Hương Sen Hotel

I haven't stayed there but had a look for some friends of mine. Reception staff are just lovely and you feel as if you are going to a family owned Hotel. It's a very old building but I think better to describe it as old fashion but with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Based on the reception staff and looking at one of the rooms I recommended my friend's book it which they subsequently did.

Second time I've stayed at the Huong Sen and it's much better than my stay at a 5* a few years ago. I particularly loved the huge corner balcony I had overlooking the intersection below. The staff were very empathetic, friendly and caring.|A very very minor point (not a complaint) - during the day for a couple of hours I could hear noise from some repairs being carried out below me.

I had an unexpected trip without booking a room in advance. It was a surprise receptionist and the staff here were so enthusiastic , professiona chose a clean and quiet room for me I slept quite well. Thanks for hotel having a professional team .

Landmark hotel in Hoi Chi Min City. Grat location. Rooms great. Very comfortable beds. Good amenities. Food: Breakfast standard. Evening dining, poor selections, sandwiches ordered were not toasted. Wine standard very poor, looked and tasted like it had turned, not nice at all. The biggest concern was the inability of the staff to understand what we needed when ordering food or drinks. Service was very slow and orders were not what was asked for. Room for improvement in standard and selections of food on the menu. Disappointing.

Huong Sen Hotel (room 412) Friendly staff. The room was okay. Like many places in Vietnam, if you leave sweets or fruit out, ants will show up quickly. Breakfast could have been better. The swimming pool is small. The location is decent, close to Nguyen Hue Street and Vincom Mall. Late check-out to 18:00 costs half the room price. Good value for the price for a basic hotel.

It has a nice location near the Nguyen Hue main street. Because of that, it can be a bit noisy. But thankfully it did not go until late at night. It was reasonably priced with a buffet breakfast which can already serve as a brunch with its meat viands.

First 2 night early morning cannot sleep any more as hard work was in progress next door building and at 07.30 we woke up with very loud noises that lasted the all morning . Very frustrating . After 2 night we were able to change room and have some peace . The staff is very nice and helpful . Breakfast selection very poor with no fresh items prepared . Pastry and fruit selection also not so good. Position very nice as closed to everything

Step into comfort, hot showers. Beds are very comfy. Staff very helpful, meals, i.e breakfast part of the deal. Walking distance to all shops and amenities. In-house come toyour room, massage. Unique exsperience, enjoyed.
