The service staff: Very polite, nice to talk to, approachable, good at presenting the food they serve. They also speak English. Our experience: There were 2 of us, my partner had reserved a table for 6PM with a Best of Hyhavn meal for 2 via earlybird. We were seated very quickly, given drinks menus, and served our 2 elderflower drinks. We waited for our food. The food served are as follows: the olives with unripe peaches, lobster crisps and crustade with seafood salad were served in one go. It felt more like a 5-course meal when the appetizers are served this way, compared to how the items are presented on the website. These were very good, however. Followed by the tuna tartare with some bread and butter on the side. This was also a good next plate, very fresh and flavorful, without an overwhelming fishy taste. We waited some 40 minutes for our next course, which was the asparagus. Another table that arrived after we were settled in got their asparagus first, and we waited a bit too long for somewhat bitter asparagus. The website menu says there is Vesterhavs cheese with the plate, but we just had the bubbly sauce. This was my least favorite of the courses. The skin fried hake, which was the main course, has to be the best. The combination is very well executed and lets the fish shine through the sauce and sides. We asked to move inside the restaurant as it was getting very cold. There were heaters outside attached to the umbrellas, but they were turned on a little later after we went inside. We finished the meal with a delicious dessert where the cream was poured into our bowls of rhubarb sorbet, cookie dough, malt, and a couple stalks of dill. This dessert was amazing, and I had never tasted anything like it. I'm not one for rhubarb sorbet, but the combination was unique and I loved it. Overall, it was a solid experience. My only thumbs down would be that the asparagus felt a little subpar and took longest to be served. I would recommend this place for maybe some other dishes like their seafood platter or perhaps their bigger à la carte dishes. For the price, the Best of Nyhavn menu is okay, it's delicious, but not a blow-your-mind experience. But definitely try out their other dishes, they looked amazing to me from a distance!

Was very excited to have a sea food dinner, but I was pretty disappointed. Place: Uncomfortable chairs and tables are way too packed. We have ordered a bottle of wine, which was hanged on the holder on the side of the table, and completely closed the passway to leave for the bathroom (so imagine how close the tables are). Every time my partner had to use the restroom, he needed to ask a person sitting by the other table to move and let him through (annoying for both parts). Food: Pretty dull. I was really excited to get my moules frites, but the sauce was tasteless, mussels cleaned poorly (could feel some sand, contained barnacles, byssal threads) so really everything that could go wrong with this dish - did go wrong. Tried fish and chips, fish in general was okay, but it was served on a huuuge pile of french fries, even the waitress was confused. It was completely unnecessary and wasteful ( it looked like it could feed an additional 3 people). Fried oysters lacked any taste too. Mid-dinner, while I had a bite in my mouth, suddenly one waiter rushed to me, again asking under which name I have my reservation. He didn't explain anything, didn't apologise, nothing. Also seemed pretty annoyed, interaction was a bit unpleasant, since I really did have a reservation and already presented myself upon the arrival. In general wouldn't recommend nor come back.

This place should have a Michelin star. We did the tasting menu; everything was fresh and beautifully presented. The pace of the meal was very good; not rushed, but not huge pauses between courses. The wine pairings were inspired. If you go for one dish, try the rhubarb sorbet. It will make you cry in the best way. We made a reservation online, but there was no wait for a table inside (the outside patio was full, but I prefer inside because of smoking).

Google
The location is unreal, the wine is delicious, the caviar was amazing and the service was great. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because for the price that they charge (we spent 85 pounds for 1 caviar and 2 glasses of white wine Riesling), it's just not it. The 30g caviar is incredibly good, but they don't serve it with the mother of pearl spoon for caviar and comes with only 5 blinis... which any one that likes it would know that it should be at least 8, after all, we are sharing between 2 people and it was waaaay to much for only 5 blinis. Also, these spoons (which are like 2 pounds each) and 3 more blinis per portion would elevate the experience 100% and cost barely anything for a restaurant. We are already paying 450DKK for the caviar (which is one of the most expensive in Copenhagen), it could at least come with a nice spoon and 3 more blinis... I just think it's too pricey for what they offer, but it's still worth a try!

We were both extremely pleased with the service provided by the waitstaff; they were attentive and professional. The chefs outdid themselves, as the dishes were perfect in both presentation and taste. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, making for a delightful dining experience.

Google
A cozy, minimalistic restaurant at the end of Nyhavn, specialising in seafood, with very friendly and attentive waiters. I was doubtful at first because many restaurants around Nyhavn tend to be quite touristy. However, this restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations. We had the grilled langoustines and the pan fried hake (both from Denmark), as well as the blinis with seafood salad and the selection of danish cheeses. The components of every dish were well-balanced, the lemon and herb butter accompanying the langoustine was full of flavour, and the asparagus and peas that came with the fish were bright and fresh. The fish was cooked to perfection - fresh, flaky, buttery, with a contrasting crisp crust - simply melting in your mouth. The bread was warm with a soft inner crumb. Thank you for this lovely evening!

Google
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location had a lovely, cozy atmosphere that made for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the setting. I ordered the fish and chips—while the fish itself was fresh and well-cooked, the chips were a real letdown. They tasted like generic frozen fries you'd find in a supermarket, lacking both flavor and texture. For the price, I expected better quality and more attention to detail. Great service and vibe, but the food needs serious improvement to justify the cost.

Yelp
For starters, they have an efficient reservation system. We were looking for a good seafood restaurant, and this seemed to fit the bill. The appetizer wasn't amazing or up to par. We got sardines with warm toast, but they tasted like they just came out of a can. Auspicious start. The rest of the meal was great. We had langoustines (from Canada), clams in a broth with fries (modules frites), plate of olives, fresh French rolls, local draft beer,. Pinot noir and a lovely Riesling The female servers were knowledgeable and prompt with their attention. Any thanks to this review site for providing good search opportunities and the ability to identify a good restaurant in a foreign city quickly.

Yelp
Tuna tartare was not worth the bother. Small, tiny cubes with a spray of green. Moules frites excellent tho the whole meal was spent killing bees. The waitstaff could not have been less understanding as we struggled. Maybe move us to a shady table? Yes they offered the inside but no reason to come here and sit in gloom. We suggested they find the hive to prevent an ongoing problem. They shrugged--we are after all tourists. No smiles, sorry, let me get you another beer. Zero feeling of care. Truthfully they had 12 tour group folks and that's were the attention went as the tour guide supervised the service. Very disappointed. At the end a tip is requested; tho service included. Really?

Yelp
Had dinner here late on a Wednesday after a long day of walking. There was hardly anyone in the place. We settled on sharing the seafood platter. It was a ton of food including mussels, langostino, two lobster tails, rose shrimp, oysters, stone crab claws, two rather anemic and undressed salads and a bowl of fries. The mussels were really the star of the show and we could have had just those at a much lower price point. The rest came on ice and as a result the interiors of most of the seafood was on the mushy side for my tastes. The lobster was passable. No butter to dip in that I ever located. Fries were solid. But they are fries. Four aperol spritz and the seafood set us back over 200 US. I've eaten better for that price. If you want a couple of drinks and maybe an afternoon snack check it out but I would not recommend a full meal here - or really anywhere in Nyhavn. It's a fun place to sit and people watch but both places we ate were overpriced and slow as molasses.

Yelp
We had the most wonderful and delicious dinner at Hummer a few weeks ago while visiting CPH! This is the best spot on Nyhavn! The food was incredible - excellent homemade bread and butter, freshest fish & chips, and excellent modern Danish desserts. The staff and chef were also so kind and sweet! The atmosphere is so cozy and beautifully Danish. This spot was recommended to us by our hotel Skt Petri, so glad we came here - highly recommend!

Yelp
Perfect spot to sit outside in the summer and enjoy a beer and some seafood along the canal. Got the oysters and grilled lobster and they were delicious. Service wasn't speedy, but it was such a beautiful spot to people watch and take in the sights, we didn't mind. They also had incredible fresh rhubarb juice that I tried and loved. Highly recommend for lunch or happy hour.

Yelp
If I can give zero star to this place, I would do so. This is not a Michelin restaurant but the quantity of the dishes, especially the main dish. which is smaller than regular appetizers. I understand sometimes the restaurants in Europe charge for water even it's not bottle water. This place charges for 35 Copenhagen money and when they refilled they charge a double without asking!!! wouldn't go back. I consider it's a ripoff, especial for tourists.

Yelp
We walked around Nyhavn pretty often just to find a place we liked but was really hesitant since it's a really touristy area. However, we decided to read up about this place and decided to check it out. At first, we were the only ones there so we really got to talk to the waiter and get to know him and the restaurant's background. The food we ordered was just spectacular as far as Copenhagen's meal goes. The word Hummer means Lobster so of course it means that the seafood would be good here, right? It also made sense for us to order the lobster roll since why would they name their restaurant after it if it isn't? We started off with a dark and stormy cocktail and lobster chips, which was really delicious. We also got baked bread, baked in a jar and served with burnt garlic butter, it was so good. Then we got the salted halibut with green strawberries, frisee and cream and that was just layers and layers of flavor all around. Then came the lobster roll, so delicious and the lobster linguine with chives, also amazing. For dessert, my husband got the cheese platter which was pretty small but once you try it, it make sense why it's so small, the flavors are powerful and almost a bit too strong for some. I got the Lemon tart with burnt meringue and thyme ice cream and I enjoyed that a bit too much! We paired it with coffee and tea, which came with more pastries and crackers for us to enjoy. By the time we left, the place was packed and we left there, full and happy. I'd come back again if I'm in the area again.

Yelp
The hummer was a fantastic restaurant long the water. The food was wonderful you must try the seafood for it was fantastic. All the portions were generous. The wait staff were small in number but could handle the number of people that was there. I look forward to visiting this place when I return to Copenhagen again.

Yelp
This was easily the worst dining experience of my life. I ordered the 5 dish meal and my girlfriend ordered a salad and the lobster roll. I didn't receive the first dish until 50 minutes after we sat down. At first we weren't thinking much of it until we noticed other tables, having sat much later than us, getting their appetizers AND entrees before we received anything. They didn't even offer us bread! Then the second dish came another 20 minutes later and they brought my girlfriends salad and lobster roll at the same time. There was no coursing whatsoever. She ate the salad, I ate my dish, and she purposely left the lobster roll for my next dish so we could eat together. After waiting another 15 minutes she decided to just eat it because of how ridiculously long everything was taking. I have NEVER thought of leaving without paying, but this atrocious experience made me seriously consider. I finally got my 3rd and 4th dishes, both taking long times to get out, but at the 2 hour mark we paid and left without me even getting dessert. Not once did any of the waiters apologize for whatever was going on. Watching more than half a dozen tables sit down long after us, finish their multiple course meals, and leave before us shows that we got ignored for some inexplicable reason. The only reason we came here was because the hotel we are staying at, the Skt Anne, recommended it. I will be asking them to please never recommend anyone to go here ever again based off of this horrible dining experience.

Yelp
Best lobster in all of Denmark good fish and chips excellent but bring your own ketchup as they do not have that. Wonderful seaside seafood experience short bike ride from most hotels. Cheers

Yelp
Perfect choice!!! After hours of walking around CPH, we were exhausted and ready for a break... Hummer was the best place for a lovely afternoon of wine and conversation! Nestled in the "Rainbow Row of Copenhagen", Hummer offers indoor and outdoor seating along the water. We chose a fantastic table nearest the water and enjoyed 3-4 hours of conversation, wine and people watching. Absolutely fabulous! The weather was perfect, the wine was outstanding and the service (Thanks, Nicolai!!!) was above-and-beyond! If you are in the neighborhood, grab a table and enjoy the view! An absolute "yes"!!!!

Yelp
A good restaurant in Nyhavn you say? Why yes! If you discount Told og Snaps/Møller which are just off the main Nyhavn drag, this maybe one of the few places a restaurant industry person may recommend. Coming from the same owners of Koefoed, an ex chef there and a restaurant manager from Geranium/Kong Hans you have the start of a good team even for Nyhavn! On a slightly rainy Saturday night I happened to sit next to food critic Søren Frank of Berlingske Tidende. The team knowing this on their toes as he's ordered everything. We opt for the snacks and 4 of the 5 mains which are more shareable than regular entrees and a couple of desserts to finish. The plating, and cooking execution is wag beyond something you'd expect in this tourist trap area. Obviously lots of lobster (yes Hummer in Danish and not felatio in English) incorporated into some classic Danish dishes (pork neck anyone?) and some new ones. Some were so delicious i wish i had a lrger entree size. Pretty solid execution for a month of existence and i think things can only go up. Dont let the locale fool you. Check pics for the full spread...

Yelp
My husband and I did the pre-paid prix fixe with wine pairings on New Years Eve. The food was INCREDIBLE, as was the wine and service. Here's why this is 4 star and not 5: we were offered a liqueur sometime between the main course and dessert. We were not told this would be an additional charge. As we were rushing to leave so we could see fireworks at midnight, we were told that we had to settle our bill...for this random liqueur that we did not ask for. We also had to point out that we had paid for a takeaway bottle of champagne--they didn't offer it to us. Despite the wonderful meal, we were left with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths.

Jessica L.

Yelp
Food was fine. Service was horrible. Waited for the check for over an hour. It was busy so we expected a wait, but this was insane. After asking for the check, we waited an additional 15 minutes while other people were sat and served. Many, many people who were sat and served after us were given checks. Our party was 3 people, and only 2 dishes were ordered along with three drinks. Could not be more unhappy.

Yelp
Solid seafood restaurant specializing in (North American) live lobster. All dishes done well, romantic atmosphere, excellent service. Great wine list; compatible with menu. A bit pricey considering what this meal would cost in Maine, but nevertheless a good experience.

Yelp
I walked in with my colleagues around 6:30pm and were so glad they were able to seat us. By 7:30, the entire restaurant was completely full. We all ordered the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Started with the crispy lobster crisps which were so delicious. Everything that came out was nicely presented and tasted amazing. Service was great and I highly recommend it. I've eaten at many places in Nyhavn and this is the my favorite by far.

Yelp
What an incredible experience! I was skeptical when the hotel concierge recommended a spot right on a strip that seemed pretty touristy to me - but so, so happy we powered through. It's a small spot - maybe 10 or so tables, but pretty spread out so you really do have some personal space. The menu isn't huge, but it has enough variety to please a group. The lobster chips were amazing, the olives and unripe peaches were interesting and fun, the sole meuniere was amazing, and the person in our party who got a lobster roll loved it. We ordered a few bottles of wine throughout, and were pleased with all of them. Would highly recommend!

Yelp
Very good lobster, and of course the view sitting outside is perfect. This is a Michelin recommended restaurant known for its lobster and it doesn't disappoint. It was sweet and tender.

Yelp
Very good seafood restaurant in the heart of Nyhavn, København. The restaurant features multiple different seafood selections ranging from local fish, to raw bar options, to mussels, and several hot appetizer selections. The signature dish here is the seafood platter for 2 people. Restaurant seating is available outside with a nice view of the harbor, however, starting in September it will be too cold to be sitting it there. The interior is nicely decorated and has a cozy feel to it. Crowd during our visit was a good mix of tourists and locals. Price point is relatively high as compared to other restaurants on the Nyhavn area - however the food quality and service makes it worthwhile. Like many other Danish restaurants, the servers seemed to be a bit cold as compared to US customs - however, after some friendly conversations, the servers all ended up being extremely friendly and helpful. Initially we went down the route of ordering individual dishes off the menu, however the waitress made a very good recommendation to share the seafood platter. The menu is not very clear that you do not have to order a portion of the seafood platter for each person - the waitress explained that the 2 person order would be more than enough for 3 people. Boy was she right - any additional food order would have tipped the scale. The seafood platter is much more than your traditional raw bar platter at high end seafood restaurants. The description on the menu does not give it justice on just how extensive it is. By the time they finished bringing out all the dishes part of the platter, our 4 person table was completely covered with dishes. The platter includes a large tray of oysters (4 in total from France), stone crab legs, peel in eat shrimp. The platter also comes with a side of the prawns, steamed mussels with frites, and a whole grilled lobster. It also includes the famous lobster chips as an appetizer. The raw selections were very fresh and were well prepared. The steamed prawns were prepared very well and fresh. Lobster was imported from Canada (according to waiter daily) and was fresh - however the grilling was a bit heavy so it dried it out a bit. The steamed mussels were fabulous, with a nice thick, flavorful broth to compliment the mussels. We wrapped up the meal with a blueberry sorbet. It was delicious and was paired nicely with cheeses and crystallized sugar. Overall, we were pleased both with the service and food at this establishment. Wish the restaurant would highlight more Nordic options especially with the seafood platter. The seafood was great and fresh, but we had a feeling that most of it was imported from other regions. Good if you are looking for a restaurant specializing in seafood and with a classy feel.

Yelp
Good service, tasty vine with very good food. Light, good quality. We ate smoke salmon, glass of Riesling wine.

Yelp
Meh, pretty overrated! We were looking for a nice spot with a view along nyhavn for a couple of drinks and snacks. Our hotel concierge had already warned us against ordering anything other than drinks anywhere along Nyhavn. Unfortunately we didnt heed their advice. The food was mediocre, the prices were outrageous (even for a tourist trap) and the service was terrible. My wife ordered a wine, I ordered a beer, and we both had the crab soup (without the half grilled lobster). That came to 500 danish krones ($75). The soup was pretty good, and the presentation was quite nice. They served the soup as fish and mussels in a bowl, then poured the soup into the bowl table-side. After dinner we sat at our table with empty glasses and empty bowls for at least 30 minutes. And mind you, I am German so I am used to dinner being relaxed and taking a while. But this wasn't a relaxed/carefree dining, this was just crappy service! We had made clear when we ordered our soups that we would also like to order a dessert after. I flagged down our waitress and asked to see a menu, she said certainly and ran inside. She never came back. 10 minutes later we flagged down another waiter to pay our bill and left without ordering that dessert we had wanted.

Yelp
A bit expensive, but a great dining option in the heart of a very touristy location. I had the seafood soup and added the lobster. The soup was very buttery, but very good. The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Finally a great restaurant in Nyhavn...took long enough! I was looking forward to trying this place so much because of the wonderful menu. The pricing is fair for the location and quality was great. I started with a sampling of their snacks which has a beautiful presentation and yummy flavor. I tried the half lobster and the only complaint is that I wish there was more! This is the only option for a restaurant in Nyhavn where you get top notch food. And if you are a lobster fan, this is a MUST! Lobster and Rose in Nyhavn in the summer...what can be better?

Kristin T.

Yelp
Exceeded my already high expectations Wow. So amazing. I walked in as a party of 1 after a long day/night of flying from San Diego and was treated most graciously. Wonderful table and my selections (ceviche, grilled half lobster (Hummer) and an apple dessert) were terrific. I think the waiter said his name is Emil and omg he's terrific. I'm so happy I ventured over instead of hitting food in the hotel

Yelp
A couple of weeks ago, 6 friends and I were at HUMMER for a Wednesday night experience with our small restaurant food group. Expectations were high, because lobster and Champagne, what could go wrong. [start: waiter description] First of all, Nyhavn is a little touristy, hence the waiters had a somewhat touristy introduction to things, and started off by explaining, that it would be best if we ordered similar stuff from the menu, as their grill is not so big.... or something. The restaurant was far from full - I think that there were a couple more guests when we arrived. Oh well, as I recall we ordered everything from the menu except a couple of dishes, as it did not bother us to wait for it, and we were there with focus on the food. After taking all orders from each person individually, the waiter had to have everything repeated but now in quantities of each dish. Okay, so that was done. Next up was the order we wished the courses to arrive in. That was decided and finally, we were asked if it was okay, that the kitchen decided the order of the dishes. At that point, a couple of us were slightly annoyed by the inefficiency. [end: waiter description] To sum up the waiter staff; they could probably need a little more practice in taking orders efficiently, because basically, we just wanted our food in whatever order was best, and not be bothered with repeating again and again, instead of just enjoying the Champagne in our glasses. A more experienced waiter team would probably have realized this - at least in other restaurants in Copenhagen, this is rarely an issue. Okay, now to the food. My first dish was the lobster with smoked peas and butter. A delightful dish which gave high hopes for the rest. Next up was the lobster, chicken and sorrel, on okay serving but a little less interesting. I finished off with the lobster-minced beef steak, onion and cep-bearnaise. I had high hopes for this dish, but unfortunately it was a little dry, and I could not really taste the lobster with the beef. A lot of Champagne was consumed, which was quite nice, and we also had a lovely Magnum bottle, which was not on the wine list. All in all, okay. In my opinion there are other restaurants in Copenhagen with a more fitting value for money level, but I do think, that the HUMMER restaurant could be very good and succesful if they shaped up the dishes a little as well as the waiter staff.

Yelp
I had a green salad with pickled white asparagus, mackerel, and rhubarb dessert. Everything was delicious and prepared beautifully. This is my favorite restaurant in Copenhagen so far.

Yelp
Hummer is not to be missed if you love lobster. It is located in Nyhaven along a row of dozens of restaurants, which from the street, all look alike. It faces a lovely and colorful canal. They offer something called lobster and tomato chips with cream cheese. They really are chips and are delicious with or without the dip (which is not American style cream cheese, but more of a dip). We had langoustine which were grilled. This is something rarely offered in the states. Sweeter than lobster but much smaller. These were as good as they get. I would also like to add that they only reserve tables inside, but outside seats are on a first come basis. However, I am in a wheelchair and they knew that so they saved a table for us outside. The servers were delightful. No matter how you travel - expensively or on a budget - this is a restaurant you should not miss.

Yelp
Hummer's atmosphere was outstanding and the food was amazing. We had the lobster, scallops, lobster roll, and a salad and we loved every bite. Our server, Anton, was attentive to our needs and provided great advice on food selections. Great service!!! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Service is great, they speak good English. Easy to understand. Lobster was different, never had served cold, yet it was still tasty. Linguini with lobster was great, the lobster chips and dipping sauce was good, and the blackberry dessert was a delightful surprise.

Carl C.

Yelp
The seafood was great and flash. The service was great! The price was very high USD $172 with 1 cup of beer. The photos of mix seafood dish was the one we ordered. But, if I and my wife did not get diarrhea after ate the seafood, I will give them a 5 stars.

Yelp
Amazing seafood cuisine. Very distinct tastes and a number of appetizers to choose from. Beer was great.

Yelp
Great food, ambiance and service. We had the squid starter, the grilled lobster and the lemon sole...all were delicious. We were ahead of the dinner rush and did not have a reservation, and they were able to take us, but would recommend making reservation.

Yelp
Awesome!! Not only was the service terrific - Emil was our server - but the food was fantastic!! Probably the BEST place to eat along Nyhaven. Emil was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! We enjoyed the Lobster Chips (I'm sad, what ever will I do when I crave these and we are back in the US?!!), Lobster Roll, 1/2 Lobster grilled, Stone Crab Bisque and the Rhubarb sorbet with Berries and Cream. Do not waste your time at any of the other "cookie-cutter", tourist trap restaurants on Nyhaven. Go here and be happy.

Zachary O.

Yelp
Stopped by this cozy establishment to get out of the cold and have some coffee and beer. The staff were very friendly, as was the case all throughout København. The beer selection is pretty small, but from a local microbrewery in the islands. The coffee came with a small custard-like desert and was a good match for the hot beverage. Free wi-fi was also helpful since only one of the members of our group had cellular data access on this trip. I couldn't make judgment on the food here, but based on the service and atmosphere, I would definitely like to come back and give the main menu a try if I'm ever back in Denmark.

K Z.

Yelp
My friend and I couldn't resist having dinner at Hummer based on the menu. We each decided to have the 3-course menu with wine pairings. Everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly paired with wine. The halibut has a delicious sauce added on top, the cod is pan fried to perfection, and the apple with salted caramel sauce is incredible. I highly recommend stopping here to enjoy the food, ambience, and service.

Valentino C.

Yelp
Wow, just an amazing restaurant. Servers were all super nice and accommodating. Menu has a small selection but quality is top notch! I had one of their lobster dishes and my friend had beef stuffed with lobster. Portions are small so be prepared to order a couple dishes but can't recommend them enough!
google avatar

Angie R.

Yelp
The location and food were a 5 star. The servers were also very good but the kitchen was having some serious delays! The bread, lobster linguine and avocado salad were all excellent! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the atmosphere and people watching but most the customers were very annoyed with the wait. They should have compensated everyone but they just didn't have the for sight. I think I would just ask the wait staff how the kitchen is doing if you're not up for a long meal. Otherwise I truly enjoyed the food and the ambiance.

Yelp
Wow, nice surprise for a casual last minute choice for dinner. Almost all the food choices had an element of lobster/langostine in the meal. The apple salad and langostine celeriac buckthorn main meal were terrific. Topped it off with a crispy waffle, strawberries and lovely cream sauce for dessert. The astute Polish born waiter had excellent wine recommendations. Really enjoyed this experience!

Justin B.

Yelp
This restaurant is exceptional. I'm rarely impressed but this was by far the best meal of our Europe trip. Magnus was our waiter and made incredible recommendations. Can't wait to come back to Copenhagen! What an amazing city

We found this gem on Yelp. The restaurant is cozy and the atmosphere is romantic! The lobster crisps were tasty. We had monk fish and fish soup with clams! Both were beautifully prepared and tasted exquisite. We had a yummy lemon tart for dessert. Service was excellent. We highly recommend for delicious local seafood.
