Beautifully presented store, with staff to match. You don't just go to buy, you go for the whole experience. I loved every minute, came away with some lovely pieces and some wonderful fragrances. I can't wait to go back in October for Winter wonders (or Plaisirs D'hiver if you prefer ;-) loved the white coats that the staff wore, and the kissing booth till. Magical!

As usual, visiting a Margiela store is an experience for itself. Super nice staff, great looking store and a quiet and nice atmosphere in the home country of the original designer. Must visit for people who are interested in fashion design.

Мы были группой стилистов, и имели потрясающий шоппинг в Брюсселе, но это бутик нас разочаровал очень сильно. Очень ге приятный персонал! Они корчили лица и возмущались между собой ,что мы нарушили их покой. Говорили на французском гадости про нас и даже не думали ,что мы их можем понимать ! Кошмар! Такие дамы не могу работать в люксе и даже в h&m.

Le personnel est totalement incompétent! J'ai voulu acheter un parfum à la boutique a Bruxelles. J'ai appelé avant de me déplacer et ai bien précise le nom du parfum: la vendeuse m'a confirmé qu'il était en boutique et que je pouvais venir le chercher.
Après 30 min de trajet, je rentre dans la boutique et me présente comme la personne qui a appelé pour le parfum. Elle me dit: "ah oui, venez". Puis au bout de 30 secondes de recherche: "on ne l'a pas". Je suis restée bouche bee. Pas même une excuse pour m'avoir fait déplacée pour rien.
