This Humble Potato location shares a storefront with the Laid-back Kids and Mee & Greet. I had the Hambaga from Humble Potato with fries. Their fries have excellent taste and texture, and the burger is cooked perfectly with simple but high quality ingredients. I've also heard that the fried chicken sandwich is excellent. Highly recommend for an Asian fusion burger!

I love the original location in Culver, I'm so glad there's now a spot both closer to me and with easier parking! The restaurant is more of a ghost kitchen in Mee & Greet, but the food is just as great.

Funny to find the restaurants are upstairs and food is delivered with robots, and human places the to go bag in cabinets that you unlock with your phone - very fun and delicious; attendant had excellent customer service.

I was visiting LA for a convention and wanted a burger for dinner. Saw In-N-Out Burger, but why go to a chain when I could try something new! It was 100% worth it! Sure it was a little expensive (normal LA pricing), but the flavor combinations of Japanese and American fusion is UNMATCHED! 10/10, would recommend! 👍🏾😆

I stumbled on this spot while working in the Venice Beach area. I love burgers and and could not resist a Japanese burger joint. As I entered the space I was immediately greeted by and enthusiastic and welcoming bartender named Lucas. Lucas is the kind if bartender and server that you immediately feel like you want to be friends with. After bellying up to the bar I noticed the ambiance of the clean and well designed restaurant. Ample bar seating as well as tables to accommodate the lonely traveler as well as families. The beer offerings are quaint but well chosen with support of local and regional craft beer as well as some of the best asian imports. Lucas suggested that I try the local amber ale from pizza port and it paired up well with my food. I had the Spam Musabi burger and it was arranged perfectly with fried egg, avocado, grilled Spam, Smokey bacon, crisp hash-browns American cheese, and medium burger with sauce all on a perfectly toasted bun. I got the garlic parmesan french fries that were cooked with some crisp and seasoned well. The burger was hard to set down it was so well balanced with all the flavors melding into something that you savored but craved more of with each bite. Alternating bites of burger french fries and sips of the Pizza Port Amber is a best practice. Im already planning my next visit so I can try all of these burgers. Go to Humble Potato when you are in the Venice beach area it will not disappoint.

I never write reviews for anywhere as its not the person I am and i know how tough the restaurant industry is but the negativity when i walked in toward me is something Iv never experienced in a restaurant.
1.) they didnt care to really answer any questions
2.) I was holding my dog in my hand and right away just said no dogs, cash only
3.) they were on happy hour and didnt apply any discounts saying it was for dine in only
Again, i dont mind no cash, no dogs and dine in only for happy hour but the way they said it, they shouldn’t work in hospitality and iv worked in that industry for over a decade.

The woman at the front who was the hostess or waitress was so rude and clearly needs to be re-trained in customer service. We walked in and she told us “go have a seat”. We said we were going to get it to go and she said “go find menus at the bar,” and was really cold and had a bad attitude. Wish we could have tried the food but we walked straight out after such an unfriendly experience.

Food was pretty good but pretty pricey for what we got. 60 dollars for 3 adults and a child. That’s 15 dollars each. Was ready to pay that much for a quick bite. My food was really good. When have been a 4 star but had to drop a star since my wife didn’t like her food at all.
