Excellent room cleaning service. Excellent breakfast. Very good food at the restaurant, but servers are not well trained.Front desk male personnel needs much more training. Some of them are not prepared to handle situations, and it is not professional. Our room on the 4rd floor did not have air conditioning. Front desk manager and cleaning services are the ones that take the price. Job very well done to them!

Although a little out of town, the views were great and the staff excellent- friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and had everything you needed. There was a lovely pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast was the best we had in 7 weeks of travelling!

Room size is excellent. Overall rate is great, but we were there during the summer that could be really warm. Although outside the night was cool, we wouldn't like to keep windows and curtains openned all night. So ceilling fans would resolve it. We got a portable one that fixed the issue.

Our tour company, unexpectedly and at the last minute, changed the time of our departure from 7:45 am to 6am. Unfortunately, the hotel’s breakfast starts at 7am, with no exception, not even a single cup of coffee. Strict policy with no consideration of a guest’s request or desire. We could accept this unfortunate policy had they not been making an exception for another group in plain view. ||The breakfast policy in general should be reviewed because the previous morning we came down to find the dining room roped off but with people inside, with no sign of a hostess. Inquiring at the front desk, we were told we needed to wait so we can give our name and number. After waiting a long time with no sign of anyone, a guest walked by us, bypassed the rope and proceeded to a table. We followed suit and the dining room filled with guests all removing the rope or going around it. The hostess finally emerged from the back. ||Overall, the hotel was comfortable. The views were spectacular (look beyond the construction in front). A couple of chairs anywhere outdoors would have been greatly appreciated to take in the view and breathe the fresh air. ||We loved Patagonia but these minor breakfast “policy” issues were disappointing.

We have a king size bed. It has 3 pillows. The sheets are very worn, gray and thin. The bedspread is grubby on the underside. Dinner was a "warm salad" which was excellent. Main course was mushroom lasagna which had a great taste but the pasta was like shoe leather, and burnt to charcoal along two edges. The cheesecake was incredible. The hotel is crawling with kids. The parking lot is dirt with a little gravel, extremely sloped. If my driveway at home was like that the post office would refuse to deliver. Anyway, not a pleasant experience. Overall gave me the creeps. I don't think they have a bar.

The view and location are really good! The hotel is new but the construction is bad. You walk and the floor shakes. The walls are slim. No very good noise isolation. In their page they warrants they will match the price offered in other sites. That’s a scam. They don’t recognize anything. The pool is small and super super crowded. No way to get relaxed there. If you get a good price book it where you find the best price. if you get a good discount book it, If not, there are really better options than this hotel in Bariloche.
