Hundred Stay Tokyo Shinjuku

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spotless, and I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Having the room cleaned every four days felt very reasonable, and the daily towel delivery to the door was very convenient. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay!

Loved our stay here! I really appreciate the 24/7 common area to plug in and get some work done or take meetings, which is suuuper helpful for me to take international meetings. Close to train station, close to a grocery store, busy neighborhood, laundry, kitchenette, what more do you need?? Some of the 5 star hotels dont even have the perks that Hundred Stay does. Staff were SO nice and helpful, really any question you can imagine, they can help. The AC was confusing and the room got super humid, this is probably our fault and we should have asked for help. But enjoyed the spacious rooms. Would highly recommend! Tip: If you want to use the gym next door, you need a membership to ANYTIME gym

Always a great experience at Hundred Stay! Front desk staff is exceedingly kind and helpful. Rooms we chose were spacious and clean. Love the daily replacement of towels and complimentary waters. It is our home away from home.

The hotel was centrally located, but it fell short in many areas. The room was very small, and the bathroom was also uncomfortably tiny. The rooms were not clean, and since housekeeping was only provided every four days, we ended up staying in a dirty room. The beds were extremely hard, and we woke up every morning with back pain. Honestly, I wonder which village the people who say the rooms were spacious and clean came from.

The room definitely showed its age - the wallpaper was peeling and the shower was mouldy in between the cracks. The ceiling was pretty thin since we heard the people staying above us walking. They also only clean the rooms every 4 days unlike other places that clean every day. However, the location was good since it’s close to stations. I feel like this hotel should be 3 stars at most.

The hotel is very close to JR station, just one station to Shinjuku which is very convenient but it’s located in a quiet place which is nice. The hotel staff are nice and helpful, the family suite room we booked is spacious and clean. The cleaning service for every 4 days is acceptable but need extra effort for the guests to clean up the trash, replace the trash bag and towel. It would be better if the fan in the toilet is working for better ventilation.

An excellent place to stay in Tokyo—both practical and unexpectedly delightful. The location is spot-on, just steps away from major train lines and plenty of great dining options (a blessing when you're jet-lagged and hungry). We managed to score a great deal for a five-night stay in a surprisingly spacious room—Tokyo standards be damned! It even came equipped with a full set of kitchen amenities: sink, electric stove, microwave, fridge, kettle—you name it, it was there (except maybe a sushi chef). The free laundry facilities downstairs, complete with dryers, were a much-appreciated bonus—especially after days of Osaka and Kyoto exploration. And staying on the 19th floor treated us to a stunning view of the city, making every morning coffee feel a bit more cinematic. Highly recommended for anyone who values comfort, convenience, and a great view—without sacrificing their travel budget.

This place is located right near the Okubo subway station. We were on the 21st floor. The first 13 floors are permanent residences. The rooms on the top four floors are larger than the lower floors. There are about 13 rooms on floors 14-17 and 6 rooms on 18-21. We had a bunk bed with four double beds on bottom and two on top so it slept 6. There was a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and washer/dryer combo (see photo). The shower and toilet were separate. The washer/dryer combo was interesting but it did do both. It was a convenient location near the subway and many convenience stores on Okubo-Dori Ave. They also have a small fitness area (see photos) which actually is pretty important because it's hard to find a place to workout if you do not have a Japan address (see my other reviews). They are environmentally concerned as they only have cleaning service twice a week. Small note they have a water warmer and you make coffee with something that looks like a tea bag (see photo) but it works well. Overall good convenient option with many amenities to assist in the stay.

We stayed in this place fours days, the location is great - 5 minutes to the JR line and many restaurants just outside. Also a few groceries around. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they give you all clean towels every day in the morning. The bedsheets are clean and soft. Slippers and bath tones are provided. Showers works great! We enjoyed our stay!

It's pretty beat up. But, free laundry (takes three hours to dry a small load), near a station and lots of stores. Very convenient location. Rooms are small, no frills. It's not luxury by any means. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's not amazing but certainly not awful.

Overall, the hotel worked out well for us and would recommend for anyone looking at a hotel in Shinjuku. The location was convenient, being close to Okubo station and there were local restaurants that were open 24/7. Rooms were clean and sized reasonably for Japan. Amenities were also nice such as having a gym and access to free laundry machine. No downsideas that I can think of.

Great upbeat area with lots of hole-in-the-wall food places. Great access via train to all of Tokyo, takes a day to figure out but is well worth the effort. The hotel is clean with great friendly staff. Family-friendly room with washer and dryer. Yes, I will return.

We enjoyed staying here. It's very clean, rooms are large, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is perfect with the basics. The location is steps away from the Okubo JR station. It's one exit away from Shinjuku. Loved it here!

We stayed in a suite on the top floor . Very family friendly and comes with all you need for a comfortable week stay in Tokyo . One stop away from Shinjuku or a 15 minute walk away from all the action . 2 major subway stops around the corner. There's a grocery store near by as well as 7-11 and family mart. Tons of places to eat within walking distance. Was recommended to stay here by a friend and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit Tokyo.
