Hush Hostel Moda

Had a great overall experience! Pro: - we had a fan although chose a room without ac. This was great, and we didn’t miss the ac (September), although if we opened the window the street was very loud. - really great location, nice ferry ride to the historical peninsula, easy to reach by public transport - very good breakfast on the rooftop included in the price - neighborhood was very nice, active, with many restaurants and shops, very vivid - all that we needed, at a good price. However - the room was really small, only the most necessary equipment and room available. Do not expect a spacious place, but a nice place to stay if you wish for a great price/value deal Con: - Do not choose a room without a window (they are tiny, and claustrophobic)

Stayed here for nearly 2 weeks in every kind of room they have. Very nice Hostel in middle of Kadiköys Center with a highly recommendable rooftop! The rooms were really clean and the staff was very nice and courteous! They also have earplugs for the loud night

Excellent for a 1-night in a 4-person room stay last December for only around 20€! A little hard to spot from the street, but amazing once inside. Roomates were respectful and bathrooms were decent. Breakfast bar was amazing! Much great Turkish food!

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, the price is great, the bedrooms comfortable and clean and the buffet breakfast is always lovely. The rooftop terrace gives a tranquil escape from the buzz of the streets below and a great view of the European side too, which is beautiful and you can watch the sunset over the sea. The location is perfect to explore the local area of with its interesting shops, trendy streets, food markets and buzzing night life. If you have a room at the front of the building you will hear noise from the streets below, but the nightlife doesn't go on too late so it was never a problem for us. Most importantly though is the brilliant welcome Nazli and her team provide. They make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We came across Hush hostel after a disastrous AirBnB stay, where we had to leave early and were in search of last minute accommodation. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, and are delighted to have come across this brilliant hostel. We ended up staying longer than planned because we enjoyed it so much.

Great location! Nice staff. Everything is clean and there's a decent communal area (though it gets a bit cold in winter). Hush also has another hostel in Kadikoy that's even nicer (though not in quite as nice a location).

You cannot find a better location than this. It's at the heart of Kadıköy. The room we stayed is a little small for 2 people. It's rather suitable for short stays due to space problem. Breakfast is more than enough. The view from terrace is great. Avoid if you are too sensible for noises coming from street below. At last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful. For my next short stay, i will definitely consider Hush Hostel Moda again.

First Hostel: Pleasantly surprised Staffs nice and even speaks English. Room is clean, bed is comfortable. I really couldn’t ask for more. FYI it is in a loud active part of town and street. Great vib! Not great for sleep

Best hostel in Kadikoy, ideal to stay in the Asian side of Istanbul and cross to the European one. Is a very clean space with a nice terrace with amazing views of the city. The attention of Ibrahim, his owner, was awesome!
