Such an amazing stay, beautiful views and cozy luxurious rooms! Will be coming back again! The craft cocktails crafted by the talented bartenders at the Crows Bench were superb. |||Isobel at the front desk was so kind and helpful! I love the atmosphere and amenities provided here!

Gorgeous and comfortable rooms that are impeccably designed. The glass room and coworking spaces are also beautiful. Rooftop hot tub is spacious and has great views. Staff went out of their way to reserve a pack and play for our infant, which was set up when we arrived. One of my favorite hotel experiences to date.

We stayed at the Humbird Lodge on the hill at Schweitzer ski area. We had two of my top spring skiing days ever. The grooming was excellent, the conditions were perfect, and the sun was out.|At the spa, I recommend Elizabeth Ruff: she is amazing!

Best sleep I’ve had in ages. My partner and I stayed one night for Valentine’s Day. Can’t beat the location, the room was spectacular. Front desk staff is so pleasant and accommodating.

Like others have mentioned, terrible cancelation policy with absolutely no customer service or flexibility. Out $1,000 for a stay we could not make because the temps were -16, lifts were closed and events on mountain (like fireworks) were canceled. We had signed up our toddler for lessons and daycare (along with our infant) and I did not want his first experience skiing to be in negative temps with wind. I even offered to pay for one night if they would reschedule the second night we paid for. They were not accommodating at all.|We planned on spending on dining, rentals, lift tickets, lessons, etc on a different weekend but will not longer be going due to the Humbird hotels horrible policy.|*** I am a former employee of Schweitzer (20 years ago) and worked in both the Selkirk and parking. I have a lake home in Sandpoint and absolutely love the mountain. I've brought dozens of families and clients to Schweitzer over the years (one whom ended up moving on mountain full time) and I just can't believe how bad some of the staff are trained and the lack of customer service. It's too bad, such a special place to me. My guess is the mountain isn't training or paying their employees enough.

Beautiful hotel with great attention to detail. The design of the rooms is great - spacious with great and accessible storage. Loved the large shelving/desk unit -- so functional! Room was large and impeccably clean. I loved the choice of the long bench along the window as opposed to a few chairs. Design was such that even rooms situated behind another building still have good view of Lake Pend Orielle. Black out shade was perhaps the best I've seen at a hotel, fit the large window perfectly. It was so nice to have so much light in the room, but able to get it dark early for my kiddos to sleep.||We stayed there in the summer, so there is a lack of amenities up there, but not the hotels fault as winter is a much busier season for them.||Front desk staff made complementary lattes and hot chocolates which were great and an appreciated offer for someone who doesn't drink black coffee (not sure if this just a summer thing when other coffee shops closed). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Drive down to Sandpoint is not bad, would definitely recommend considering for a summer stay. I will not the pool available for use (at a neighboring hotel) is not in the greatest condition - a bit cold and pretty unkept pool area, but my kids didn't mind that much.

This hotel has no ounce of flexibility with booking. Don’t book unless you are absolutely sure you are able to go. I have to forfeit over $1000 because we can’t make our trip. There is no incentive to even cancel so bet the hotel sits empty a lot of the time
