A beautifully presented new pastry shop in the heart of Paris’ 6th arrondissement! Hugues Pouget offers truly mouthwatering creations, from refined savoury pastries (I tried the ham-comté-béchamel pastry and little truffle-hazelnut pizzette) to exquisite sweet delights (I had to go for one of my all time favorites, the tarte au citron, and was really conquered!), not to mention the excellent bread and tempting chocolates. Every detail reflects quality and creativity. A new must-try address in Paris!

I’ve heard they have the best mille-feuille so I came here. I ordered mille-feuille and flan. They are definitely worthy. The filling is creamy and dense, and the charred puff pastry makes it complex.

The absolute best "guimauve" (high-end marshmallow) I have ever tasted. Wonderful chocolates and many other delicious tempting sweet things. Beautiful store close to St. Germain des Prés. Worth the detour.

I want to give a huge thanks to Diane. She highlighted my 30th birthday by being such a great advisor and attentive salles women. I called her 3 times and every time she was taking care of my order with great pleasure and professionalism, I have rarely seen that. The cakes were also beautiful, delicate and tasty. Pretty good! I had the hazelnut financier. Very high quality ingredient but too sweet for me. The fig and raisin croissant is really good! The light sweetness of the fig and the aroma are perfect for croissant dough

The cakes are all wonderful and the price is very high. I bought 2 cakes including berries. The cakes are as good as other famous pattiseries. The brand name is high. I might come back when I have to take some high brand cakes to somebody. For myself I go to the other pattiseries. I want to try their viennoiseries like brioche, croissants. And financiers.

Incredible array of delicious pastries, feel like the products are taken care like in a jewelry store. Highly recommend it.

We had a pablova. Wonderful balance of sweet and sour. Red leaves were excellent. Chocolate cake was a bit heavy but the mousse was of high quality. Great financiers, cookies and marshmallow. The fruit flavors filled chocolate were ok. We had better.
