Excellent Koren and Asian food served in a small restaurant in Nome Alaska of all places. We get excellent food of this type in the Seattle are but this was really a standout, I would highly recommend this if you happen to somehow be in the area. Plenty of options here, including standard fare like burgers and fries as well. Not super expensive, but you are paying a premium to eat in Alaska as elsewhere in the state.

Never thought I’d end up eating Japanese food in nome Alaska, but here I am! Serves cuisine from many different regions and food is pretty decent, price is okay for the area.

What a great time! Super busy during Ididarod, had wonderful service. Our Crab Rangoon was good!! And I had the Mongolian Beef! Yum!

Old and musky carpet needs replaced with something that won't soak up water from outside. The pork fried rice tasted like old dishwater. The egg rolls tasted old and was cold when we told the server she finger my egg roll deep finger as I explained to my friend's. I'm here to visit and won't ever eat here. Always go by the first impression...

Family owned and operated, spot for Asia cuisine. Quick service and good food.

The Mongolian Beef turned out better than I thought it would.. Tried a bite of sesame chicken & that was awesome! 👌 Nice & crisp! My dish came with a side of fried rice 🍚 & that also tasted good! 😋👍 My soda didn't come with a cup but maybe I was supposed to ask for one.. idk.. 🤷‍♀️ The top of my soda had black stuff on the top of it... Other than my dirty soda the food was delicious!!

Never visited this restaurant physically, but ordered take-away dinners from here. Foods were always tasty and fresh. Prepared on time and reasonably priced. So, if you are in no mood to visit a restaurant at late evening, but want to eat at the hotel after a busy day, this place is a good option.

Yelp
The first time I had the Husky Rice..the shrimp, beef and chicken were fresh and not over cooked. The second time I had the same rice, the single shrimp they cut into pieces was old and rubbery, the beef that was cut into iddy biddy pieces with a texture like jerky and tasted the same as the chicken..like refrigerator storage. I felt robbed and even that rice the second time wasn't right. I can't quite put my finger on what went wrong, but it tasted like bad cooking oil. It probably was. All I can say is that I was disappointed and the second time around, and I even received even less rice for the same dinner price. Um.. the price I paid over $26 for the rice and 6 pieces of the japanese version of a won tons. That was the last straw for me. I don't eat Sushi which they also eat here. I wouldn't suggest it. That's playing russian roulette with your stomach. It's a risk here is all I'm saying.

Yelp
One of my favorite sushi place! We had sweet and sour pork with white rice. And Tiger roll. That sushi was very fresh. They know how to cook Chinese/Japanese food, Well done! I will def come back again!

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised at how good the rolls were. It was a slow Monday night, a little late (8:30) and I had the place to myself. I had the California roll variations (one topped with tuna, the other eel). No problem with asking for extra ginger - I can understand why they wouldn't want to waste it. While the crab was actually surimi, I enjoyed it very much. Ronnie's it is not, but about as good as you can get in Nome. I liked it better than Bering Sea. The portions seemed more generous and the service more genuine.

Yelp
I was pretty disappointed with this restaurant. For starters, the menu is huge, too huge. The restaurant was clean, but not really that inviting in terms of decor and atmosphere. I got the golden shrimp. It was alright, but nothing special. My friend got the tempura vegetable, however, it was basically all tempura and no vegetables. The golden shrimp came mostly with onions and some broccoli stalks (basically no florets). The flavor on it was alright, but I definitely won't be returning. The woman working doesn't have the best English, which is fine if you do not have too many questions. The main thing that irritated me was that after she brought our food, she never came back. She didn't offer any refills or come to check on us. She just sat at a booth on her phone. We figured out finally that we should just go pay up front and leave. Nothing was awful about this restaurant, but also nothing stood out about it either. There are better places to spend money on in Nome, and plenty more Asian restaurants.

Yelp
Hands down the best dinner in Nome. There are a couple of other good restaurants here, but this is th best.

Yelp
This restaurant located downtown, has a very nice assorted menu, from Ribeyes and Burgers to Sushi and Stirfry.....the entres are pricy, but everything is that way in Nome...The staff was very nice.....It was kinda small, but cozy, not cramped.....I had the Husky Halibut, which was presented as a filet, with stirfry and rice......it had just the right amount of spiciness.....when you go to Nome, you gotta go here.....

Yelp
Their spicy chicken is delicious as is the chili mayo on their crunch rolls. The prices are more affordable during the lunch hour and can get expensive for dinner. Their sushi rolls are smaller than the other restaurant that serves them in town. I like their tempura vegtables, they are very tasty. The teriyaki burger is also pretty good.

Yelp
A local lunch hang out. The owner is very nice and will remember your favorites for months. I haven't had anything I didn't like here out of the 2+ dozen times I've been in. It's on the more expensive side, even for Nome. But it is a wonderfully cozy place with just the right amount of variety. Not to overwhelming.

Yelp
Food wasn't bad, but the service could have been better. I was the only one in there when I got there and I saw the waitress at the beginning only. After that I had to go and get my own check to pay.

Yelp
We are locals and have decided this is our favorite restaurant. It is always clean and has a pleasant environment. The food is hot and fresh and tasty. The price is about average for Nome and worth it. Love the Japanese food. They also offer American food and sushi/sashimi. Favorites are teriyaki chicken and Husky roll.

Yelp
The people here are very friendly. I've been to a bunch (OK as many as I could find) of restaurants in Nome and from what I know this is the one that the locals like best, I can see why, all the food I had was very good. They have a very interesting menu like not unlike the other places, there is a variety. You can get sushi, burgers or whatever all at the same place. I think my favorite thing so far is the Philly burger. It is not fancy by any means, you are in Nome AK. Prices are the same as the rest of Nome, bush Alaska is not cheap you can expect the prices to be 30-40% above what you might pay in a large city.
