Hummingbird at Mii amo

I will start off by saying that folks should consider that Mii amo is a wellness resort. It’s important to keep that in mind when judging the food that is intended to be good for you and also delish. Do you need to add salt? Yes. That is why it’s on the table in abundance. Go in knowing that and it will be some of the best food you have had. Also for anyone staying at the resort note you can get half or smaller portions ( means you get to try more) Breakfast- god the bacon. I still think about it. Everything on the breakfast menu is wonderful. The juice bar is unreal. Lunch- whatever soup the chef is making I just get it. Trust me. Dinner- all their meats are awesome. I’m a big red meat eater and their steak was awesome. Get the Kale salad. Trust me, again. It’s the best salad. Desert- get them all. Rice pudding. It changed me. Unreal.

If they were dog-freindly we would have eaten here every night of our 4 night stay at Enchantment. But that's okay - I don't expect many restaurants to be dog-friendly, even at a dog-friendly resort. This is the most delicious restaurant food I have enjoyed in many years. Memorable food is one thing, but the atmosphere is just what I Iove when eating; low noise, no tacky music, and even the lighting is thoughtfully moody, understated and eloquent. The Salmon was clearly prepared by an expert. Crispy top with just the right tenderness throughout. My only reservation is the rest of the food served with the salmon was offered only in trace quantity. I Iike leaving room for desert at a restaurant of this caliber, but not where I'm still quite hungry. Approach with confidence. If this restaurant doesn't appeal to you, I envy your level of privilege.

Ate breakfast here every morning. From start to finish the service was excellent. The hosts are kind and accommodating, the servers are informative and attentive. The food is delicious. My personal favorite was the French toast as it changes daily. The coffee was hot. I absolutely would recommend dining here if you have the opportunity.

The restaurant was nice and the food was good. We were told to be “quiet” when we made a reservation for 8 so take that into account

Outstanding dining experience. The team there understands high level hospitality - they are professional and friendly and committed to providing a top tier experience. Food very good and thoughtful to the mission of Mii amo (healthy and nurturing). Portions perhaps a touch small, but the corn bread is so good, just have a second piece. The space is lovely. Based on my brief time here, unquestionably the best restaurant in Sedona.

Hands down the best restaurant I visited during my visit to the Enchantment resort. Excellent halibut! Excellent everything. My server Frank was amazing. All the staff are extremely professional, elevating a dinner to a real culinary experience. Bravo! Thank you for making my stay exceptional. Next time I’ll stay at Mii amo so I can enjoy the breakfast experience at Hummingbird.

My wife had the AZ FILET, I opted for the bone in chop,w pureed califlower sauce, grilled asparegus and mixed berry dipping sauce. Both meals were fantastic. Chef is killing it here, top flight service Billy. Topped off w Creme Brulle, Brownie and coffee. Really can't say enough, sat outside did I mention the views? Look for that on my review of Enchantment

The food is fabulous. The staff is excellent. This is a very well run restaurant. Highly recommended!
