Really annoying concept with a ticket, there are 4 “parts” of the museum and you will be asked to show your ticket in every single one, instead on the entrance only.
Museum itself is okay, although there is no any logical order, any unique or traditional stuff - the only extraordinary thing is Beethoven’s and Listz’s piano. A lot of, let’s say “twisted” historical facts that are not really true and really not a lot to do/see.
However, ticket price is fairly cheap and still this might be okayish way to spend time in Budapest.
PS. There are ticket machines on the sides, if you want to avoid a huge line.
