This 3 star review is split down the middle. FANTASTIC furniture. HORRIBLE customer service(see previous reviews). I stumbled upon this store looking for a 6 drawer chest. Most chests (Ikea, Design by Reach, Macys, etc.) are limited to 5 drawers. I found a SEVEN drawer chest. And natural wood. Let's go!!! The price was high but right!!! The only associate was helping a couple who was actually buying. ☝️. Waited patiently, with no acknowledgement though, for him to finish his sale. Then a wonderful lady sat in the swivel chair next to me and said " Have you been waiting as long as I have". We started cracking up. The sales associate could have had 3K in sales if he would have just acknowledged the others who were there waiting. He simply zoned in on his immediate sale. Lost thousands for hundies. No hate, whatsoever, just basic. FYI, while he was making his sale, he started wolfing down take out. You can't make this up. I still want the dresser but can't deal with basic customer service. I work in an industry where service is key. On point, evey hour, all day, everday. The furniture is awesome. Let me highlight, AWESOME. But man, I cannot drop $$$ where service is so so so subpar and not openly given. Sometimes we just have to be aware of where money is spent...Don't take my word. Look at the other > 3 star reviews.
