Delicious and good quality seafood. We ordered a whole and tail lobster and a autumn special lambs. Finished with a creme burlee. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Not so expensive according to icelandic standard.

Best food we've had since getting to Iceland! Great atmosphere and staff. A bit pricey but worth every dollar. I was honestly sad when I finished my entree. I highly recommend the "Duck and Dive". Best lobster and duck anywhere! We finished off with the Skyr Biscuit, an Icelandic parfait. Also amazing!

Very yummy place to eat langoustine lobsters. It is pricey but you have got to get at least the tail plate. I tried the combo platter with tails and whole langoustine and I had 7 tails on my plate! Everything was very delicious. I also tried their soup but I can not recommend it as the lobster meat got soft and lost it’s firm texture that I like in lobsters.

Very good food! We all got something different and we're very impressed! I even enjoyed the blue cheese, even though the waiter told me not to get it! They also had Icelandic beers available. The char, langoustine and lamb were very delicious!

Honestly, get the langoustine if you come here. Specifically the whole langoustine with tails. I think it was probably the best value and most flavorful preparation. The fish is lightly seasoned to reflect the natural taste.

A good place for Hofn’s famous langouste. We ordered a langouste meat pizza, soup, three langouste for two people, coffee after meal, and we were totally satisfied. The cost was not cheap too, around 15000 isk. They have two levels of seats, we went on a Wed noon time, only a few tables were occupied. Recommend to go for the langoustes.

Loved this low key, high quality restaurant. In a historic building with lots of charm, all I felt was welcome and warm. The first thing that was brought to the table was a candle to add to the embiance. The portions we're large, but the food wasn't heavy, so it was perfect! Highly recommend!

The langoustine mix plate is amazing. Yes if you come from most other countries you will find it expensive but it is totally worth it and do not forget it is equivalent to getting lobster which you do not really find very cheap in general. You can definitely share between 2 people and it would still be enough or if you are more people and just want a taste you can definitely share more although in this case I would say take the platter with only the tales. The black sauce they have that I did not see in other restaurants is delicious. The skyr desert is very good too
