Hương Sen Hotel

Love this place! Stayed here from Canada. The people and the service are all above excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable especially with a balcony. All services were excellent and great location. Our flight left early and the hotel packed us a lunch to take as breakfast was not open. Cannot thank these people enough for their kindness, attentiveness, smiles and atmosphere. With appreciation! The 4 Canadians!

Stayed here 4 nights as our first motel for Intrepid Family Comfort tour. Motel is very well located, just near major sites, walking distance to river, Saigon Centre, Ben Tran markets, opera house, walking street, cafe apartments…. 7-11 right around the corner, as well as other convenience shops and numerous coffee shop places. You are also right in the middle of the luxury brand shopping area. ||Kids loved the rooftop pool. Breakfast on the upper level floor outside was a lovely chance for a good view and fresh air. Breakfast had wide choices, western and speciality. Rooms were spotless, staff very friendly and accomodating. An overall great experience,

We stayed here for 5 nights and found the hotel to be absolutely ideal. It is in a great location beside the other main hotels, sheraton, marriot, hilton, times square etc for eating and drinking and only minutes from the touristy places like the river, opera house, book street, cathedral etc. The staff are exceptionally friendly and more than very helpful. We had a super delux room and it was amazing. What a space. We had some time one afternoon to enjoy the pool on the top floor too. Very nice. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again should we be in the area again, thank you all so much.

Great location which is awesome. Otherwise a very tired hotel that needs some time and money spent on it. Would disagree the 4 star rating. Rooms are tired and plain with terrible pillows and struggling AC. Shower has good water pressure which is appreciated. Room service and maid service are however excellent and very particular and tidy. Breakfast is nicely varied but nothing great, served on the roof terrace with dinning furniture that needs updating like much of the hotels but is a lovely.

This hotel is the best kept secret in Saigon. Clean comfortable rooms, awesome breakfast, great location, and affordable! That's why we keep coming back year after year baby!

A government run * star hotel in the golden location right in the heart of Saigon. This hotel has been a round for decades and the rooms are a bit old and tired, many staffs but need more training with language and professionalism. Overall it was good value for money.

Very central location that makes seeing all the Saigon sights super easy. Rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful. Good breakfasts and roof top eating is a great way to start the day. Pool is super handy on hot days (although a little hard to find).|

An old boutique hotel right on the most expensive street Dong Khoi in Ho Chi Minh City. It's a 4 star property, old but still kept very maintained by the management. It's a very cosy place to stay at and location is also very nice, with all the luxury outlets near by and all the major attractions near by foot and by cab. Rooms are very big in size as compared to the modern hotel room size with good wardrobes and a decent size washroom. Some rooms have balcony with the beautiful view of the Dong Khoi street. Some rooms are new, so you can ask for it at the reception. There is small pool as well on the top floor with the facility of massage. Breakfast is good with a lot of options from local dishes to continental menu which keeps on changing. They have vegetarian options too on the menu but not much. Coffee is really amazing. Staff is very polite and understand English. Overall it's a very good property in this budget in this area. Definitely recommended.
