Came here with a friend and we got the kam ja tang jeon gol to share. The kam ja tang hot pot was pretty good but it lacked enough soup. The soup was also not spicy enough and kinda lacked flavor. The pork bone was super tender and the meat fell off pretty easily. The side dishes were decent. The service was kinda lacking. Was really hard to get a hold of a server. We paid around $70 with tax and tips. There is a 5% off for paying with cash.

I visited Huh Ga Ne Korean Restaurant and ordered makchang and cold noodles. The experience was fantastic. our server cooked the makchang right in front of us, which made the meal both interactive and enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the overall experience felt authentic and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try Korean BBQ or Korean food in general.

We wanted to try Korean intestines, so we chose this place since we didn’t know of any other restaurant that served the dish. Even with plenty of herbs, we could still smell and taste a strong pork flavor, which was unpleasant for us. The beef stir-fry was also quite sweet, which didn’t suit our taste.

Google
The food was bland and tasteless, not very delicious. The service was extremely poor, to the extent that it could be described as almost non-existent. When serving, they kept a stern expression on their faces. Then, from time to time, they would come over to ask if the food had been finished (the interval from serving to the inquiry was less than 20 minutes). If we said it would take some time, they would have a disgusted look on their faces. Wishing we could finish the bill and tip the waiter right away.

Google
No doubt the most authentic Korean restaurant in Toronto. (And of course foods are amazing.) I can’t even count how many times I’ve been here. This place is a no brainer for Korean food.

Food are good but the service is hard to say🫤I come here twice and they always too busy to ignore people. Don't come with a bad mood I have to say.

Had a great meal at Huh Ga Ne, one of the most well-known Korean restaurants in Toronto! I ordered the Gamjatang (pork bone soup) and bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles) — both were flavorful, comforting, and truly satisfying. One of the coolest parts? I got to sit near the exact spot where BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Rosé once dined! For any K-pop fan, that’s a surreal moment. The service was quick and friendly, the portions generous, and the vibe — cozy with a touch of celebrity sparkle. Highly recommend this place whether you’re a foodie or a BLINK!

This is a restaurant I’ve been coming to since before I was married, and it’s been almost 20 years now. I came here with my kids after a long time and enjoyed a delicious meal. The staff were all very kind, and thank you so much for the great service

Yelp
Extensive selection of dishes available for 24/7. Apart from the banchans and dumplings, the table ordered tangsuyuk (medium) and kimchi pajeon. Do note that some dishes only come in medium or large portion. Other than that, service was good and luckily there wasn't too long of a wait time to get a table.

Yelp
Huh Ga Ne is one of the very few Korean restaurants that's open 24/7 in the city. The location is very convenient - right across from subway station, and steps away from karaoke bars, night clubs, and entertainment venues in the area, making it ideal for late-night grubs. It tends to get super packed at night time, but quieter earlier in the day. The interior is cozy with a large TV screen on the wall and dining tables outfitted for Korean BBQ. They serve typical Korean dishes you'd find in most other Korean restaurants - bibimbap, jap chae, soon do bu, different varieties of hot and cold noodles (naengmyeon), and Korean BBQ and hot pot combos. It wasn't too busy when I came. Service was lightning fast - everything came out within 5 minutes (give or take) after ordering. I liked that most main dishes came with purple instead of white rice. They were quite generous with portion size. I ordered the Grilled Yellow Corvina (Croaker), and it came as 2 whole fish (enough to feed 3-4 people). It came with a side of purple rice. Flavour was very delicious with the right amount of seasoning, and a bit of green onion for garnish. Bibimbap was just alright - a lot of rice and moderate amount of vegetables, mostly lettuce. The banchan selection that day wasn't the greatest - just kimchi, white radish, and potato cubes. Huh Ga Ne scores high on convenience (both the location and hours, being open 24/7) and service (very fast and efficient), but the food was average / as expected (similar to what you'd find in other similar restaurants, nothing extraordinary).

Yelp
This is the first place I can think of where we can find some delicious Korean foods at late night. They open 24 hours and staffs are friendly! The restaurant located in a convenient location and there are many parkings outside. I love the pork feet most and the portion is big enough for 2-3 girls.. but we also love to order their soup. Definitely recommend for those who love Korean foods.

Yelp
Recent takeout experience Sullongtang sliced beef broth soup good but beef hard to chew had to cut with scissors Soon tofu soup pretty good Dumpling rice cake soup decent Side dishes kimchi, soy potato slices, radish were decent. 3/5 overall- pretty good if you have a craving and this is your closest or only option but overall there's definately tastier Korean food in this area

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick lunch after a workout and ordered two of our favorite soups. Thus was my first time here and it definitely won't be my last. My sister is a regular here and she loves their yuk gae Jang. I opt for hae Jang guk whenever I see that they actually use blood jello so this is what I ordered here. Both soups were so good with just the right amount of spice and great beefy broth. Accompanying banchans fared equally well and I could tell that anything I try here will be just as good. I am looking forward to returning with more people so I can try their table top cooking next time.

Yelp
A korean place that's open 24 hours? That's like finding the rarest legendary pokemon in the wild. So how's the food quality? ABSOLUTELY GREAT. How's the service? It's aiight (they're always busy so that might be a contributing factor to the nonchalant-ness of the wait staff). If you come after 9pm you're gucci because the adjacent shoppers drug mart parking lot right next to it has free parking after 9pm. If you drive here before 9 start praying for a parking spot or find a spot in a neighborhood nearby and walk it. The resto is located in willowdale basically in the heart of koreatown along yonge and finch. I'm actually pleasantly surprised at how large the portion sizes are for a 24 hr resto. The kam pung ki (yangnyeom KFC) is a must order for me (super crispy and sooo juicy). It also comes boneless and the chicken is so moist. I also like to order kalbi tang here since my old spot for kalbi tang, Jinmee, shuttered its doors in markham. Jinmee's kalbi tang was incomparable. Biggest beef ribs, cooked for super long so the meat just slid right off with one tug. No other kalbi tang had come close until I tried it on a whim at Huh Ga Ne. Very very good kalbi tang here. The resto has a bit of a unique setup. Right side of the resto is regular tables, chairs and bench seating. The left half of the resto is like old korean style seating where you have to basically sit on your knees and kneel or cross your legs while you eat. Since I'm old now I always opt for right side seating. My legs start bricking up if I cross my legs or kneel for too long lol. Food prices have gone up post-covid inflation obviously but it hasn't gotten egregious yet. And like I said, they do give you huge portions. The bonus point HAS to be that they're open 24 hrs. I come here quite often on fridays late night after badminton in scarborough and on my way home.

Yelp
I always enjoy ordering from this place. This place is open late and it's usually packed with people. I ordered a soup and the fried chicken for takeout. It was very delicious. We ordered through calling them through the phone on a Saturday evening and we were able to get our order within 30 minutes. The staff there are very friendly and the food was hot and flavorful. They also provide some small sides for takeout as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again their fried chicken kam lung gi is probably one of the best I have had in a while in this area. I will probably try dining in next time if there wasn't such a long wait.

Yelp
Had a late night craving and look no further! This spot is a local favourite and buzzing with energy. The parking here is a little restricted but pack your patience as there is always someone leaving for you to park The food selection is nice and there is the regular table seating along with the sitting on the raised floor for some more traditional fare. There is plenty of drinks (alcoholic and non) especially with a Coco right next door to indulge in after the meal.

Yelp
Maybe the only thing I liked in my dining experience here was the availability and option of eating at a low wooden table and floor. It adds to the authenticity and immersion of East Asian dining. What was unacceptable is the level of service we had here. I would like to believe that our server was trying to be polite and courteous, but it does not always seem that way. There were a few times too many where she just came off as rude in her replies. The serving time is also very terrible. It was always taking a long time to get anything done. The attendants were not always looking at our direction to see if we are needing something. I had to personally look back over my shoulder to wait for any employee to meet my eye and catch on that I needed something. I already accounted for the fact that it may be around peak lunch time when we were there, but I know that it was not at all extremely packed and busy. We did not get a regular supply of side dish refills because no one was properly and regularly serving our table. The time when we did get someone to finally come over, we had a lot of accumulated pending requests. There was already quite a long list of uncleared things that we needed -- refills for many of the side dishes, an extra plate to hold the cooked food, water refills, napkins, etc. Instead of acknowledging their inefficiency, the waitress even had the audacity to sound surprised and annoyed about all that we just said. Too add on top of the bad things so far is that their payment method is not very flexible. It may be a minor inconvenience, but they do not always accept split payment of the bill among all the diners in the group. They instead prefer the table's bill paid in full by one card. I can't think right now of any other place that does that, or at least, I believe that not a lot of restaurants practice that payment method the same way.

Yelp
Due to issues with fire safety, you can no longer grill it yourself at the sitting dining tables, however, that doesn't take away the quality of the food. Prices is a bit high but the quality and quantity are definitely decent. Pretty authentic Korean food, they will provide additional kimchi as well.

Yelp
The spicy goat stew was really good. Price was good, meat was good. Meat was very flavourful and tender.

Yelp
Met up with friends for lunch. Huh Ga Ne is located on Finch, there's a P park lot which is just a min walk away We ordered the seafood pancake, japjae, sweet fried chicken, balsam and off course the first time seeing in Toronto Pink Grapefuit Soju. The food was very delicious and the side dishes, of kimchi and seaweed was so tasty Friendly service and very comfy place to meet up with friends They open 24 hours Strongly recommend this place

Yelp
You know when you have late night cravings, and you just can't wait? Thoughts racing through your mind to a particular food/restaurant. Sooo that was me last night. Food: It was superb. The marinated short ribs, soy bean paste soup, and condiments were mouth watering delicious. Just thinking about it, makes me salivate. I even took the soy bean paste soup home, just to continue the delectable meal. Customer Service: The staffs were kind, friendly, and polite. They definitely deserve my tip. They checked on us regularly, and even helped with BBQ. Atmosphere: So because of the pandemic, there is no dine in option. The option available is patio/dine out with umbrellas, which really helps because it was raining and cold last night. Regardless, I had a great experience. This is my 4th or 5th visit, so that says a lot. Parking: it's not as bad as before. I paid $3.50 (Time Maximum option) which is good for 0600PM to 0700AM, yep you read that right. This is great for restaurants located at Yonge and Finch (Finch station area). Bonus point: I love how they are open till 0500am :-D

Yelp
I got the Stir-fried Pork here and I thought it tasted pretty good. I wish there was a bit more pork compared to the vegetables though. Service was good and the place wasn't too busy on a Saturday around lunch time.

Yelp
My Son invited us to a family social at this busy 24-hour Korean eatery along Finch Ave W very close to Yonge Street. What's the likelihood of me dining Korean twice in the same week? Never ever happened before but happy it did. With a choice of sitting inside or outside, our party of 4 sat on the small covered sidewalk patio, ordered a beverage of an A1--So Ju and then the food started rolling out. I sat back a willing participate and enjoyed the good food while my Son handled the gas stove placed on our table. He chose the following meal plan: T4--Sam Kyup Sal: thinly sliced pork belly with (vegetable with soy bean paste soup or) seafood tofu soup. M17--Dolsot Bibim Bap: assorted vegetable with beef egg on stone hot pot spicy special sauce. A13 (medium) Hae Mul Pa Jon: seafood pan cake with vegetable. The serving staff were terrific but extremely busy. They kept our table stocked with extra servings of up to any 3 vegetables we wanted. A great dining experience!

Yelp
October 27, 2019 - My friends and I went here at 1am and it was so busy. They had a line outside the door, the wait wasn't too long. Just the weather was raining really bad. When we got seated we ordered T4 $45 (pork belly grilled plate) This was my first time trying this, I was so happy!! Everything tasted great the soup was yummy. The grilled pork wrapped in lettuce with the side dishes was so yummy. My friends enjoyed it also. I have been to Huh Ga Ne a few time since my first review. I've been ordering Pork bone soup. I live the flavour of the soup and the pork falls off the bone. I'm happy I tried something different. It was a nice experience. I am for sure going to order T4 again!

Yelp
The only place to go to after the club, karaoke, or a bar night out with your friends. Best time to go is past midnight and it's still busy even at 3am! I'm so thankful you are open 24hrs you save me when I need a good hearty meal at crackhead hours.

Yelp
My absolute favourite for late night Korean food that is done so well in a really comfy setting. I usually go late on Friday/Saturday night which is when it tends to be a little busy, but turnover is quick and staff are attentive in getting you seated either on the heated patio or inside. Typically I get some stew (go to being yukgaejang or gamjatang) which is always served piping hot and the right amount of spicy and flavour. The servings are definitely on the bigger side. Besides the entrees, the banchan is always super fresh and quick to be refilles. As well, I would recommend the spicy fried chicken (kampungi). Highly, highly recommend to satisfy the late night Korean craving with super good food!

Yelp
The go-to spot after a night out with your friends! This place is 24 hours and was even super busy when my friends and I showed up at 3 am. The Korean BBQ was pretty good for its price I would definitely recommend it. However, I did not like their tonkatsu as it was a little dry for me.

Yelp
One of many Korean restaurants in the Yonge & Finch area--but this restaurant actually offers floor seating tables, which I thought was pretty cool. Unfortunately the restaurant always seems pretty crowded, so you don't get choice seating. We ordered the soon dobu and gamjatang. I love soup of any form, and these are no exception! The soups are delicious and their side dishes are varied and tasty. Nothing here is particularly spicy, so I would say it's safe for those of you who aren't too good with spicy foods. This is a pretty solid restaurant with tasty food. I used to frequent this place a lot and haven't visited in a while, but it really hasn't changed much. Their prices are reasonable and it's nice to get your fill of Korean food.

Yelp
This Korean restaurant is a busy joint, filled with lots of international students. There are a fair amount of tables, but half the seats are traditional ones where you sit cross-legged on the ground. As stated by the other reviews, there is indeed the heavy and suffocating smell of kbbq smoke in the building. The staff are curt and busy, though not unkind. There's a plethora of banchan here, including fishy salty sardines, spicy radish, spicy kimchi, bean sprouts, kelp salad, spicy fish cake, and pickled radish. I preferred the kelp, bean sprouts, and pickled radish! I ordered the ox tendon soup, the do gani tang, for $13. It came with a bowl of purple/white rice mix. The soup had a generous amount of tendon (6+ chunky pieces), and had some glass noodles lying on the bottom. Do note, however, that it is unsalted so be prepared to add salt (served on the table) to your preferences! It was a nice clear and warm broth, just what I was craving that day. That said, once you get near the end, you're met with a lot of minced garlic, so be prepared for some nasty breath!

Yelp
This restaurant gets pretty good reviews and while I was here it was super busy and there was always people waiting for a table. To be honest I don't see the hype for this place especially in an area with so much selection. The menu here is pretty well rounded and has a lot of options, and it is pretty cheap. But all the dishes that my family and I ordered seemed to have a lot of fillers in them (like onions and random veggies) rather than the good stuff you actually want and order the dish for. The appetizer dishes here are great, as you get a good combination of things. I ordered the gamjatang (pork bone soup) which was super disappointing. The broth tasted bland and the pork was not the easy fall-off-the-bone type you typically expect from this dish. It was a chore trying to get the meat off the bone, eventually I just gave up. I also ordered a spicy rice cake dish for the table to share which was good in texture, but the sauce tasted a bit watered down. There's a lot of hustle and bustle going on in this restaurant, as it is a small space and there was always people waiting in the doorway. I think they need to do something about the outside of the restaurant, which isn't too welcoming looking. They put all their garbage and recycling around the doorway which takes away from the exterior. However, the inside is pretty and quaint, as there are regular tables as well as traditional seating where you sit on floor pillows. I was impressed with the speed of service and attentiveness the servers were able to maintain during such a busy time. One thing that I really disliked was that twice during my visit two separate workers took the garbage from the back through the restaurant seating areas to the front outside. I'm pretty sure this is some type of violation and it seemed like a normal occurrence for them. This shouldn't be happening at all, but especially during such a busy rushed time and small space, customers don't need to see that when they are trying to eat. Overall, I don't think I would come back here especially since there are so many other competing restaurants on the strip. Yes the food is cheap but I would rather pay the few extra bucks to get better quality food that isn't just fillers.

Yelp
One night, after an intense hockey game, I really needed a hearty meal. Boy, did I make a good choice in Huh Ga Ne. One of the few 24hr spots in the Yonge/Finch area, Huh Ga Ne is not your ordinary place in Toronto. Upon entering, you can see your options in seating. There is the traditional chair and table. However, if you want the authentic experience, there is the floor seats where you take your shoes off and seat on the floor. I wanted the floor seat experience, unfortunately all the tables were taken, so I opted for the table and chair as I quite hungry. A good variety of Korean specialties to select from, ranging from stews to barbecue. I ended up ordering the classic Gamjatang (Pork Bone Stew) as I was looking for something hearty. This gamjatang had a generous amount of pork bones which was tender for that perfect bite with rice. The broth was nicely seasoned and the cabbage was melt in your mouth goodness after soaking up the broth and the spices. Although I have been seeing my fellow Yelpers getting mixed service from the wait staff, I was quite happy with my service. The wait staff was attentive every time I rose my hand for more water or for their amazing banchan. I will be back to Huh Ga Ne at some point after a night of clubbing as I could use their gamjatang after a night of drinking.

Yelp
Really appreciate places like Huh Ga Ne for staying open late! There are a few places in the Yonge/Finch area that cater delicious noms to the night owl crowd and I usually go to whichever one has the shortest line. Staff all wore masks and plenty of hand sanitizer was available for customers to use. They do their best to space tables out, and have plastic dividers between tables for extra safety. Service is always really polite despite how busy they are (even at 1am). It can be hard to get someone's attention but they will always acknowledge that they see your hand up and come back later. We had to remind them a few times with the same inquiry but we went the first night Toronto dining opened up, so they are probably just adjusting to servicing outdoor patio and indoor with the same amount of staff. Food arrived very fast. I always get the pork belly for tabletop cooking. It's good quality meat and comes with lots of side dishes. Definitely enough to feed both my husband and I. If you like Kpop, the indoor dining areas has it up on the TV to watch.

Yelp
Great late night spot or even during the day... because it is 24 hours!! Wooo! My friends and I come here pretty often after a night out (usually around 4 AM..) and whether we are drunk or sober, we ALWAYS enjoy the pork belly table top! The portions are huge - it says it is meant for 2 people on their menu but I usually come with a group of 3-4 and we are are always full at the end of our meal. Sometimes we will order a portion of spicy rice cake with our table top if we're feeling extra hungry! The portions are standard for this dish. The rice cakes are bigger than usual and super chewy! Sauce is savory and perfectly spicy for my tastes. Service is pretty standard, I like that they will put the meat on the table top for us and will try to come back a couple times more to help us cook it. We get seated pretty quickly when we get there (but keep in mind that we go during off times..), and always receive our orders in a reasonable amount of time. It is not too hard to track down a server to ask for anything else either, nor are they stingy when we ask for extra napkins. I found out that they opened up a patio and came by recently during COVID. There was a bit of a wait, which is understandable since they are only allowed dining outside. They don't take reservations either so we had to put our names down on a waiting list when we arrived. We got there around 6:30 PM and waited about half an hour for a table for 3 guests, but it got busier and the wait list seemed to be getting longer very fast so earlier is probably better - unless you dont mind waiting! When we sat down we were provided hand sanitizer and had our temperatures checked, all the servers were wearing masks and I saw them wipe down every table as guests leave. Definitely a safe spot to visit for some good korean food! Good food and service is an amazing combo and Huh Ga Ne got it down to a tea!! Can't wait to come back

Yelp
I really really wanted to like this place. The aunties working were so nice! But the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced!!! There were two of us and we ordered the pork belly, tofu stew and a bottle of soju...$100 plus tip. Ridiculously overpriced! I have eaten Korean BBQ a thousand times and this was the most bland and poor quality! Pork was freezer burnt. Tofu stew was watery. Banchan was average and they gave us some spicy skate because we bought the soju and there was one small piece!!! The restaurant is nicely laid out but very dirty. Floors are a mess. They were very diligent with Covid protocols. FYI. Despite my disappointment, I left a 20% tip. Let's support our local workers!!

Michaël F.

Yelp
Great food, though the waitress complained about the tip. She didn't come to see if everything was okay after the food was served until we were done eating so we didn't feel like she took care of us. Not only she complained, she made us give her more tips. Very rude staff

Yelp
Arrived around 9pm on a Saturday and my group of 5 was seated right away. If you haven't seen this place before, half the restaurant is set up for regular seating and the other are tables meant for you to sit on the ground (on a cushion) with your shoes off. If you're not up for that, you may have to wait a bit for a seated table. My group got T3 (bulgogi) which came with 2 rice and soup. We also got an order of kalbi which also came with rice. You also get a variety of refillable side dishes. The kalbi wasn't the best i've had but the bulgogi was great and i loved that it came in such a huge dish presentation wise. The service was fast and super friendly. They're also open 24/7 which is a plus.

Yelp
Huh Ga Ne is a 24 hr Korean restaurant located near Finch and Yonge area if you're ever needing some place to go for late night munchies. Coming into the restaurant, there is a choice of the regular seats or the ones where you have to sit on the floor. Opting for a difference experience, we went for the floor seats. You'll have to take off your shoes before getting onto the platform, and there are mats under the table for you to sit on. If you're in for a different experience, then I'll recommend these seats, however they can get a bit uncomfortable as the tables are low and you have to make leg room for yourself. There is a good selection of Korean food in their menu, and all the prices include taxes which is convenient if you don't want to calculate everything. Speed wise, the food came very fast; probably a minute or 2 after we ordered. We got: - Pork bone soup ($12): It's pretty good if you are having cravings for it, and it includes a good portion of big pieces. However, taste wise, it was pretty standard. What I mean is that it tasted pretty much like every other Korean restaurant, but if I compared to Cho Sun Ok's soup, I definitely wasn't as addicted. I was able to stop drinking the soup here, but at Cho Sun Ok, I couldn't stop. The service overall was very good as our servers were attentive when we needed to order; and had manners as well.

Yelp
This place gets super busy, especially on Friday evenings and weekends so come here early! We got here at around 5 PM on Friday and it was about 80% occupied. They have regular dining tables as well as a floor-seating eating option (traditional Korean floor-seating). The only tables free at the time were the floor seats so we made our way to the table. Here, you are required to remove your shoes before entering the area. Under the tables, they had mats which you could use to sit on. It was my first time sitting and eating like this so the padded mats offered some comfort. We ordered the spicy rice cakes (dduk boki), grilled pork intestines (makchang), and blood sausages (soon dae). The pork intestines came with a whole slew of side dishes to eat with and a red sauce that you're supposed to pour into the pan and stir fry the intestines with (we made the mistake of not doing this). The intestines were very delicious. They were really clean as the smell is not as strong. I enjoyed it dipped in some sauce and with a slice of garlic and kimchi. The rice cakes were my favourite. I love the chewy texture and the sweet and savoury taste of the sauce. It had a good spicy kick to it as well. This was probably the best plate of rice cake I've had in a while. The sausages were served on a plate of what seemed to be some sort of organ meat and liver. They weren't my favourite. I didn't like the thought of eating blood or the soft texture of the dish. It is more of an acquired taste. I absolutely loved this place since it offers some truly authentic and unique Korean dishes!

Yelp
Huh Ga Ne place has been one of my go to favourite Korean restaurants for many years. Every time I go, the Kam Ja Tang (Pork Bone Soup) is a must order. The soup is so flavourful and delicious with just the perfect level of spicyness. The pork bones have plenty of meat to compliment the purple rice that the soup comes with.

Yelp
Definitely one of the better Korean restaurants in the area, and you can tell by the number of Koreans that eat here. We ordered the LA kalbi ($20), pork bone soup ($10) and soon tofu. Everything was delicious and we always appreciate the little sides that come with the meal and the purple rice! I thought the kalbi was a bit expensive for the portion, but I have to admit that it was very tasty. Everything was served very quickly which was great since we could hardly stop ourselves from salivating from the smell. The seating was divided into two sections, one side with tables and the other where you remove your shoes and sit on pillows. Our legs were sore by the end, but we hardly noticed while eating. Taller people might find it harder to stretch their legs. Another point is that they are open 24hrs, but it does get busy during dinner even on weeknights. There is free parking on the small streets in front and at the back/side of the restaurant after 6pm if you can find it. We came here to eat and it was easy to find a bubble tea or dessert cafe in the same area afterwards.

Yelp
Reason for Visit: Was visiting a friend around Yonge/Finch area and was recommended this. Menu: To be honest, I didn't even look at the menu as I just eat anything. So we got this beef kbbq dish to share amongst 4 people. We also got this sweet sour pork and two soups to share which was part of the group meal. Overall, portions are great, big dishes. Food was tasty, beef was very juicy and tender. The side dishes were also very unique, there even was this dried salty small fish one. The pork was deliscious, sauce was tasty. Very addicting. Service: I was quite pleased. It is a busy restaurant, waitress came by to attend to us occasionally. Not excessively. Atmosphere: They have the traditional mat seats which is kind of neat. Not sure how comfortable it is but I like the idea for a more comfy style of eating. Nicely renovated, lots of tables. Overall: Definitely worth the visit. Prices are decent, food is decent. I don't think it stood out, but it is 24/7 so very convenient.

Yelp
Food delicious and would like to visit again. Need to wait the staff for serving, but they proactively change our seats when we have BBQ items and serve nicely.

Yelp
My boyfriend suggested Huh Ga Ne for dinner because he mentioned whenever his friends passed by, there would always be a long line up for a table. Where the lines were, it should be where the good food is at haha. It was true! We enjoyed our dinner here! We chose to sit at the tatami area (you sit on the floor and it's heated!) Service was great, our server came back regularly to cook our kalbi meat for us. We ordered the: * KALBI - Table cooking for two ($40): (It comes with 6 different side dishes, garlic, sauce and lettuce; plus a choice of seafood soup / tofu soup) I think the whole set was really worth it. The portion was perfect for two people. I loved the kalbi meat. It was marinated nicely and full of flavour. It wasn't that oily because the shape of the cooking pot curved inwards, so the oil was drained out pretty quickly. The tofu soup that came with the dinner set was also very delicious. Regular flavour isn't too spicy. I'd recommend this restaurant for those looking for something to warm their tummies on a cold winter day! The line built up pretty quickly (at around 7 pm) so either book in advance or go early for a table (We came here at around 6 pm).

Yelp
Husband and I went right before noon and the place was pretty empty. After 12:15, the place was packed with no vacant tables! The restaurant is not very big. There are sections where you can sit on the tables and also tables you can sit on the floor ("Korean style"). There are a bunch of TVs all around the restaurant too. We ordered yukgyejang and soondaeguk and the food came out SUPER fast (within 5 minutes of ordering). They give us seven different banchan and purple rice. All the banchans were fresh and the stews were good too. The soondaeguk isn't the best - there aren't a lot of soondae pieces and the soondae itself doesn't seem to be housemade. The yukgyejang was okay. The broth wasn't very rich but it was still satisfying. Seemed like everyone else was ordering gamjatang... maybe something we should try next time!

Yelp
I had kalbi/kbbq in LA and this place was better. Even without dipping sauce the kalbi is BLESSED. marinaded to perfection and they even give you BONES to give to your dog after. 10/10

Yelp
Food + Customer Service = 2/5. My friends and I visited this restaurant on a Friday night around 7 P.M. just because there is a parking lot near by. Food 3/5 Their food was the same as other Korean restaurant, not impressive. Reasonable price, around $20 per person after tax & tips. Service 1/5 I was really disappointed with their customer service. All customers waited at the entrance and no greeting from their staff. It was my first time there and I am not sure if they will take my name or give me a #. So I just stand in front of the host counter. After 10 minutes, a staff came and asked me the # of people and she took note of it, she wrote 6-4-4-2(didn't even ask name or give out #) then walked away. I am supposed to be the table after the group of 6. so after another 20 minutes of wait finally my turn, but another waitress came and gave my table to a group of 4 who just walked in. This really pissed me off and the group after me. I cannot understand if this is the first time they got so busy as everything was unorganized. Seriously, don't brother to go in if you see people wait at the door. Just a suggestion to the restaurant, there are many methods to organize your customer during busy hours, for example, get their name or phone #, and give out # on a piece of paper.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and I personally like this place because they're consistent with food and service. Food: 3.75/5 the food is good and definitely one of the better Korean restaurants I've been to. I like how everything is fresh. I've had their large pot of food including their seafood pot and sausage one. I preferred their seafood pot because it had crabs, mussels, shrimps. Their sausage pot (budae Jeon Gol ) had sausage, spam, half a ramen, dumplings and A LOT of kimchi (please see photo). Service: 4.5/5 food comes out quickly and they are attentive when you raise your hand. Typically Asian restaurant service Atmosphere: 5/5 it's nice because they are very unique. They have seating areas where you sit on the ground and eat the food versus seating on a chair Price: tax is included in the price Location: A few mins walk when you exit Finch subway station. Recommend? Yes because they have very fresh ingredients. I haven't had their Korean BBQ but it smells REALLY good!

Yelp
One of a Korean 24 hrs restaurant in North York. Pretty busy place. Friendly servers and owners. The service is speedy in my opinion. The price is reasonable and their fish soups are my probably my favorite Korean dish. :) It lost one star because they haven't clean up the table next to mine during our mealtime. It attracts food flies close to our food as well. If they can improve it, definitely keep food hygiene and comfort environment for all patrons

Yelp
Food: The BEST place I've ever been to for authentic Korean BBQ just like in Korean dramas. I always come here for the pork table cooking for 2 set. The side dishes are always complimentary and it's unlimited refills! The soon tofu soup are always very hearty and full of ingredients. I definitely recommend this place if you love all sorts of Korean eats! Price: Very fair priced. Average priced for big portions! You'll definitely get your money's worth here. Payment Method: Credit, Debit, Cash

Yelp
This is one of my favorite spots to go to in Willowdale! I like the fact that they are open 24 hours so they can satisfy your Korean needs. The first time I came, they had the tables near the floor where seats are needed and that was cool. I got the bimbim naengmyeon and it was pretty tasty. The side dishes were really really good, I enjoyed the anchovies. I also tried dolsot bimbimbap, the portion was smaller than other places and it tasted okay. Other than that, I do like coming here as service is attentive and quick.

Yelp
"My 24/7 buddy" What time we arrived/Wait time? I'm korean so I've been here like a billion times when I'm craving my foods but I'm too lazy to cook haha. It's usually busy when I go for dinner. Lunch is a bit better. But try to go on off times. Atmosphere? It's nice! You maaaay smell after you leave though since some people order samgyupsal which is table top cooking so just beware! This ain't a super fancy place. It's nice though with the chandelier and floor sitting area. Service/Staff? Very fast and efficient. They just want you to get in and get out! Nothing new here haha Food/Menu? The soonduboo is pretty good here. The ddukmandoogook is good here. The Jyukbokum is amazing here. The side dishes are okay (kinda not fresh because its 24/7 place). The donkatsu is good here. Everything is pretty good here considering it's 24/7 and it's a good all around cool place to try out if you're exploring korean food.

Yelp
Pretty decent 24hr Korean food option serving a whole variety of dishes. This place will satisfy your craving, whether it be pork bone soup, grilled meat, or hotpot. The dishes I tried were the bossam, spicy rice cakes, and spicy beef soup with glass noodles. The bossam here is a little different from the other places I've tried. The pork belly is sliced a little bit thinner, but the pieces are bigger. The spicy radish and lightly pickled cabbage help cut the fattiness of the meat. The rice cake didn't come with a lot of sauce, but I didn't mind because the flavors were strong, just a little on the sweet side. The rice cakes were super soft. It came with a lot of side dishes, but the assortment weren't my favorite. There are plenty of seating to accommodate large groups and feels pretty clean. It was really cold in the restaurant because the door kept staying open, had to keep my jacket on for most of the meal. Prices were pretty typical but slightly higher than other places.

Yelp
I am not sure if I want to eat hot pot or grill meat or even noodle any time of the day. But I am happy that Huh Ga Ne is open 24 hours! The wait staff here is pleasant and speak good English but I shouldn't have any problem to read the menu as it is printed in Korean, English and Chinese! Duck with Vegetable in Hot Pot ($30) Ori Jeon Gol is labelled as spicy but lack the spice even when the lady reassured me that it is spicy. She did go and get extra seasonings to help spice it up for us. The duck though was a little tough, I probably won't be ordering it again. But It was not bad for a cold day. There are also other traditional Korean comfort food: soup, noodle, bbq, blood sausage, pig's feet and more. At first glance, the pricing seems to be a little higher than other neighbourhood's restaurants but the pricing includes HST. I will be back, especially at the strange hours on a cold day.... eating Hot Pot and other Korean's comfort food just make me feel nice and warm. Or I come back to eat some pig's feet with a cold beer?

Yelp
Okay I didn't expect to have great food here considering the fact that they're not really specializing in anything and it's a 24/7 restaurant that does everything like a regular diner but a Korean version. You don't expect a lot from that kind of a restaurant. However, my experience here was simply horrible. I understand that it was very packed with young people celebrating the last bit of this year's Valentine's day (I went very late in night) but they could've done better. Ugh we ordered Soondae Bokeum, and the server didn't give us anything to stir or do something with it so we automatically assumed that this was the place that servers do everything for you (pretty common in Korean restaurants). So we waited but the server didn't seem to care at all and it was only when we asked a random staff that the server finally came to check on our food which had already gone bad, and she added more soup to "save" the dish and you don't add more soup to make a good stir fry dish.... So our bokeum (stir-fry) turned into more like a soup and obviously we weren't happy with it. We ended up only eating a half of it, and paid the full price, which was pricey to begin with. I believe their usual service is much better than this (or it'd better be) but I'm just leaving this review here hoping that they'd read this and learn from this in any form because there are not many Korean restaurants that run 24/7 and I hope they do well to maintain the business.

Yelp
The food here isn't too bad but the staff are really rude and racist! Is this what they do for their customers? Because of the bad experience, we only tipped them $5 for the meal, but they forced us to tip them at least 15%! I wonder why I have to tips them when they are so rude to customers! So bad !!!!

Yelp
Pretty decent Korean restaurant. I came here on Friday night and it's so busy with line up waiting for tables. Food is good. I like Kimchi hehe The waitresses working there are very nice and fast. It's no expensive for a big meal or group of people. I like to hangout here with friends.

Yelp
The restaurant was extremely crowded so I was really excited to try the food. Our order came out a bit late (15 mins) so we had to eat the side dishes to ease our hungry stomachs. The food was great and spicy!!! The quantity was huge. I take away one star because the restaurant was not clean for my standard.
