Humble Crumble | Borough Market

I’ve been following Humble Crumble for ages on Instagram and finally today my crumble dream came true. The ladies were amazing, and the crumble was everything that I had hoped for and more. I had the classic apple with hot custard as it was a cold wet day. Thank you for making my crumble dream come true. 💯 worth, NOT overrated or overpriced. But perfect. Also, the hit chocolate was sublime on such a wet day.

H Humble Crumble at Borough Market is an absolute treat! The crumble is perfectly warm, buttery, and comforting, and the toppings are incredible — especially the torched meringue and warm custard. The portion sizes are generous and the flavors taste fresh and homemade. The stall is super cute, the staff are friendly and patient even when it’s busy, and the presentation is chef’s kiss — definitely Instagram-worthy! Be prepared for a queue, but it’s totally worth the wait. If you’re in London and love dessert, you have to try this place!

Very lovely dessert, the hype was worth it. Posted all over tiktok and social media. There was a queue but didnt wait too long to order. They have kiosks you order from and the crumble came within 6 mins. Ordered the classic crumble with cold custard. I recommend getting hot custard with it. Price is a bit high but if you do like crumble get the large size.

This was recommended to me by a friend who is a local and it was WELL WORTH it. The line was painfully long but oh my gosh it was so good. I wanted to get another one. This is near the top of my list of places to revisit for the next time I'm in London! If you go as soon as it opens, you can probably skip the line, but if you go during peak hours, be prepared to wait a while.

Borough Market is filled with influencer driven "must eats", sadly most of them are overhyped but one which is NOT and worth the line wait is Humble Crumble I tried their classic apple cinnamon+hot custard with rose petal toppings and it was perfect for the rainy afternoon. The custard was not too sweet and apple-cinnamon crumble was flavourful and moist. I had this again at Camden, on my short holiday to the UK and if I were living in London, I'd make it a weekly indulgence 😅 Yummy!

We were really looking forward to having this supposedly artisan dessert in the Burrough Market, but our experience was not that good. Long queues, waiting time would not matter if the stuff meets your expectations. I selected the classic one with apple and cinnamon... the crumble only looked good in appearance. I believe it is overhyped. The staff could have been more courteous.

Got the crumble with frozen custard on top! It wasn’t too busy when we went so it was quick from ordering to being served - it’s handy having the screens to place your order. We had some issues with the screens initially but the team members helped us out. A nice, tasty treat when exploring Borough Market. We were only in London for a few days and this was a must on the list to visit - I only wish there were some up in Scotland as I wanted to try more flavours!

Omg. Im usually not a sweet tooth but this was out of this world!! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and everything combing was just so amazing. Especially, Sarah and Jade, they were so lovely and friendly!! Will be returning again for sure
