t return untill steam sauna and jacuzzi free for guests again. I also checked out 3 days early. It’s almost like their cost cutting leaving you half empty shampoo and lotion. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere

This hotel is just getting worse and worse day by day.|From dirty broken bathrooms to dirty towels and bed sheets to slow unprofessional staff to leakage of water through walls to bad smells through its AC to chargeable parking that is already full and for everyone in Dubai to loud bad music that starts from 7 PM to fights between bars visitors around the lobby.|This hotel really needs serious renovation or they have to drop their prices slightly to a 1 star hotel level.

Good :) Value for money, nice hotel with all needed things around. as i visited with family, INDIAN lady at reception specially arranged room for me away from pub noise without asking. BAD :( there was No Parking, though building had basement parking which they lent it to some third party and we were asked to talk to them for parking arrangements which i paid 60 DHS for 3 days. it was little inconvenient and annoying as there was other cars are parked when you want to leave in morning, but the parking guy was helpful. in my view, Its ok if at all not possible due to location or space. but otherwise, any hotel must keep reserved parking for inhouse guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The place was disgustingly dirty, to the point where it doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. The blanket sheets were stained and turned dark from being reused over and over, and the walls had peeling paint and falling colors as soon as you entered. The wooden floors were covered in wax, making everything look cheap and dirty. The lobby was no better—there was a dark black stain on the seating area, and it smelled like sweat. There was loud noise from a nearby nightclub throughout the night, constant sounds from planes landing every 15 minutes, and construction noise coming from the lobby area. It was impossible to get a good night’s rest. When I asked about a late check-out, the manager informed me that the latest possible check-out was 1 PM, and for each additional hour, I would have to pay an extra 75 AED. For a room that cost 159 AED for the night, this felt incredibly unreasonable. However, I do want to give credit where it’s due—the staff were all very kind, supportive, and always smiling. I am grateful for their warm attitude, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall state of the hotel. I hope I never have to stay here again. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Definitely value for every coin. Cleanliness is quite in order. Congratulations for good house keeping practices.... I encountered Sharon, a diligent house keeper! She does great job 👏.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Dubai. It absolutely does NOT deserve a single dirham. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT stay here under any circumstances. Everything about this place is terrible. The breakfast is disgusting and of very poor quality. The cleanliness is among the worst I have ever seen dirty rooms, poorly maintained facilities, and zero attention to hygiene. The room smelled like sewage. The odor was unbearable and made it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. It was truly shocking. The curtains were broken, the television did not work, and nothing in the room seemed properly maintained. On top of that, the spa, jacuzzi, and sauna are NOT free as advertised they charge extra for everything. Honestly, everything about this hotel is bad. It does not even deserve one star. Save your money and choose literally anywhere else.

It's not a 4* hotel. Washrooms are very small . Bathtubs are very dirty. T.V. are not working in any room. World cup is going on And you can't watch the match. Management didn't inform us in advance. Otherwise I will never book this hotel for my family and my friends. Menu of breakfast is very poor. For vegetarian only poori and potato sabzi was served. I had informed the management in advance that we need variety in veg. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms were dirty, carpet and curtains full of stains. It's definitely not a 4 star. 4 night clubs in facility so with kids I definitely wouldn't recommend. We did not enjoy our stay at all. If only they would clean the place.
