Fine meal on a limited Spengler Cup Tournament menu. Made a 730pm reservation for 2 people but they allowed us to come in at 530pm when it was less crowded. No English menu but we had phone apps that could translate for us.

Visited in the afternoon for cake and coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Dogs are allowed, and the waitress brought water for our dogs without being asked. Cakes and other sweet options were available. The atmosphere was pleasant.

Lovely restaurant with beautiful food with a nice choice of local wines and soft drinks, service was great but a little on the slow side given how quiet the evening of our visit was. The restaurant itself was nicely laid out and clean and the menu had a wide variety of dishes to suit all pallets. Would recommend and would return.

We had a wonderful time at HUGO’s! The staff and management were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We went there daily for lunch as a large group, and the food and atmosphere were simply perfect.

3.5 stars but given 4 because of the waiter. Sunday evening for dinner.
Food (vegan curry) was fine. Nothing crazy but ok. The portion though was a bit small.
Service was nice and the only man waiter was great.
Negative: paying 9 chf for a 1L “Davos water” is ridiculous.

We had a wonderful experience at Hugos. The food was great, and the staff was friendly. Our party of seven enjoyed the patio dining and a nice selection of regional dishes, drinks, and desserts. Well done!

The food was great and the atmosphere as well with great view on the city. We had the “alplermagronen” and my wife the curry which was great. What attracted us was that the place was advertised as “kid friendly” - unfortunately for one very stressed gentleman who insisted on walking up very close to me while I slowly and carefully walked my toddler daughter around to keep her calm - to demonstrate his very conspicuous annoyance at us for walking around. That kind of attitude spoiled our experience and stressed us. We recommend visiting another place with toddlers and holidays for the stressed gentleman in question.
