Ate there last night and the food and service were fantastic. We started with the Szechuan Wontons and ribs and there were great. The Peking Duck was so flavorful and delicious. The pork fried rice was also very good.

I'll start out by saying the food was excellent. The service was not. We waited a long time to get our orders taken and only did so when we started flagging down random waiters to get tea, then sweeteners, then finally our order taken. Everything we wanted we had to grab passing waiters to get. The check, however, came immediately and one of our random waiters came back literally a minute later to get our payment. After we paid, we were rushed out, being told there was a line waiting. There was no line.

First of all, the restaurant was very noisy and the tables were very close to each other. Everybody can hear what the other tables are saying. Food was quick and okay but nothing special. All the waiters were ignorant and didn’t pay much attention to the customers plus were talking to each other all the time, it was hard to catch a waiter when you need to order. Waiters were only focused on the tip, whatever the amount you give they will always ask for more, being very rude. We gave a pretty fair tip but they still didn’t like it. They talked to each other for a long while and then came to our table to complain about the tip. Would never step foot in that place again and would not recommend.

Google
The best chinese food ever! Service is amazing. If you are looking for someone to kiss your ass, this is not the place for you!!!! There is a certain culture that is not American so language is difficult. By no means did I think they were rude. No reservations so get there about 45 minutes to and hour before you want to eat. There is a small bar, about 5 seats but you can get a drink or 2 before you sit. They know how to make a good drink. Lots of people gave reviews on the language or interpretation. Are we going to school or are we going to eat? If you are like me, looking for good quality chinese food then this is the place to go!!!

Google
food was great but the service was okay at best. the meal was ruined when the server came out demanding more money because the tip was not adequate. the server came over to our table once to take our order after leaving us waiting. will never come back because of the poor service.

After more than 500 visits over 20 years, I can confidently say Hunan Taste is the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever experienced—better even than anything I’ve had in China. The food is consistently fresh, expertly prepared, and always bursting with authentic flavors from Sichuan, Cantonese, and Mandarin traditions. The menu features crowd favorites like Peking Duck, soup dumplings, and Grand Marnier shrimp, all executed to perfection. The elegant, ornate décor and attentive service elevate every meal, making each visit feel special. Hunan Taste’s commitment to high-quality ingredients and its warm, welcoming atmosphere truly set it apart—this is Chinese dining at its absolute finest

Google
The owner not very friendly. The service is quick you get your food and they want you to leave. We always spend $250.00 for a table of 2 or 3 and they rush you out no way I'll go somewhere else.

I was at Hunan Taste a number of years ago and returned today with 3 other people. I will never, ever go there again. First, the man who did the valet parking was rude and in a hurry. I scarcely had time to turn off the engine and he was knocking on my window. I needed to unplug my phone and get my key out of my pocket to leave in the car. Before I could do that (15 seconds, maybe) he knocked on the window a second time. That turned me off before I got into the restaurant. My wife came from somewhere else and met me and the other 2 there. She got there first and asked for a table for 4. The man at the desk wouldn't take her name. So I went up to him about 15 minutes later and told him that my wife didn't give a name and he rudely and curtly said "I know you're here, I see you standing right there." But so rude that I was ready to leave. Finally we got a table. The noise level was so high that we had to yell to be heard and we had a small table for 4. The food was average. It was not hot, especially the soup. The waiter was not nice at all. I think his face would crack if he smiled. For the first time in may years, I did not leave more than a 20% tip. It was an awful experience and we will never go back.

Yelp
This is Chinese restaurant I been wanting to try out for a long time and came here yesterday for lunch. I placed an order for pick up and ordered tangerine chicken, chicken and broccoli, sesame beef, spring rolls, and vegetable friend rice. The prices are definitely on the high side, but you're paying for quality here. The food here is cooked with great quality protein and cooked authentic which I enjoyed and loved. The sesame beef by far was me and my wife's favorite, followed by the chicken and broccoli & tangerine chicken. All 3 dishes were solid and very flavorful. After finally trying this place, idk I'll ever be able to eat Chinese any where else. Best Chinese food I tried so far on the island. Food is 10/10 and top tier! I highly recommend this place to anyone who lives on Long Island and wants to try quality Chinese food. You will not be disappointed, lil pricey, but well worth it.

Yelp
DO NOT GO! Unless you want to meet the most miserable, rude, and angry staff you have ever seen in your entire life and eat mediocre chinese food in a cramped, rushed atmosphere. Maybe if i drove a G-wagon the service would be better?there seems to be a "chosen" clientele that is treated much differently from others. From the valet running around yelling at people, to the person at the register who barely acknowledges your existence, to the various hosts/waiters ignoring you, it is quite a bizarre scene..business must be that good that you can be openly rude to people and they will keep coming back... well not me, jack!! The waiter with the white crew cut is a total d*ck. One day, someone is gonna knock him out, but i will not be there to see it because i will never be back here and i will be telling my considerably large group of family and friends to never, ever go to this "establishment"

Yelp
Wow. A rating of 5 out of 5! A rating of 10 out of 10. Everything great --food -tasty and hot. Service --quick and helpful. Drinks --well prepared. We came without reservations and were lucky to get in quickly. Lots of people were waiting for tables and lots of to go orders. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and had great taste. We will be back!

Yelp
Food is pretty good but the staff here is super unfriendly, especially the guy who answers the phone to take your order, he's just straight-up rude. I hate having to order from this place. Very poor customer service.

Marcos M.

Yelp
I've always been on the fence about this place - have been here maybe 10 times and the food has always been hot and fresh - no issues there - where I struggle here is the service and the lack of friendliness from the staff and owners The night after Christmas, Dec 26, I walked in about 815 (place was open until 9) and the place was jammed with people - I asked for a table for 1 and one of the owners - says to me we're closed (which was 45 minutes away and plenty of people still waiting for their food) As I walked out I looked at him and said "look I drove 30 minutes here and I eat here a decent amount" - he then looks at me and says "ok but just this time" I responded by saying "forget it - it looks like you don't need my business" and I walked out; as if he's doing me a favor by seating me Never again will I eat there - you know there are a few other eateries that I frequent a decent amount and those staffs know me and are very hospitable to me. Don't know why this place Hunan taste, has not - I see plenty of customers shaking hands with the owners - women hugging and kissing them. Me - I get nothing. It sounds like jealousy I admit but it's important to me when I am a frequent customer I am recognized - guess that is not the case for me at Hunan Taste

Yelp
First time in a long time, last time for a long time. Fried rice was tasteless, white rice with a little soy sauce and a chopped egg, but not a single vegetable. Chicken and broccoli was very good, but a small portion for the price. General TSO chicken was so-so, the eggrolls are large but also not crispy and tasty, especially for the premium price.

Yelp
First time at Hunan Taste, what took me so long?? Came on a recommendation of a 'professional foodie' and we were not disappointed. Summary: top-end ingredients, prepared by top culinary pros, served by a welcoming and friendly professional staff. Details below... For starters, it's a good thing they have valet parking. The lot is a little tight and takes a skilled driver to get all the fancy cars safely parked. The restaurant itself is very nice inside, with a modern, comfortable dining room. It was very busy, for a Monday night no less, no doubt all the food is fresh here. The wait wasn't too bad, it's first come first served. Upon seating, we got crispy fried noodles with duck sauce and spicy mustard. These noodles are clearly home made and not out of a package. Even the duck sauce was kicked up a notch - not Saucy Susan. Ok, new bars set already and we haven't even ordered anything yet! We started with pork dumplings, bbq ribs, beef on a stick, scallion pancakes - all outrageous. I couldn't tell you which was a standout, you wouldn't be disappointed with anything here. Our server John was incredible, always around when needed, and helped us with our order and our questions. For entrees, we had: - the orange sliced beef with lots of shredded carrots - it was delicious. Maybe eat the beef alone to see the quality of this steak. Perfectly cooked, not an easy thing to do with steak shredded that thin. Cleaver skills are on point in the kitchen. - Peking duck pancakes (chun bing 春饼), we did a full duck, which was eight pancakes. Each were wrapped individually with a perfectly butchered thin slice of duck and piece of deliciously seasoned crackle of skin. - lobster - served with a ginger garlic sauce and a ton of vegetables (snow peas, broccoli, etc.). We kept the lobster in the shell, and they strategically crack it so it's easy to pick the juicy meat out. Oh, and this bad boy is about a three pounder. Enough for everyone to have a taste. Enjoy! Don't be the last person on Long Island who hasn't tried it yet!

Yelp
Ordered recently after a rough day at work, came home and showered then opened up my food. Was extremely disappointed to see this bland $15 shrimp fried... where is everything else that is supposed to be in there?

Monte C.

Yelp
Slightly above average food, high prices (it is a North Shore Money Grab), nice ambiance slightly reminiscent of "the old days neighborhood Chinese restaurants in Brooklyn but not quite. No pot of tea on the table. Excellent Soup noodles, excellent scallion pancakes, excellent egg drop wonton soup, best around. And the only place I would go for Tangerine Beef and I have eaten in 50 + Chinese restaurants and takeouts and nobody makes it like them. Here comes the negative that people would rather ignore that I cannot! Being a former waiter in luxury hotel settings and a current service provider to UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) individuals I approach every client/customer relationship with the utmost respect and care. My job is to keep these clients happy and informed at all times. They are out lifeblood and always made to feel like the most important person in the room. Fast forward to last night when the two of us waited almost 20 minutes (18 to be exact) between soup and main dish, completely understandable for Christmas Eve and we had no problem with that as we sipped a cold Tsingtao beer and a Proseco. Main course arrived Shrimp & Lobster sauce and Tangerine Beef (TB) their specialty according to most and myself. After eating about half of what was supposedly TB I called attention to my waiter that what I was eating was Chicken. I usually am so impressed with the TB that I didn't even think to realize it was not beef, perhaps it was the 1 beer clouding my brain and making me euphoric, lol. However, I was shocked and greatly disappointed at what followed. I asked to speak to one of the managers. He came to the table and I told him that I unknowingly ate half and that it was not beef. He chuckled at me and asked me what was wrong. I told him we ordered TB not chicken and he asked me if I didn't like it. I told him it was good but not what I ordered. Again he half laughed at me and said" what do you want?, would you like to take Tangerine Beef to take home with you? I and my wife responded "Yes, that would be nice". We were given a small take out bag that we took home with us thinking that TB would be in there for next day nosh and nothing but our 2 leftover scallion pancakes in the bag! What's more no one offered us a complimentary desert/ beverage nothing, nor did anyone ever come to the table to ask us if we would like anything else during our meal. Cut and dried bring food to the table and that's it! Talk about a money grab and horrible service, herein lies your answer. If I treated my clients with that type of attitude I would have NONE. Despite this complete rudeness to a regular customer which was no fault of the waiter, it was Xmas eve and a very handsome tip was left. I know what it feels like to work on a holiday. As always the attendant in the parking lot who has been there for 40 years- you will never find a nicer, friendlier & more efficient & dedicated employee. The owners should take lessons from the wonderful treatment and endearment to his customers. Perhaps that's the reason people return, he makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Not the same feeling when you enter the doors however and unfortunate that they feel like they are doing you the favor!

Yelp
I have come here for many years and grew up in the area. Today, I got take out and it was horrible. Not the quality it used to be. I haven't had food from here in about 6-8 months, and the taste is very different. The ribs were very dry. Overall, just wasn't worth an $80 price tag for this meal. Very disappointing. This place used to be amazing!

Yelp
It pains me to cut this review of a once-loved restaurant down to three, but I feel they are phoning it in on many dishes lately and on top of that, the prices are now astronomical. TBH I would place a solid 2.5 if that was possible. My recent experiences here are mainly picking up and taking home, for perspective. I hear a lot of people say the staff is rushed and cranky, but I've not had a bad experience in the place itself. I also don't mind rushed and cranky all that much. But these prices, relative to the quality. While it is close to our house, we have branched out to other places mainly to save money. It's not over and the food is still pretty good. Some of their specialty dishes are still great. Just bring your wallet for those. And I love that they offer a vegetarian hot/sour soup for those in my house that don't eat meat. (Although, to keep the theme intact, $10 because it doesn't have meat? Ouch). If a friend invited me there for lunch or dinner I'd go without a worry. Food is fine. But it's not my first choice anymore. It used to be excellent at slightly above market prices, now it is just okay and the prices are astronomical for what you get. Food prices are high. I get it. But this is getting crazy...

Yelp
We finally made it to hunan! This place is one of the hottest dining destinations in Roslyn. There are always hoards of cars in the lot or waiting for valet. We beat the rush and snagged a table right away around 630pm on a Saturday. First off, the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. We appreciated their recs in navigating the menu. We started with the wonton soup, hot and sour soup and spare ribs. My daughter loved the wonton soup (very good, brothNot too salty) and I loved the spare ribs (such good flavor). For entrees, we opted for the chicken lomein and beef with scallions. Lomein was very standard but the beef dish was very good. It was sweet and fried, appreciated the freshness of the scallion. We will definitely be back to try more dishes, we left very excited about hunan!!!

Yelp
Myself and two friends dined at Hunan Taste on Northern Blvd in Greenvale around 8 pm, Saturday evening. Pluses- Reasonably good food. Nice modern decor, well lit, clean. Negatives- Very rude waiter. The waiter became nasty when we first were going to order when I requested separate. The waiter became nasty and refused to do so. It was to the point where I was on the verge of walking out. I requested another waiter who did so reluctantly. The restaurant was busy and there was very limited place to stand without interfering with the service. Prices were on the high side- I paid $22.95 for Chicken with Mixed Vegetables. The check came back with out breaking down the menu price and the tax. The bill also listed what they expected for a tip. Based on the service I reduced the tip substantially. They requested $5 I reduced the tip to $2. I strongly believe tips must be earned! No one is entitled to a tip, especially if their nasty!

stacey s.

Yelp
I am SO over them NOT getting my order correct. They did it again tonight. I ordered shredded chicken with firm tofu, they sent green beans with chicken. How hard is it to get an order correct. I'm done going here. I'll find another more competent restaurant!
google avatar

Dave G.

Yelp
Hunan Taste is a favorite Chinese restaurant of mine. Their kung pao chicken is one the best that I've ever tasted. Don't hesitate to try this restaurant. It's very popular on a Sunday night but don't be put off by the wait. It's worth it!

Jesse S.

Yelp
Hands down the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. All other Chinese food restaurants will seem worse after you try Hunan Taste, so be warned. I've been a customer for 20+ years and have always had a great experience with staff and the food has always been top tier. Sadly I have moved further out on the island so it's become a special occasion place for my family, but I could eat there every day. Would give more stars if I could.

Richard S.

Yelp
This is our go to Chinese Restaurant on Long Island. If you want more authentic Chinese go to Flushing, Queens or China Town in Manhattan. Been going here for over 25 years and food is consistent, service is friendly and prices are reasonable for the location. They are very accommodating with requests for degree of spicy, added vegetables and not specifically on the menu. Nice atmosphere and convenient valet parking.
google avatar

Jared P.

Yelp
Great Pork fried rice! Eggroll was HUGE and great! A bit expensive but a good bang for your buck.
google avatar

John A.

Yelp
Horrible. Don't waste your money. Thought I was going upscale tonight. The wonton soup was a joke. The egg roll was greasy and burnt. The lo mien was bland and tasteless. The general Taos was huge chunks thrown together. The mushu pork tasteless. Oh but we did get fortune cookies that said " the jokes on you!"
google avatar

Andrew G.

Yelp
Without a doubt this is the best chinese food on Long Island. Hands down. Ive been lucky enough to live in the area and its a family favorite of ours. Highly Recommend.
google avatar

Gloria Y.

Yelp
Most amazing quality of food you'd think you were in Manhattan! There isn't one thing on the menu that's not amazing.

Yelp
Same old song & dance.... Prices on the menu are broken up between cash & credit prices. Then when you use your card, to pay the bill, they hit you with another surcharge!! Then if you leave a tip , on the charge card, your surcharge is even more?? The waiters take care of the regulars, and oddly enough, I'm a regular!! The valet knows I'm a regular but the owners & the waiters don't?? The waiter with the white hair crew cut is as miserable as they come & never comes by to see how you're doing? The busmen are kind but this place is washing money thru the place 4 sure.. They push you out as fast as you came... There's no line but they wanted us out? I spend at least 200 dollars every time I go, & they clear my table regardless of the conversation I might be having!! This is it for me, The checks are still hand written, they circle an amount & you're expected to pay it! Update your system, by now, everything should be done by A point of sales system or even Micros, but it's not, because they don't declare their cash!!! I live in the surrounding area, but it's a no brainer, that they figure they can keep charging us because we don't know any better! The IRS would love you guys!!

Yelp
Always fresh and tasty , parking lot crew always top-notch ! Never a swing and a miss ; See You Sunday Boss !
google avatar

Michelle C.

Yelp
Good Service. Serves cocktails which was a plus. Food was good. Hot and arrived at a decent timing. But environment was just a bit too loud for my liking. I was hoping for a quiet place to enjoy conversations with my friends. But we couldn't hear what the other was saying two seats over let alone across the round table.
google avatar

Shaneil M.

Yelp
I visited the restaurant today and the service was beyond bad. The waiter John was very rude, I asked about an item that was posted on your instagram four days ago and was told the item was never on the menu, he actually grabbed the phone from my hand. Everyone else around me was treating with respect and received great service it seemed like my family shouldn't be at the restaurant for some reason. The waiter went around to all three tables around me three to four times to check and asked if they needed anything, he only came to my table to take the order. And at the bottom of my plate was a long piece of hair to complete my experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
The Best Birthday dinner ever! Out with my friends last night to celebrate my birthday. As always, Hunan Taste has some of the very best Chinese food out there! We special ordered a gorgeous dry aged steak and the most delicious Lobster Cantonese I ever had, a stunning 3.5lb beauty that was moist, sweet and tender. My wife and friends also has their wonder spicy dumplings and Cauliflower with Shrimp. Kudos to Calvin and his entire staff for a great night out. I'll always recommend Hunan Taste for some fine Chinese fare!

Tiara F.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday night with my husband and it was so busy so we had to wait a little bit which wasn't terrible. Everything smelt so good that we were ready to order right when we sat down. We wound up starting with the small order of spareribs which was delicious. I had the chicken and broccoli which I enjoyed and had plenty of leftovers and my husband went with the garlic shrimp. We shared and order of pork fried rice which we also enjoyed. They have a full bar but didn't have a drink menu at all. That's the only thing I think they could great but that's the least of my worries. They have valet parking which I understand because it's quite busy and allows for the parking lot to be used to the best of its ability. Overall I enjoyed the food, it's definitely pricy but I would go back and try a few different things. I would say the ribs are a must try if you do go.

Kristen G.

Yelp
Food is great..I do feel like the restaurant could use a few updates here and there. I prefer getting takeout from here, but as another review stated- the person answering the phone is a little tough to deal with- I deal with it because I like the food but it's pretty consistent with the attitude. (You see it with other people as well if you wait inside the restaurant for your food) Sesame chicken, lo mein, egg rolls, general tsos, the oil- free options...all solid. I'd skip on the moo sho- not overly impressed there. Would I travel for the food and restaurant? No. Maybe not the best date spot either. It's great if you're in the area and craving it!

Mike R.

Yelp
The best Chinese food with the highest quality and the service is top shelf. Great cocktails and wine list.
google avatar

Mom M.

Yelp
My favorite Chinese food on Long Island! Everything I've ordered from here is delicious. There's better Chinese food in China Town in NYC or Flushing, but this is the closest to me and I love them!
google avatar

Rose Ann H.

Yelp
Food was expensive but very good. Wish they put up some holiday decorations. Bathroom was freezing.
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
Decent food but not friendly wait staff. Big attitudes and blew us off when asked for water, tea etc. very rude. Don't like to leave negative reviews but felt this was needed.
google avatar

Derek S.

Yelp
Excellent food and service. There is a wait and they don't take same day reservations which is quite inconvenient but food is worth the wait.

Lillibeth1 S.

Yelp
I must say that my experience at Hunan Taste was beyond horrific. The staff, managment are so incredibly rude and disrespectful that I will never go back there. Many of the dishes we ordered came out cold or were uncooked and when we mentioned our concerns to the waiter, he practically threw the dishes in our faces. This place is not recommended at all. The service, food , waiters and management are audacious and impudent!! The ambiance is equally poor, crowded with long waiting times.

John M.

Yelp
Outstanding food, outstanding service, outstanding parking attendant. I think this is a great place. They are very accommodating and I have never had a bad meal. My wife loves the sesame chicken and I usually order the chicken and broccoli. Highly recommended.

Alabama Born B.

Yelp
I simply love this place. The food is Good and the service is wonderful. I came from Alabama and this is by far the best Asian restaurant I've ever had.
google avatar

Matthew T.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place so much but it didn't meet my expectations. The service was satisfactory with the exception that it took the waiter too long to get my bill to me. I must have waited 20 minutes to get my bill after I let him know I was done. The food was Lacking flavor. I remember the original Hunan Taste in Valley Stream. We enjoyed our meals over there a lot more.

Scott G.

Yelp
Food is ok on its best day. Prices are way too high for what it is and compared to other Chinese restaurants. The real issue is the staff, more specifically the person that answers the phone. I assume he is the owner. So rude for no reason. I would rather pay twice as much anywhere else than ever recommend this restaurant. I don't know why the owner has an attitude. Someone should explain to him that his restaurant is so mediocre and he should at least be polite.
google avatar

Raffaele G.

Yelp
Best Chinese food around all dishes are amazing from the Barbecued Spare Ribs Happy Family Peking Duck Sweet and Sour Chicken Pork Fried Rice
google avatar

Russell M.

Yelp
I have been ordering from here for years and know they are not the friendliest when ordering delivery. But tonight it was next level rude - called at 7:45pm for delivery and told they are "closed". They close at 9pm. I called back again and asked if it would be better if I picked up as I know how busy they get on Sundays. He told me "nope we are sold out". I asked "of what" and the response was "everything". My last time ever ordering mediocre Chinese from here.

Gg G.

Yelp
first off, the place is overcrowded & very loud !!! so the first thing we noticed as we walked in and sat down is the staff is all over. then we noticed that they're kinda in a rushing mode, which is a very uneasy feeling when you're eating & are trying to enjoy your food & company, we felt rushed while being there. so i wanted to order hunan beef and the guy was all confused and said we don't have that here, huh ?! how can you not ? they have hunan chicken but not beef, weird and funny for a place that's called hunan taste, i ended up getting another dish... food was pretty good and the portions weren't small but the cost for two without appetizers was over $80, which is way overpriced for the food we got. not coming back for sure, would not recommend !!
google avatar

Staci A.

Yelp
The freshest and most delicious food! No one makes spare ribs like this. I love their shrimp dishes...especially the Chinatown Shrimp. The service is wonderful and the people upfront couldn't be any nicer. A real winner !!

Nitya M.

Yelp
Amazing food! I ordered the steamed fish and it melted in my mouth. Steamed dumplings in chilly oil were also really good. Definitely would go back.

Cindi G.

Yelp
Hunan Taste is consistently delicious! The owners and staff are friendly, funny and welcoming. Their pork dumplings with hot sesame sauce are worth the trip we make from Queens alone! Their ribs are perfection. We've been coming here a long time (20+years) and never had a dish that was less than delicious. We've run through nearly the whole menu. Also when my family comes back to NYC to visit, Hunan Taste is always on the list of must dos while they are here!
google avatar

Melanie D.

Yelp
A staple in the neighborhood that has been around for a long time. In comparison to other Chinese restaurants, this has more of a traditional style to it and it's a little heavier than you may be used to. The plates are family style and its a generous portion so don't over order! The service is good - not exactly the sweetest but their operation is a tight ship. overall a good experience, definitely make a reservation and show up on time, they're quite strict about that.

Jeff F.

Yelp
I have been to Chinese restaurants around the world over the last 40 years or so. Hunan Taste is the best I have ever come across. How lucky am I to live so close to one of the great Chinese restaurants in the world? I could list the dishes to order but my suggestion is to ask the waiter to bring you soup, some appetizers and some main dishes after you guide him to what you like. You will not be disappointed in anything that they put in front of you. The restaurant has a full bar and they are always cleaning so it is 100% clean at all times. If you've been there before, you know, if not, this a must try.

Dave B.

Yelp
Where do I even begin?? Went in to pick up my order where an older man sitting in the corner of the room looked pissed and asked me why I was there. When I finished paying, he threw my credit card on the table in front of me (the food is way overpriced btw). The egg rolls were so greasy there was oil literally spilling out of them. The General Taos chicken was also incredibly greasy and mostly flavorless. This is by far THE WORST (and most expensive) Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. Rude staff and terrible, expensive food, avoid at all costs!!!

Yelp
Once again the food tasted like it was cooked by chefs that do not know Hunan or Chinese cooking. The skin on the dumplings was the thick @ undercooked - seemed like they ran out of the filling. Egg rolls were doughy and undercooked Chicken with broccoli had mostly raw broccoli- sauce was insipid. Fried rice was dry - pea shoots were definitely not Chinese or Hunan. To top it all the staff is RUDE like they're doing you a favor by taking your order. Waste of a good family evening and a very expensive meal!!
