Hungry biker cafe

Really wonderful atmosphere. The place is really beautiful and there is a really pretty garden in the back. We got coffee and the most delicious pancakes ever. I would definitely go back for some wonderful pancakes with fruit!! Definitely recommend and a must for breakfast!

Expect to line up. Long waits if you are late. Super delicious food and service. Friendly folk. Great atmosphere , lovely staff and easy to order and pay. Will visit again!

Try their Salty Waffle, its too good! The smoked salmon and honey mustard sauce were perfect combos. Muchos flavourful! Good value for portion. Loved the outdoor seating area. Come early to avoid the queue!

The breakfast culture in Porto is strong and we love it! We came here for brunch and it was amazing. The decor was very cozy, it felt like one of those romcoms. The food is very instagram-able but tasted great too. Th staff here are very friendly. We stayed at an apartment just above this cafe and it was nice coming down every morning for some good coffee.

Definitely recommend coming here earlier in the day as the place gets pretty backed come noon. The food was delicious. I really wish we had this quality of food priced like this back in America. The plate was also just beautifully organized too. Note: each main dish comes with a latte and yogurt, so you really get the whole package when eating here. Each dish could definitely serve two people as well.

I really enjoyed visiting the Hungry Biker for breakfast. There was indeed a line to get in but, the line moved quickly and we were seated in like 5 minutes. The food was delicious, the servers constantly checked up on us - lovely time!!

Big plates of colorful nutritious food! Fruit, Avacado, and tasty protein! And the yogurt, with honey and fruit: berries, persimmon, pomegranate and nuts. Need more similar food offerings in the area so the line isn't so long during peak breakfast hours.

This place was awesome! I really struggled to find healthy breakfasts in Porto, but there's only so much pastry one person can eat. I'm an early riser, and there's always a line here, so I was tempted to skip it, but I'm so glad I didn't. The menu here is filled with delectable sweet and savory options. It was awesome to see food choices that would fit a variety of diets, with lots of vegan choices. I got the fitness tofu toast and it was absolutely delicious. So great to start the day off with a healthy, veggie-filled breakfast! The only disappointment was that the "wholegrain" toast was white fluff, not wholegrain. Looking at everyone else's photos, that seems to be the usual. But given that everything else was so good, I'd say it's still worth getting. Try to arrive right when they open to avoid the line!

This place is crowded from open to close! But for good reason.. it is one of the earlier opening breakfast places, serving familiar food (avocado toast), huge portions at decent prices. The whole place doesn't seat more than 20 people. If you plan to eat in, its seat yourself. My boyfriend and I shared a table with another couple. I got scrambled eggs, ham, multiple breads, salad, and yogurt all for about 10 euro. All the food was super fresh. The coffee is great too. I wish this place didn't always have a line out of the door, however, service did the best they could. They take credit card payments.. which is a big plus!

Food is affordable, healthy, and beautiful!! A great spot for a healthy, filling breakfast. Seating is pretty uncomfortable- it's all wooden crates very low to the ground. Would not recommend for elderly people with bad knees lol. Pro tip- check in while you're there for a free coffee

The food was amazing and the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. I got the tofu fitness toast and the portions were perfect with two toasts and avocado and salad topped on. I also got the lemonade and it tasted fresh and amazing. Definitely will recommend this spot for anyone stopping by in Porto

Our daughter and son-in-law recommended Hungry Biker for breakfast as they had visited Porto a year or so prior. Forgot the name of the combos my husband and I ordered but wow, what a breakfast! The food items were top quality and abundant. It's a cozy little place that can get pretty crowded but we never had to wait for more than a few mintues to be seated. I was glad Porto has many steep inclines because after this very satisfying breakfast, need to burn some calories! We loved this place so much we went again the next day.

The hubs and I trekked 15mins to get to this place for breakfast after evaluating about 5 other places. We arrived at 9:54am on a Sunday in early July and just made it before the crowds. The menu is easy to understand as it is in English and the servers all speak relatively well in English. We ordered at 10:01am and was able to redeem the free espresso check-in on Yelp. The orders arrived at 10:15am. Taste, portion, price: - The classic brunch (EUR9.90) - large feast of food. We ordered a cappuccino with our food and it tastes great. The breakfast is so worth the price. - The salty/canned tuna toast (EUR4.8) - so very tasty and large portion. - The espresso (free from Yelp check in) - lovely as well... especially when it is for free! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

Highly, highly suggest and recommend this amazing spot! Super cute ambience, clean and cozy. Really, really kind and friendly employees which doesn't happen as often as one would like (thank you so much Alla and Natali). And the food was seriously delicious!!! So good that we kept eating and ate twice! Two dishes each! Yummy! Definitely must come here! No regrets.

This was our favorite restaurant in Porto! After many tapas restaurants, it was the perfect place to have yummy, fresh, and healthy food! The smoothies were delicious, and we felt rejuvenated. Such a cute restaurant, with inclusive and good vibes. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a healthy/relaxing brunch

Cozy and casual cafe with great breakfast and lunch menu. If you are looking for something healthy and tasty then drop into the Hungry Biker. The cafe draws a younger crowd at times however anyone who enjoys a casual place for a bite will enjoy this restaurant. Prices are reasonable, everything is fresh, presented beautifully, quality is very good and the serving quantity is more than ample to fill your appetite. I had the "Fitness" Avocado Toast and it was so tasty. The other meals I saw passed by looked just a delicious. I recommend stopping by for breakfast, Lunch or a Smoothie. Staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Will definitely go back again!

Adorable cafe with kind and attentive servers. I ordered the "Fitness" avocado toast, which was a much larger serving for the price than anything I've ever had in the States; would order again if I came back. Decor/atmosphere was cozy and hip with a handmade flair. Overall, great place for a nourishing breakfast.

We found this place off of Trip Advisor, & I'm so happy that we did! Everyone is very friendly and the food & coffee were scrumptious! The prices were very reasonable for the amount of food that was offered, and everything tasted and looked as good as it sounded. They have a great Brunch selection to choose from, and if you check in on yelp you get a complimentary espresso :)

Latte was great. Yogurt parfait was okay. Fitness avo toast was pretty average. I felt the balsamic and pesto were a bit sweet for my liking. The vibe is cool but for the price I've had much better breakfasts in Portugal. Also, upon checking in on yelp you get a free espresso. Initially there was some confusion however they did honor the espresso - yahoo!

Fantastic food and service! Gluten free options were delicious. The service was great. WiFi works great. The staff clearly take pride in serving excellent food and coffee. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Amazing ambiance. We came back twice while in PortoHighly recommended.

The breakfast was average. The orange juice was fresh, the coffee was average. The classic breakfast was good quantity wise but the taste was average. You can get better breakfasts in Portugal for the price you pay here. The waffle with avocado had no taste and was dry.

Best breakfast we had in Portugal. Small place with limited seating, but worth waiting for a table to open up. Offer a lot of different toast option - hubby ordered one with fresh peanut butter, bananas, honey and chia on it. Very good! I ordered the classic brunch which is HUGE! Comes with ham, scrambled eggs, fresh cheeses, rustic bread and toast, salad, yogurt parfait, and a latte. Excellent and serves as great fuel to take on the hills of Porto. Also, pay attention to the music; it's great covers of popular songs.

Great breakfast and fast service! Come by when in the AM get your coffee! Huge portions almost American size. Definitely worth the money we spent for the breakfast.

Excellent coffee and hipster toast to rival anything you could get in Portland (Oregon/Maine) or San Francisco. The ladies who run this place do a remarkable job.

It's amazing that there are no reviews for this charming cool place. It has a nice vibe and feels comfortable and hip inside. I had the fitness toast which is as good as the photo looks. The owners went out of their way to create a unique decor and you should check it out if you are in the neighborhood.

In a less touristy area of Porto. Don't be turned off by the name - it's a locals spot for the most part. It's small, so you might want to get here when it opens at 9. The toasts were great - french toast and super food. Classic brunch set also the best. Tons of really good, really fresh food. Coffee top-notch too.
