Humayun’s Tomb is one of the most beautiful and peaceful historical places in Delhi. The moment you enter, you feel a calm vibe because of the wide open space and well-maintained gardens. The architecture is absolutely stunning, especially the red sandstone and white marble work. It feels very grand and gives you a glimpse of Mughal history.
The tomb is very clean and well preserved compared to many other monuments. You can easily spend 1–2 hours here walking around, clicking photos, or just sitting and enjoying the surroundings. It’s a great place for history lovers, photography enthusiasts, and even families. The symmetry of the monument is amazing, and it looks even better in the morning or during sunset.
The crowd is manageable, especially on weekdays, and the staff is helpful. Ticket prices are reasonable, and metro connectivity is also good, making it easy to reach. I would recommend carrying water and wearing comfortable shoes, as you’ll be walking a lot.
Overall, it’s a must-visit place in Delhi. If you want to experience history, architecture, and peace all in one place, Humayun’s Tomb is definitely worth visiting.
