I’ve had my hair cut by Ki at Huvendruki Hair Salon a few times now, and I’ve never been disappointed. He’s truly a master of his craft—always attentive to what you want, while also offering expert advice on the best cut for your hair. The salon itself, located on Brick Lane, is a lovely space with a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

I got a men’s hair cut which cost £60. The hairdresser said he needed to wash my hair prior to the cut, I did not realise the wash cost £30 - the same price as the haircut. I am also disappointed with the final haircut, it is a lot more prim and proper than what I asked for. Ultimately I probably wouldn’t care that much if it didn’t cost so much.

Ki is very professional and efficient! Cut my hair like he knew exactly what he’s doing, best haircut in years, highly recommend.

He told me off by saying “ if you talk to much man that’s not good man !!” I went to this hair dresser today to ask about a guy who’s working there for he’s program because I did like the way that guy cut my hair previous time! And when I entered inside the shop I encountered in a very short conversation with one of the hair dresser ( an Asian guy ) who was pretty rude to me ! He was not just lazy in talking but also very unclear about what he was trying to say and I did try to clarify by asking when and where the other guy works to make sure I am coming when he’s there ! And he told me off by saying “ if you talk to much man that’s not good man !!” That time he was washing he’s hands in the sink or what ever … but Not even being very busy he seems to be very frustrated probably by the heat outside !!! The sad think is that he doesn’t know that I spent a lot of money using their services! I am not the only one who’s complaining about this bored and sturdy man!!! Shame on you … you probably lost me as a client and the rest of my friends too

Went to have my fringed trimes STRAIGHT the guy asked me 10£ he cut my frindge has I have never seen that NOTHING IS STRAIGHT!!! He cut a layer of hair 1.5cm shorter above and then below went completely randomly and diagonal !! They say they cut woman’s hair DO NOT GO THERE I AM NOW STUCK WITH THAT FOR THE NEXT 2month TOTAL RIP OFF !!!! A 4years old kid will do better, I have had a frindge for 15years I have never seen such a mess

Been going for years, and it's the only place I know where I genuinely trust the hairdresser's skills. Ki cuts hair like an artist. It's a real pleasure to watch it. You can probably get a trim almost anywhere, but if you want to have a special cut at a reasonable price, I wouldn't go anywhere else. A good haircut is more than wellcut hair, it's something that suits your type of hair, your face and your taste. Have never been disappointed. I also find the atmosphere really calming.

What an experience! I had a wash, cut and dry with Ki Lee as a walk-in. The space is eclectic and has its own personality and Ki was such an interesting person to speak to and had a beautiful calm presence. He cuts in a unique way and you need to trust the process or don’t go there. He is unapologetic about his methodology and I love it. My new cut is absolutely fabulous and the experience was very memorable.
