Huskvarna Stadshotell och Restaurang

Had a lovely stay, cozy family room and a outdoor jacuzzi. The whole family enjoyed the stay. When we arrived there was a lovely lady at the desk, very friendly.

This is an old but very cosy small hotel in the middle of Huskvarna. It has a restaurant with a good breakfast and where you can enjoy a well prepared dinner in the evening. The nearest shops are only a few steps away. You can easily go to the lake where you can find a nice little harbour. Also you can go for a walk in the hills where you will find a super nice view over the whole area of Huskvarna and the sea.

Comfortable hotel in a small quiet city. Enjoyed especially the breakfast which was well thought of, not just the regular stuff. The parking was a bit confusing and I believe I ended up taking a spot reserved for someone else. Was not super clear either that there was charge for the parking in the yard. There was a schuko I believe for charging the car but might have been reserved for someone or the reception was not sure.

We had a group come here for a catered lunch after it was recommended to us by a local. Can say we were more than satisfied with the food and service. |All meals were homemade. They also made a couple dishes for the gluten-free and vegan members of our group. Both of those were reportedly great also.|Not sure what the exact hours of operation are but if your in Jonkoping area this is a MUST stop and visit place!||

We arrived pretty late and there was a phone to call to let us in and a key left for us on the desk. The room was really very large and there was a set up for us and our two children to all have a good place to sleep. The wifi was great and that was helpful since we were foreign travelers without cell service. The included breakfast was very good too. The set up was a little more boutique than streamlined and there were some fun touches of decor. We thought the place was not fancy but great!

We enjoyed 4 nights at this hotel in one of the design rooms. A decent room, however with no airco. It might not be that often warm in husqvarna, but during our stay it was 25 to 29 degrees. You can only open the window slightly, so it was not possible to get the room cooler. We got a table ventilator from the hotel so that helped a bit. The bed and shower/bath are good. The quality of the food at breakfast is good, however the service was bad. Tables are filthy/not cleaned; the supply of food was not adequate, you had to ask for almost everything. There was no management around, sorry to say. There is limited parking place at the hotel, you have to reserve this, however even a reservation is not a guarantee we found out.|Overall not a bad hotel, but it definitely requires improvement. Not recommended as it is not cheap.

Nice cozy hotel. It's not luxury and glitter but nice and clean with friendly staff. All rooms are different. Nice breakfast buffet with all essentials.

Stayed here for a night in Oct 15 due to a business trip. I ended up in a very unusual room really designed for honeymooning couples, I think. Romantic mood lighting, including hearts projected on the wall and lights around the bed. Amazing bath in the middle of the floor. Floor creaked badly but I guess that may be a testament to the er, enthusiasm of some of the previous occupants. Great breakfast, friendly staff, excellent value.
