"Hyatt’s When you’re feeling inspired to create, Hyatt’s should be your first stop for art supplies. A Buffalo institution, the family-run store opened on Franklin Street in Allentown in 1959 before moving to a bigger space on Main Street a few years later. Today, it operates out of a 40,000-square-foot location in Buffalo’s North Delaware neighborhood, selling anything and everything you could need for your next masterpiece. Stop in for oil paints, fine pens, clay, picture frames, and more and then get busy unleashing your inner artist."

I was sad I couldn’t find a replacement for my favorite 2mm lead sharpener today, so picked out a small cost effective option. Jason suggested instead I could change the blade on my favorite sharpener and then went to get the tools to help me do the change himself!!! I am so grateful he took the time to help me find the right leads I needed to continue sketching but even more grateful he helped me extend the life of my favorite drawing accessory! 🙂 It was a fun shopping experience, will continue coming to this beautiful Buffalo Gem

Recently purchased a new Iwata Airbrush and couldn't be happier with the staff knowledge, help and brush selection in store. I highly recommend buying all of your airbrushing needs from this great store in Buffalo NY! Top notch! 5 ⭐

Recently went in and felt like I was being watched. I was asked if I needed help and responded that I just wanted to look around to see what they had, outside of maybe a sketch pad, I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for in particular. The attendant let me know about the items on sale which was great. I proceeded to browse the store, actually looking for some sketch pads or something similar, but open to anything else I might find for a personal project. As I proceeded to browse, every time I looked over my shoulder, the attendant was standing there watching me. I thought it was strange, but at the same time, not really, considering all things. I proceeded to move toward the paints in the back and now she was at the table "straightening" up a few things. Well, by this time, I for sure knew what was happening and decided to exit the store and head to another art supply for what I needed. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this business again and won't recommend it to anyone either. It's always interesting to me, when you find businesses that move into a majority minority (or what used to be majority) neighborhood and then act like you're surprised/afraid when we enter the store. I'm not sure if the lady was the owner or just a salesperson, but I recommend investing in some customer service and diversity training and most of all A HEART CHECK!

I went in to return and purchase the correct size frame for a picture that I bought a day prior. After getting the return I was told to go to the framing desk in the back of the store to be helped further with the correct size for my picture. I went back there to see that the attendant was helping a customer. I waited patiently until she got a second to help me out with my picture. She measured my picture and directed me to the frames, after finding that the picture I have isn't a common size, she suggested I punch into the image to fit a more standard frame. I agreed and picked out a more suitable frame. I had the frame, and once again sat waiting to be helped. After about 10 mins of sitting without service, I started to just rip and white blank parts of my image away on my own. I would've liked a pair of scissors, but none were there, and she didn't provide a pair. I know that the attendant was busy, but after seeing me ripping at the paper, I think that she could've stepped away for 2 seconds to at least hand me some scissors. I crookedly framed MY OWN photo and left annoyed.

Great place and excellent, friendly employees. I went there to purchase paint recently. When I stepped foot into the store. I was almost immediately greeted by an employee. He asked me what I was looking for. When I told him the specific acrylic paint color I was looking for. He took me around the stores paint options until we found a close enough color to it. A burnt umber brown as the employee explained to me he could not match the color I was looking for exactly. Then he pointed me towards a rack of paint brushes. I'm very thankful for the kind employee who greeted me almost immediately after entering. Then stuck with me until I could find a close enough match to the paint color I was looking for. If I should need paint or paint supplies in the future, I will most certainly be back to Hyatt's. I need acrylic paint to paint something of diecast metal. Thanks again Hyatt's 5 out 5 stars, wish I could give more stars.

An old friend has mentioned this place to me years ago. My wife and I decided to finally check out the store. Wee were not disappointed. Such a large selection of supplies for artists of all kinds. You won't be disappointed after visiting here.

Oh boy do I love this place. I love and am so excited about how much they were able to expand their inventory with the extra space. Each employee is so knowledgable and I feel that they are stationed in the areas that they are most comfortable in artistically, which is very helpful as a customer. I have been in a few times, even though I have a vast amount of supplies already, and each time spend a few hours. The only thing I wish they had more of are the quirky desk items and gifts, small items, etc like they had in their Main St. store. There is still a selection of them, but I'm hoping to see more in the future. Overall, there are so many hobbies and crafts to check out. I also think it would be cool if they incorporated needlework/crochet/embroidery type products.

Yelp
Hyatt's new location off of Elmwood Avenue is truly a gem for anyone interested in the arts and/ or crafts! Hyatt's has any art supply your looking for from high end supplies to art supplies for kids!! If you have a question their employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! I found some unique pearlescent metallic watercolor paints made from mica minerals. They are high quality and beautiful painted alone or layered on top of other paint. I've also bought art supplies for my K-5 students! Hyatt's sells local Great Arrow greeting cards for any occasion as well and other cute gifts for any age. Check out Hyatt's new location off of Elmwood Avenue in North Buffalo! You could easily spend an hour in there because it's that big! Remember to support local and maybe you will find something new yet exciting to use artistically.

Yelp
Took a watercolor class - I had fun but the teacher wasn't very helpful - had I not bee there with someone experienced I would've been lost. The prices of art supplies are extremely overpriced and not somewhere I'd shop for them.

Yelp
This was my first time at Hyatt's. A few months ago I started painting with watercolor and acrylics. To my surprise, people liked my work so I decided to pursue it as a hobby. I started out with very inexpensive paints and brushes. Someone told me that the quality of the supplies makes a big difference in the outcome of the final product. The first place I thought of for better quality supplies was Hyatt's. The place is huge and jammed packed with, as they have in their name, "All Things Creative". The employees are super helpful. If one of them doesn't have the expertise to answer your questions, they go find someone that can. I will be going back many more times as I continue to pursue my hobby. You should to go there and see the place for yourself.

Yelp
Great customer service only compares to Nordstrom. Actually looks on the shelf to make sure they have it.

Yelp
Lovely local art store that I have been coming to for years. The new location is beautiful and huge. Fun to shop or just browse to see what is new. I have been shopping at Hyatt's for about 20 years and I've always enjoyed it and have had nice experiences. They have tons of options for professional grade artist materials along with gifts, stuff for kids and supplies for hobbies. The staff is very helpful and they use the products they sell. They are honest and will be able to point you in the right direction to get supplies that will match your project need and budget. If you are a student the staff usually knows what you professor prefers and usually will know what project the supplies are for. This insight helps narrow down the selection so you only have to buy what you need. They also offer art classes and seminars which are a great way to learn a new skill or to have a creative outlet after work. There is also a returned/ scratch and dent section. It is fun to look at and sometimes you can find some great bargains. They offer a punch card which builds up to a gift card for future purchases and they offer a discount 1-2 times a year with their mailed out flier. If you are a frequent shopper these little bonuses help with some of your art expenses. The staff was wearing masks and asked customers not to crowd the aisles to help enforce social distancing.

Yelp
This is their new location and it's open today! Just past LA Fitness and before the Regal Theater. Set far back off Elmwood. This location is massive. Or feels it anyway. They have by far the best selection of high quality arts and crafts things in Buffalo. You can also access their vast offerings online at hyatts.com. It's the largest art store in America I learned this morning. And in Buffalo! Awesome! They have more inventory on display now because the space is huge.

Yelp
Over the past couple of years Hyatts has really upped their game in the kids department. They truly have gift ideas for little ones that I didn't even know existed. I walk through the store or look at their Holiday Gift Guide and think "my kids would love this!". They are really reasonably priced and I even price checked them with larger places like Amazon and they are the same price. AMAZING to be able to buy local at the same price, it's a win-win!

Yelp
Came in today looking for a gift for my friend that lives in L.A. We send each other cards and funny gifts every few months to kind of make the distance seem less, and I know when I get something from him it always makes my day. I was completely floored by the space and the vibes u got from coming in. I instantly wanted to craft and create and felt my creative juices running wild, wheels turning! I have always loved art, painting, drawing, crafting, sketching, etc. combine that love with my obsession for office and school supplies and planners and I was absolutely ready to flip in here. Take my credit card and give me all the things please! My favorite part about the store is that they have paper EVERYWHERE to test the markers, pens, pencils, crayons, etc. they have a million options of each thing and I want to know before I buy! I also love the section for kids. I think harboring that creative energy is so crucial for children and they have a ton of stuff to appeal to them. Really amazing store for anyone that likes art projects or creative endeavors, or even just markers.

Yelp
I purchased a product from Hyatt's online storefront and the package came damaged. I don't know if this was due to damage during transport or if it was damaged directly from the manufacturer. This frustrating and disappointing process was quickly remedied and Kathryn was extremely helpful. I am leaving 5/5 stars because it's pretty rare these days to find a company that still provides great customer service... Hyatt's went above and beyond to help me out when Amazon didn't lift a finger...

Yelp
I had work that took me towards North Buffalo and remembered that this art store was in the area. I'm not an artist, far more of a crafter/art dabbler, but I had such a great time walking around this store! It's located in a very large warehouse type space, and has very well organized sections dependent on what you're looking for (draw, paint, sculpt, etc.). They have a great selection of supplies in every category, and as an amateur artist/crafter it was delightful to walk through the aisles and see all the beautiful supplies and imagine the possibilities. Especially the beautiful artist easels that they have towards the back...maybe someday! They also have a nice selection of gift type items - pretty notebooks, pencil cases, little craft kits. The employees were very kind and helpful, and multiple checked with me to see if I needed anything throughout. At specialty stores like this I find that employees can sometimes be a little snooty/gatekeepy, so I was really happy with the warm environment. Prices are what I'd expect for these types of items and supplies - yeah, you're going to spend a pretty penny, but the selection is so well curated and there's so many specialty items that it makes sense. Additionally, it seems like they do a fair amount of sales and promotions - I was offered a 30% off my purchase coupon, and for the month of October they have a $10 off $50 coupon - I feel like this could lead to some really great deals, with these types of supplies!

Yelp
Their liquid chrome markers turned out better than I imagined. Touch up with these on drain circles in tubs and kitchen sink really helps when selling property.

Yelp
Hyatt's has always been our favorite art supply store, there isn't anywhere better or as knowledgeable! My family was pretty sad when they moved from the Clarence location - it felt like home and not very far from our home. But this new location, where to begin? It's beautiful and has everything! You still get that personal feel especially if you are a student - you will never have to search for your supplies! Tell them the school you attend and the class you are buying supplies for and they have it waiting for you and will get you everything that is needed for the class. If you aren't looking for classroom supplies no worries they still have you covered! Any project, any medium, if your unsure everyone in the staff is so knowledgeable they will point you in the right direction and offer you anything from beginning to advanced! We always get all of our questions answered and then some, it's hard to not spend some time in the store and with the staff!

Yelp
Hyatt's has been around western New York for nearly 56 years. Considering how many people order everything online, this is a feat. The number one thing that must be the secret to this longevity is customer service. That's why I return. There is a large selection of supplies for both fine artists or graphic designers, plus a wide array of classes available. If they have the item you want in their other location, they'll have it brought to your store's location for your convenience. If the associates don't know the answer to your question, they'll find out. The prices are on par with competitors, although there are few local competitors. And very specialized items can be found only here (or online). You would probably fare best with a coupon and purchase at one of the craft supply stores if they have the same item you're looking for, if you can bear shopping there with no artistic advice. Hyatt's offers exceptional framing. It's also a perfect spot for great ideas for gifts for young and budding artists. Stop in, you'll be greeted and helped if you need it or left alone if you're on a mission and don't want to be bothered. You know how us, ahem, artists can be.

Yelp
How many times must one be asked "if there's anything I can help you with"? I went in with my companion although I do not think it was obvious we were together. I was a tag a long, he wanted the supplies. We split up, since I never had been inside I wanted to see what it had to offer. Everywhere I turned the was a different employee asking if they could help me....what? No. I was not the only one in the store that Saturday afternoon, I didn't see anyone else being asked. After the 3rd time I found David and stuck by him while he shopped. Super uncomfortable I was made to feel, not cool. I will never go back after being what I feel was profiled.

Yelp
You are an art supply store... Where is the Alcohol ink, Distress Ink, Chio COPIC Markers (singles), anything for art Journaling ??
google avatar

Brianne C.

Yelp
I have been buying art supplies at Hyatt's for many years both downtown and in Clarence. It amazes me to see people reacting to being asked if they need help by fantasizing that they are being profiled. Back in the day being asked if you need help was called CUSTOMER SERVICE. And this is something that Hyatt's does quite well. I know that from first hand experience. As a long time Amazon Prime user, I also know that Amazon is responsible for shipping products fulfilled by Amazon. You complain to Amazon when Amazon screws up and not to the vendor who has no control over fulfillment. Lastly, when the Post Office claims that they delivered a package and you find it is not at your door, you contact the Post Office to see if they mistakenly delivered it to someone else. It may be the case that someone stole the package from your doorstep. Now how is that the vendor's fault? Indeed, how does the vendor know that you didn't take the package and then claim that it never got delivered? The shipping delivery company is responsible for this stuff... namely USPS. Hyatt's sometimes makes mistakes but they don't deserve the poor ratings that some have assigned.

Yelp
Moved back to Buffalo and of course had to make a few Hyatts trips. I do love the selection and the store but I have a few complaints. I really wish they offered a student/faculty discount. Im in the animation program and also teach in the animation program at a local college and I love shopping at Hyatts but it would be great if they offered a discount. Im not sure if they did before, I could have sworn they did. They also used to have a punch card and Im not sure if you get that anymore. The warehouse is great, but I really miss the Clarence store. The ladies were so above and beyond and always gave me some great samples. Not really a complaint, I just miss it! Finally, the driveway to pull into Hyatts is TERRIBLE. Its got a large dip where the driveway meets the road and it causes my car to dip down into it at a severe angle. It also caused my dog to injure himself as he fell quite a bit when we pulled in. I misjudged the severity but now I go real slow(as slow as I can on Elmwood!). Please consider filling that in! Ill stick with Hyatts. Great selection of Artist products. But I would switch stores if another came along that did offer a student/faculty discount!

Christine F.

Yelp
Very very poor customer service - I would never purchase through them again. They delete emails without even reading them when a problem is brought to their attention and they price gouge like crazy. Your message To: Chris Piontkowski Project Manager Hyatt's - All Things Creative Subject: Web Site Inquiry - just paid double Sent: April 15, 2020 11:35:47 AM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) was deleted without being read on April 17, 2020 8:40:57 AM (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). Yelp
I've never had anything framed before and decided to take my signed poster of George Romero to get framed at Hyatt's Graphic Supply in BUffalo after I found out Romero had passed away. I couldn't be happier with my framed piece. A gentleman by the name of Al did the matting and the frame work and matched my poster to the exact color pattern and frame type that most complemented the poster. The cost was very fair and I proudly have it hanging in my office along with other collectibles I treasure. I would highly recommend Hyatt's for their professional service and friendly atmosphere. There are other places in Buffalo you can get framing done, however, I am sold on this location to do my business. Thank you, Al and staff for a 5 star-rated job!!!

Yelp
I go to Hyatts every other month or so, I'm and artist and art teacher so to have a place where I can get real art supplies is a necessity and I am grateful they are around. I was there buying gifts for Christmas, and I wanted to buy this set of watercolors but the price was much too high. I thought to myself I've seen it for less somewhere else. So I didn't get it. I like to try and shop local when I can but I also want a fair price. When I got home I looked the set up online to see what other people were selling it for. And there it was on Amazon for $10 less, sold by no other then Hyatts All Things Creative!!! Seriously! I can't believe they overcharge their local customers. I want to shop local but I should have to 1/3 more to do so.

Yelp
My beef with this store is not so much what is inside. Although their stock is over priced, and their staff are a bit off putting at times. I've been made to feel like the staff was mocking me more than once. Perhaps not maliciously, but sometimes unfunny teasing, is just teasing. Again, I was not offended, but it certainly made me feel awkward. My real problem with Hyatt is how they treat the community around them. While their listed address is Main St. They get all their traffic through North Pearl St, which is where I live. Their shipping and receiving is on North Pearl st., so me and my neighbors who work from home are stuck listening to trucks beep and honk all day while they make deliveries. Along with some mysterious weekday 5am truck that makes huge crashing sounds for 15 minutes straight and wakes everyone up. On top of that they have 18 wheelers almost daily backing up in to the lot, and due to the limited space our tiny residential street affords, they have consistently ripped branches off the trees. The trucks also cause traffic congestion as they block the street for 15 minutes trying to get just the right angle to back up and drop off a tiny box. When my neighbors asked them to try to get smaller trucks to do all their deliveries they were completely ignored. When I confronted them they gave me a pretentious response about how they've been here 50 years and I don't know anything about this area. Having read the other reviews its clear that if you go in and buy what you want you'll probably have an okay experience aside from over paying. But similar to the other negative review, the moment you need to deal with the company itself, you'll be treated like garbage.

Yelp
OH MY GOSH this place is incredible! I have never seen so many options, I was so incredibly overwhelmed! An hour went by and I barely even looked at a fifth of the store! If you approach your art as more than a hobby then this is the place to come! Staff is very helpful! Highly recommended!

Yelp
Oh my GOD!!!! I am going to have to limit my visits here because I will go broke. Art, art, art. Great gifts. Wonderful staff. I have been wasting my time driving to Michael's when this not-so-little gem of a store was right under my nose. If you need inspiration to draw, paint, craft, go here.
google avatar

Erica K.

Yelp
I've been shopping here for years and am always happy with the service and selections. The staff is great! Not only are they knowledgeable, but they are all very friendly. Every time you walk in, someone greets you & is ready to help. They have helped us before with numerous community art events and seem to really care about their neighborhood. It's inspiring. Yes, you might save some money by going to the burbs to get stuff from a national chain, but if you did a comparison, after gas, it's really all the same. Not to mention how important it is to support smaller, local businesses! I love having a shop like this right here in the city. Don't forget to sign up for the their mailing list and get great sale tips and coupons.

Yelp
I came to this location twice. The first time I called on the phone and spoke with Rebecca. I explained to her that I am from North Carolina, and a fountain pen user, and was hoping that they had a nice black fountain pen ink in stock. Rebecca checked for me while I was on the phone with her and gave me a list of what they had, including Noodler's Black Ink. She gave me the price and held the bottle for me for my arrival after work. She was a pleasure to deal with, and so friendly in-fact that I ended up talking myself into buying a Sherpa pen while I was there as well! I few weeks later I was in need of another Rhodia notebook. Once again, spoke with Rachel and she checked what they had. I came in after work again and the great thing this time, only my second visit ever and not drawing any attention to myself, she noticed me and said hello. She asked how my stay was going, and how much longer before I got to head home to NC. That right there folks, is EXCELLENT customer service. Not to mention the nice lady that was ringing me out noticed my home state and she grew up about 20 minutes from my home. Small world. This is an excellent location and I hope I get to visit just once more before I travel home, though honestly I don't know what else I would possibly need at this point. Keep up the great work!

Yelp
I came to the store looking to buy adhesive for a craft project I was working on that just didn't seem to stick. I had already tried 2 other products that I purchased from Jo-Anne's Fabrics but it wasn't working. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and the staff were very helpful. We discussed the project, the materials I was using, and they even educated me on why the adhesive I had previously purchased didn't work for my purposes. They also directed me to a very easy and inexpensive solution (spray adhesive) that was a better fit for my needs and my experience (and patience) level. lol

Debra A.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. I would never buy from them again. I received a $160 set of watercolor paints with two tubes squeezed with paint all over the nozzle of them. I sent photos. Their customer service manager called them just "pushed on" or "deformed" and said he could offer me a $5 credit. I said that really wasn't a fair solution. He said "you understand we have to be very careful about returns." Basically then, I'm lying to you? I told him I had way better things to do than argue with him about my new paints coming used. I ended the call with no resolution.

Yelp
Visited the new Hyatt store on Elmwood today. Quite a different experience from the Clarence store where I used to shop. The ladies there were always welcoming and very knowledgeable. While the new store is stocked with everything creative, it lacks customer service. I made the trip from my home in Williamsville to stock up on my art supplies because I received an advertisement for their big sale advertising 30% off your ENTIRE PURCHASE. I soon found out from the clerk and manager, the 30% did not apply because the prices are already discounted 30%. I asked to speak to the owner, Greg Hyatt, but he was unwilling to speak to me. My suggestion to you Mr. Hyatt, eliminate the 30% coupon. It is misleading and false advertising. You cannot have it both ways, discount your prices and also advertise 30% off your entire purchase. I like to support local stores, but next time I buy art supplies, I will order from Amazon and Blick Art Supplies!!

Katherine S.

Yelp
The staff at Hyatt's have helped me order pens, return pens, purchase pens. They also have rolls of Stonehenge drawing paper, which I use for my drawings. I love their new space and wish them well!

Yelp
I LOVE Hyatt's. Their selection of art supplies are second to none in the city. Whatever you could possibly need, they have. Excellent supply of really unique craft paper. Staff are wonderful; helpful and friendly!

Yelp
I've have only been shopping here for a few months, stumbled on this gem of a store by accident. Great Accident it was. Their prices are a bit high, but for buying local and such great service it is worth paying a little extra, plus you save money buy not paying extra on gas or bus money. I am always happy with the service and selections. The staff is always great, helpful and friendly! Every time you walk in, there is someone who meets and greets you with a smile and a hello, they are ready to help with knowledge about what you are there to buy, if they can't help you they find someone who can. Speaking of saving money, don't forget to sign up for the their mailing list and get great sale tips and coupons, and save even more money! They recently had 25% off of all their frames and canvases!!!

Yelp
I ordered 3 boxes of Alumilite amazing mold rubber kits, from the Hyatt's all things creative, and when I receive my package the product was not right the pink catalyst mixture was a very light pink and it was not right when I get my rubber mold kit from MICHAELS, the pink catalyst mixture is a dark pink and it colors your mold pink. What ever Hyatt's All Things Creative sent me was not the same as what I buy from MICHAELS! The supposedly pink catalyst did not color my mold it was very light and the smell of the white silicone rubber was atrocious! I paid $18.43 each for that product and it was not right, I will not order from them again! It was like a generic brand, thankfully Amazon, who I have shopped with for years, refunded my money! Yelp
I was stranded on Main Street today so I took a walk and was happy to see that Hyatt's was still open as I hadn't been there since my teenage years. As I went inside, the gentleman who went in just before me, who seemed to be associated somehow with the store, let the door close in my face as I was entering behind him. The moment I walked in, I was immediately asked "can I help you" to which I replied "just looking." I was so entranced in all the supplies as I paint and sculpt. I took my time through the aisles. I was then asked by another clerk if he could help me. I replied again that I was just looking. A few moments later both clerks were in my area. One was in another aisle as I looked up and one was at the end of the aisle. I felt uncomfortable as I continued to peruse through the store. I noticed other shoppers in the store, some of whom were just looking and were not given as much attention as I seemed to be getting. I was in the aisle looking at the engineering graphics supplies and fondly remembering using those supplies in graphing class as yet another clerk on the other side of another counter asked "can I help you." By this point it was abundantly clear that I was not wanted in this store. I left feeling quite sad and disappointed. Needless to say, I will not return as it seems I was profiled.

Yelp
Visited their downtown location, which doesn't have a yelp page. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to mount two paintings which I'd never done before and the guy not only brought me right over to exactly what I needed, but gave me instructions as well as tips to make sure it came out well. Everyone in the store made me feel comfortable taking on a project that was unfamiliar to me. As their name implies, I will be returning to Hyatt's for all things creative.

Yelp
Great art supply store with helpful staff. Prices are great. ... lots of sales. Bought 16x16 canvases for about $10 each. Also does framing. Can order online too

Yelp
I am not often in need of art or craft supplies. This means that I am always fumbling around trying to figure out what I need. The staff at Hyatt's makes that process easy for me. They are always super helpful about what I would need for a project and remind me of the things that I have failed to think about. The prices are comparable to other chain craft stores but they have a wider range of higher quality products that just aren't carried in those stores. They also have a creative and knowledgable staff to help make any project perfect. The location is easy to find with a back entrance and parking. It is always a fantastic experience when I go and it leaves me wanting to do more creative projects.

Yelp
In Jan 2011, I took a class called Texture in Graphite II with Bob Castleman. He was such an amazing teacher and mad eyou look at texture in a completely different way. There were only about 5 people in the class so there was a lot of individualized attention. A bit pricer than community ed art classes, the quality totally makes up for it. The only thing that I would caution someone about is that the teacher/students assume you will be working on your project for several hours outside of class. Also, the supplies list that you see when you initially sign up for a class is totally negotiable. The staff who works the front of the store is incredibly knowledgable about art supplies so if you have any questions, feel free to ask specific questions about materials.

Yelp
Hyatt's on Main St. is simply the best. The selection of art supplies is huge, and the folks who work there are friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong shopping at Hyatt's!

Yelp
I had a terrible experience with this very unprofessional store. I ordered $176 worth of paint which I never received. Hyatt's not only refused to re-fill the order but put me through the run-around. For the last few weeks I have been emailing and calling them to ask for the status but they kept making excuses with me-"investigating the situation" They decided "we are both victims"- since USPS left it in my entryway. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE because if your package is lost somehow, you will pay the price!

Yelp
Jon was engaging and generous. He encouraged us to test different options for art supplies and made us feel welcome. Wish we lived in the area, but we'll support it when we visit Buffalo. Thanks Jon!
